They destroyed my new suitcase and now are making a fool out of me for more than a month. Their representative at the airport took all the data she said is needed for the refund for damaged baggage and gave me a form to fill it in by the hand which I did.She said everything is settled and I will receive refund in 5 business days.After I didn't receive it,I contacted Customer Service and they asked me some more information although in the beginning I was told they already have everything they need. I filled in the same form again and sent them as they asked,again I was fooled from their side that I will get my refund,now they wrote in 10-15 business days.Again nothing.Now they have some crazy story that I should give them my friend's or family's account?!?telling me I was not in the same PNR as traveller(never explaining what it means even after several inquiries).And they again sent me the same form I filled in for them already twice both phisically and virtually!
In the end of their e mails they say they are looking forward to serving me on board,I am not traveling with Indigo again,because their serving onboard is breaking people's luggage and making fools of them afterwards.Not only I will not be travelling,but I will also let everyone I know to find out about their unprofessional behaviour.
Well worst trip ever with Indigo…I am not going to travel again and recommend everyone not to use the airline trust me guys they charged extra cost for late and simple blamed that web check in not done but I was done my web check in one day before successfully. Because of this $#*!ing flight service im missing my important interview.
I tried to book today online in your own app and even website three times but its always "transaction initiated". I mean seriously if you dont want to accept or if its hard for you to accept international cards please put it upfront in your website! I tried to book this airline despite a very bad and full of negative reviews because its only them who have a direct flight to Kolkata. Because of the difficulty of booking with them i booked with other airlines to a different city. If theres a zero rating then i will give zero.
Horrible announcement with no clarity and muffled pronunciation in the gate change announcement, and in spite of being at the right gate 30 minutes before, was denied entry because the bus had left. Senior Citizens like us were left high and dry with no alternative solutions for the next flight. Bad attitude of ground staff, who sent us from pillar to post with no empathy. Left us stranded with no help.
They don't display free seats during web check in and entire seats are displayed as paid seats. Worst seats are not allocated even if one opts for Auto check in. You need to arrive early at the airport and check in thru kiosk or pay at the counter wherein seats are allocated on different rows even to couples traveling together unmindful of their medical needs. I experienced this on Flight 6E5281.
Have to to aviation ministry that 75% of seats should be displayed under free seats category instead of airline displaying almost all seats under paid category and no option of choosing two adjoining seats unless you don't pay them.

My sister, neice and my mother were traveling by Indigo flight. My mother is 70 years old, I had booked wheel chair assistance, it was mentioned that the assistance was in waiting list. When they reached the airport it was mentioned no wheel chair assistance would be provided. They reached the airport close to 3 hrs in advance.
The front desk did not even help with other paid assistance wheel chairs. They simply ignored my sister's requests.
Departure was at gate 85, later it was changed to Gate 35. Again my mother had to walk such long distance without any assistance from the airline crew. Pathetic service.
At least the crew could have guided the family to a paid wheel chair assistance at Mumbai airport. Overall the staff is not supportive to senior citizens
I traveled yesterday from Indigo airlines from Goa to Lko. As soon the flight took off it was having soo much of sound from the wheels it was like it will crash.
Then the flight when landed at the lko Airlines crew was saying that it's raining ramp is slippery but then also they all didn't wait for the people to get down they removed tha ramp matting.
Then when I get down the crew was trying to touch which I got very offended. Lucknow crew member needs training.
I had booked flight from Madurai to Chennai for 10/02/23 8:15 pm. At 5:00 pm I receive a call that the flight is canceled. No other ticket available. Had to book Tatkal on train for 3000 rs. No refund of the flight charge yet
In Delhi airport, I mentioned I carry my hand-bag but Indigo employee told me don't worry Indigo will take care, you'll receive it in Lucknow airport, but now my handbag was completely damaged.
In the airport, I saw the hand-bag front was damaged, so I complained to staff who were present in the airport Nitya Gupta and Abhishek.
After reaching home, I checked my handbag, the wheel was broken, another wheel was totally damaged and the handle was not working, it was stuck.
I wrote an email to '*******@goindigo.in' and '*******@goindigo.in', on September 09,2022 till now I don't receive any updates, even I mentioned clearly I want to repair my handbag.
Really it was completely waste of time, I recommend don't fly with Indigo.
It was a horrible experience. It was the worst airline I have ever seen.
We had 2 flights via IndiGo to arrive in Thailand and 2 flights to return, and all flights were delayed.
Very small cabins, non-friendly staff, dirty seats, and the whole plane smelled of food.
The planes of this airline do not meet any requirements for comfort, this is not about being a low-coster, the planes were extremely uncomfortable and dirty.
I will do my best to avoid dealing with these airlines when traveling in the future.
This trip was a good experience to understand that it is better to pay more money but avoid such bad airlines.

