The glasses I ordered from goggles4u arrived and I could not see through them, everything was blurry, even though the exact same prescription at one of their on-line competitors resulted in perfectly usable glasses. When I politely asked where I could return the glasses for a refund, I got nothing but a runaround and barriers thrown up- they mindlessly insisted I send them a photo of my prescription, even though they already had the correct information on their web site. Not only is this company incompetent, they could care less about customer satisfaction or service. I would never use or recommend this company, it was an awful experience and I ended up paying for a useless pair of glasses.
Still waiting after three weeks from my order, thought I was dealing with a firm in the UK, now it seems my glasses were being processed in the USA, never again!

My pair of glasses broke within less than 3 months and a refund or replacement was declined.
Goggles4u stated that they could only provide a 15 days warranty.

Ordered my glasses in April to get them for my birthday at the end of May. Just middle of June n still waiting... think I've been duped.
When I called to check on my order they said trouble getting here stuck in transit outside of u.s.
Thinking maybe I need to just try to get a refund, but according to reviews that's probably pointless too.

Do not fall for this scam. This company is a joke. I ordered glasses in April and they still have not been delivered. First they will say the order was "shipped" but no tracking number will be provided. And forget about trying to cancel the order when they fail to deliver the goods. After weeks waiting, they will keep saying that the order will arrive soon. What they are really trying to do is run the clock so you cannot file a dispuite with your credit card company and keep your money. Save your money and order somewhere else. Beware of false positive reviews everywhere!

I have used Zenni and Goggles4u for some time. Goggles4u have upped their game recently and does not charge extra for high diopter (myopia/hyperopia) lens, shipping is fair and their customer service is instant and legit.
I made 2 orders on Goggles4u in minutes because I want myopia sunglasses using their promo code, this causes me to pay shipping twice. I phoned their customer service and I got a real human speaking legit English within seconds. He did not give me the run-around. I got a notice of shipping refund on Paypal within the next minute.
Fast forward 3 weeks to today due to the international shipping, I found one of the sunglasses pair lens has a small dent on the side (not on the surface but on the machine-cut side, so function is not impaired), all the other pairs are fine. I emailed Goggles4u suggesting improvements. Moments later, I got a notice of a new sunglasses pair to be shipped to me at no cost from Goggles4u.
I wasn't expecting this, because it's beyond most online shops are willing to do, and many Bigbox stores would give you the run-around even if you're a regular.
For those wanting a nice frame, just choose a more expensive frame. I have found the frame always outlives the lens regardless of whether I buy them from Bigbox stores or online, so I usually goes with the cheapest.
6 years ago bought eye glasses from this company, quality glass lenses. Ordered new pair this year, absolute rubbish glass quality at three times the price. Cust service has what looks like standard reply email, save your money, there are better eye glass companies available

The final straw has broken me. After 37 business days though published shipping policy is: "Standard Shipping to the US, UK, and Canada is 14-21 Working Days" - and I paid for "Expedited Shipping".
I finally received my order today. Except I ordered 2 pair and only one was received with one tracking number. There were no notification they would be late or only shipping 1 pair and when to expect the second. Calls and texts to customer service are no help as they only tell you what their website has to offer.
Canceled the order and requested refund because this is not the first time, though customer service tries to make you believe it is "only this time". Hog wash! My last 3 orders were also past 30 days while ordering expedited, not standard shipping.
A "one time thing" would be met with some compassion... even some sort of communication that they will be late and when to expect them and lastly, some concern and help from customer service beyond offering small percentage discounts to try to get you not to cancel and wait would have extremely softened my response. But, life is too short for putting up with customer abuse.
Goggles4u fails miserably at "Doing what you say you will do..." as well as customer service having the audacity to try to "candy coat" the situation to get you to put up with their lack of customer care. This is why, after many, many years I am absolutely NEVER ordering again and will be very vocal in reviews about my horrible experiences with Goggles4u. Eyebuydirect has won my business.

I ordered glasses to have as a backup for the ones I got at VW. The VW glasses are unwearable. I get sick on my stomach wearing them and something is off. The backups from Goggles4U were 1/3 the price and included all lens upgrades and transitions... and... I see great wearing them. They came in about 2 weeks, one day after the ones I purchased locally. I personally hope every experience goes this well with goggles4u and I'll remain a customer.

I ordered a pair of glasses from them on 4/29/2022. Paid for USPS Priority Mail to get them quickly. When I contacted them they said that they were made over sea's and one they hit the US Facility then at that point they would be shipped out. No where does their site give this information. Like they do not want you to know this information.

Ordered rx glasses in plenty of time before an overseas trip. Order never arrived, contacted company, received a canned response that my order was stuck in customs and they would ship as soon as it was cleared. Replied back to them that if order not received by tuesday before I left, that I want my order cancelled and money refunded. Received the same canned response about being stuck in customs. Called company and spoke with a rep, he refused to cancel the order and refund the money, and said I would get the glasses eventually. That is not helpful, as I leave for and extended stay out of the country Wednesday morning. And of course they refused to ship them to me there. So save your money and hassle, dont buy anything from this company.

Worst place ever to order glasses! Two times in a row I ordered glasses first was told it would be 7 days max took 18 days only to have wrong prescription! So they reorder another pair saying this would definitely be here in 7 days or less, which took about 21 days and guess what wrong prescription again. So I went to my eye Dr thinking he made the mistake only to find out it was them, So I contact them again to be told ithey would not do anything about it! By far the WORST place ever! I ordered my first pair of glasses from Goggles4u because they were less than 30% of the next lowest price from a competitor. I figured it was a gamble and I might be wasting the money. The gamble paid off! I liked the glasses; they fit well and the progressive lenses were perfectly aligned. The only downside was that it took over three weeks for the glasses to arrive. I ordered another pair and got the same result: glasses that fit perfectly but took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. When money is tight, saving 70% makes slow delivery a minor problem.
