The book to program the ETDL Trilogy lock is not the easiest to translate. We called Thylaar at the Gokeyless support line and he is much better than the book. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We at ZMI appreciate him very much!
Matt was super helpful! I tons of questions about which keyless lock to use and how the technology worked. He went above and beyond and even found the specs for the wifi adapter for me.
I worked with Skip to learn how to program new lock. He was wonderful and walked me through the entire process. He was very patient. I hope to work with him again if future questions should come up.
Mike helped me chose the right lock for my needs. He took his time and walked me through the pros and cons of each lock and this was especially important since I was purchasing over a dozen locks.
Our company, Hamilton Pacific Inc., worked with Mike Walker and he and his team at GoKeyless were just amazing. We were doing a demo locker room for Sheraton Resorts and needed 21 locks FAST.
We got them fast, then changes came, we needed a different size bolt package, then Sheraton needed different locker stickers... with all these things, Mike came through with overnight deliveries with a last minute panicked phone call from me at 5am before our job walk-thru. I own a few gyms and utilize the Trilogy DL1300 lock sets, they are flawless and in my opinion the best lock for my gyms. I had a small issue with one of them just a month short of 2 years of ownership and inquired with gokeyless about the quickest way to get functional again... I spoke with Matt in tech support and he HANDS DOWN went waaayyy out of his way to make sure that I was up and running literally within an hour of my 1st contact with him. Gokeyless.com has a raving fan and customer for life! I have never had a customer service experience with any other company go so smoothly and had them become seriously concerned, as much as I am to service my customer base and keep my gym members able accessed to the gyms! 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

We ordered an Alarm Lock DL6500 from GoKeyless.com order # SO*******. It was described and advertised as a new lock. When we received it, the handles were the wrong size and could not be attached because they hit the door. GoKeyless then sent us some clearly heavily used handles to fix the problem but those where the wrong model of handle to fit our particular lock. They then said they would have Alarm Lock send us yet another set of handles. Before those could even arrive, the lock failed and trapped me and some of my employees in our office. We could not open the lock with a key, nor with a door code, nor from the inside or the outside. We had to call in a professional locksmith to get us out. At this time we found out that the lock was indeed not new and in fact a rebuilt product. And that pieces of the lock had broken off causing the failure. We have tried to get this resolved through our sales rep but he has been ignoring and even admitted over the phone to deleting emails regarding this issue. With our last correspondence, he (our sales rep) said he had forwarded my email to his operations manager to handle but we have not received any more correspondence as of yet. If a fire were to have broken out at that moment me and my employees could have died do to their products failure.
Had programming issues with the DL Windows Programming Software. Contacted Customer Support and Matt, our service representative, got everything quickly straightened out.
