The best you can ask for!

My company have been using GoKeyless since they opened and I have been using it for the pass 2 years since I joined the team. Thylaar helped me tremendously getting me on board with the program and getting our new offices set up. We've grown quickly and so has GoKeyless. Skip is our new go to tech and he is as great as Thylaar - always fast, efficient and helpful. Skip knows the program very well. He listened to what we need and found the best of the best for a smooth transition with all existing and new offices. It is wonderful to know you can always go to him for support. Thanks to Matt, he was patient and helpful walking me through each step to become familiar with the software to our locks. As I described myself as technically challenged, Matt made me feel like a pro. He was very knowledgeable and gave the exact instruction over the phone. Great customer service!

New owner with problems

I paid extra money to have gone and 2 doors synced, and didn't reserve that serve. If I still had to call to make gobs work, why did I pay for serve?
Jordan was very patient and helpful.
I think I will like my new locks, bug a little pricy. Paid extra so I won't have to play with the fins.
If thy are so easy to program, can just anyone reprogram them and get into my house?

ETDL

The book to program the ETDL Trilogy lock is not the easiest to translate. We called Thylaar at the Gokeyless support line and he is much better than the book. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We at ZMI appreciate him very much!

Outstanding Support

I have been an Apple Tech Support guy for over 30 years, so I have been talking to support reps from all different kinds of companies.
I am proud to say that Tyler at GoKeyless is one of the very best Support Agents I have worked with. He walked me through some of the toughest issues I had with DL-Windows V5 software. He made setting up my locks work like a charm. If you are buying new locks for your building buy them from GoKeyless and talk to Tyler in support he will have you up and running in no time at all!

GoKeyless has an amazing inventory and they go out of their way to help their customers. We purchased multiple lock sets from their website and when one of them was not what we needed and had to return it, the went above and beyond to walk me through the process.

I purchased five (5) Trilogy keyless systems for my clubhouse door, fitness center door, pool gate and laundry rooms. Once they arrived, it was a easy as 1, 2, 3 to install and program! The tech support I received when I did call was absolutely amazing. They were professional and made it easy to follow along and learn how to fix any troubleshooting that I may of had. I was helped by several people but a few names that I can remember are Tyler and Tom. Mike Walker, who helped place the order for, not only my community, but also my corporates portfolio, has been a pleasure to work with and answered all questions and concerns I had before my purchase. With this new system, it helped me to do away with having to continuously make copies of keys that were lost as well as track who is using the facilities. I would DEFINITELY recommend this product to anyone and everyone who is in need of a controlled entry way.

Great tech support

Calvary Baptist Church - I want to rave about Tyler. Tyler walked me through the setup and use of the DL Windows software for our new Trilogy DL keyless lock. He was very professional and knew the software very well. I am a programmer by trade and had many questions about how some of the abstract functions work. He was very patient and answered my questions fully.

Tyler ROCKS!

I am so thankful for the service I just received from Tyler this morning! I am in the process of installing a Trilogy T2 DL2800. The idea of a timed access keyless system is completely new and extremely intimidating to me. Tyler was so patient and helpful in answering all of the questions I had. The entire call must have taken less than 10 minutes. I wish I wouldn't have spent hours trying to figure it out myself! THANK YOU TYLER! I really appreciate your kindness (and again patience.)

Tyler called us at the appointed time to assist me in learning how to print a list & make changes on who has Key cards. Then he assisted me in printing out a list of the days when issues happened at our club. Tyler also activated some more cards for us. He was AWESOME! New Trilogy Lock

Trilogy 1300 install

Tyler on the support team did a great job of helping get our cool new locks programmed and setup. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He even researched to find out what type of screw driver was needed for battery removal! He was with us every step of the way. We also had a great experience with Jason when purchasing the locks. Very professional, knowledgeable, and not high pressure. Great service all around.