Indigo flight to Agartala (6E989) today morning is delayed by 2 hours. All passengers are stranded. Passengers expect better service in terms on meeting schedules.
Be prepared to bring a book. If you don't arrive with 3 hours to spare, you'll end up missing your 6:30AM international flight BECAUSE THEY CLOSE THE CHECKIN DESKS EVEN THOUGH THE DEPARTURE LOUNGE WILL BE VIRTUALLY EMPTY WHEN YOU GET TO SPEND THE INEVITABLE TWO HOUR WAIT THEREIN.
Shameless airlines with pathetic staff. My flight from Istanbul to Delhi got cancelled and the airlines promised compensation for the same, but the representative vanished from the sight without any reimbursement or compensation. Not expected from such group. Highly disappointed!
Indigo does not welcome international travelers. The travelers are not informed of required documentation or not provided in the website prior to check in.
The check in coordinators are biased for trip organizers.
Waited for 2 and half hours before check in. Rushed check in at the last minute and was informed baggage might get out baggage only next day

I would recommend people not to fly with Indigo specially to an international destination. This is out of my worst experience that I've ever had on any of my international travel. The company cancelled the flight from KL to Chennai without even intimating us. When we reached the airport we were told that the flight is cancelled. Worst of all, they did not make any arrangement for me even when I requested them that I had to catch a flight to Denmark the very next day. The guy in KL airport was quite helpful, he tried to accomodate me and my family considering the situtaion. There were 5 no shows on another flight that was going to Bangalore, but the guy who had to authorise the change completely denied. I have never seen a prick like that in my life. He was not even ready to listen to me. In the end they didn't even give me accomodation for the wait period and I missed my flight to Copenhagen.
I purchased a ticket and was charged, but received nothing. It took me over one month to actually get money back. Oh wait, I am still waiting…
Always late, very inconvenient, not maintaining time at all. Neither start in time nor reach the destination.
I purchased two flights from IndiGo and both have been needed to be rebooked. This is NOT a reliable airlines. I will never book from them again.
Had a horrible experience aboard Indigo airline while flying from Jaipur to Kolkata last week. I was on-board Indigo 6E-237 and half-an-hour before landing in Kolkata smoke started filling the cabin. This smoke was coming from AC vents and everyone aboard the flight was terrified as this drama unfolded mid-air ruling out any possibility to land any time soon. Everyone was afraid whether the flight would or wouldn't land. It almost felt as if we were sitting in the middle of a pyre of burning plastic and metal. That smoke was so horrible that babies started crying and passengers started murmuring and started throwing nervous glances at each other. Panic was written all over everyone's face. As the flight landed, I asked a flight attendant to help me get out of the flight but it seems that the crew on board froze. I beg to question the safety regulations followed by Indigo and its crew members. With each moment that passed, everyone grew more and more afraid as smoke completely engulfed the cabin. With little help or information coming from the crew, everyone expected the worse. I swear I will think twice before taking an Indigo flight and will also urge everyone to reconsider Indigo. While it can be written off as a stray incident, the reality is that their aircraft have encountered issues in the recent past.
