Polarized sunglasses were mis-manufactured by them, sent to me, this is their policy:
"Since this is a designer pair, you will need to return us this pair back to the below address & confirm the tracking details & then we will proceed with the replacement."
So, you get your annual updated prescription, wait 6 weeks for them to deliver an incorrectly manufactured product, then their policy is that you pay for return shipping and wait again for another pair, hoping they do better next time? Will this be resolved before my next prescription update next year? Hard to say with this start to the relationship.
My prescription drifts significantly from year to year lately, waiting 6 months for a new set of glasses in almost as bad as using last years' prescription.
Modifying to add one star: although their policy is for you to pay for shipping of designer frames back to their US facility, they made an exception in my case,_after_ I complained. Now, the frame I originally ordered is no longer in stock and I'm less thrilled with the remaining selection, but... they have a chance to earn another star if they get the replacements to me in a reasonable time.
Avoid this company unless you are happy to be treated like an idiot.
Ordered four pairs of glasses so spent a reasonable sum, did not make an account as unlikely to re-order in the near future and do not need any more junk in my inbox.
I received acknowledgement emails etc as standard.
Shortly after this I received an email to say my glasses were shipped, but with no tracking or eta (nor had I seen details of this on any of the order pages I used).
So I thought I would email with a simple query as to how long delivery usually takes, but for days and days I got no response or update on my order.
Following this, after my glasses were received in unsuitable packaging - I tried to liaise with them over this and their website info, the confusing shipping emails, poor response times and overall rubbish customer service, as well as a potential partial refund for feeling misled over the shipping times.
Emails went back and fourth, each from a different representative and (with the exception of the last email) with a four day delay that was infuriating!
They repeatedly ignored the points I made, reiterated information which did not relate to my complaints and basically said 'go away' making me more irritated and convinced that they were incapable of actually reading a simple email and did not deserve my patronage as a customer.
Not a huge issue at the end of the day I acknowledge but I feel when you bother to spend your money with something and ask a simple question, it would be polite and business like to provide an answer which relates to what has been written to you. Anything other than this is a bit of a red flag about the nature of the company which then makes you question the quality of the products.
Overall, goggles4u are disinterested, have poor response times, poor packaging, poor customer service, turned a very simple query into a full scale argument and refused to do anything to specifically resolve my concerns.
What a shame as the products are reasonable, but wont be buying from them again!
If you like unnecessary hassle, these are the folks for you.

This is extremely unpleasant to learn about the overall inconvenience and negative experience you have had with us. We would like you to know that the glasses are initially produced at our overseas production unit and after completion, they ship in bulk shipments to the UK fulfillment center. Upon arrival, the orders are despatched to the customer's address via Royal Mail. Hence, the total time frame is 14-21 business days which is listed in the shipping policy on our website as well. However, we always try our best to produce and ship the glasses as soon as we can.
Customers are also notified via email when the orders are shipped from our production facility and the tracking information is provided as well accordingly. After checking the details, we found that your order was delivered timely on the 7th working day.
In addition to this, we're sorry for the delayed response to your emails and the misunderstanding it created, this has already been escalated to the concerned department for investigation and betterment purposes. To recompense you for this inconvenience, we have requested the billing department to refund the partial shipping cost.

I purchased a pair of eyeglasses from this company and they were supposed to have auto darken. They didn't. They did send me a pair of sunglasses to fix the problem. After the warranty period I had a lens fall out. Fell out, not popped out. While trying to reinstall the lens I realized it was the wrong lens for my frame. The lens has more curvature that the frame does and more than the other lens. Customer service told me that they couldn't help because the warranty period was over. I said the glasses never should have left the factory that way and that warranty shouldn't matter. All I need is the correct lens and I can fix the problem. They won't make it right. Two problems with one pair of glasses shows they have zero quality control and don't care if they ship you an inferior product. Don't do business with these people. Order # *******2614

After waiting for 3 weeks for my sun glasses I was very disappointed to find out it the wrong prescription. I took the new glasses to an optical company who verified in fact the prescription which was applied to my order was totally wrong. I went into my actual order at Googles4you and confirmed I had the right prescription in my order.
I called customer service and they asked me to send complain to stevegoogles4you which I did but it has been 3 days and I have not received any responses.
I am very dissatisfied with my order and I WILL NOT order glasses from this company. They are not very professional and their customer service is NON-EXISTENT.

I ordered my glasses when they came in I couldn't see a thing. The vision was so blurry it wasn't even funny. I double checked my prescription I even sent them a picture asking did I do something wrong and they said no. They told me to move the glasses back-and-forth until I could see properly how am I supposed to walk around holding my glasses off to the side? When I told them I did what they asked and that I would prefer a return Label and a refund. They said they would just redo my glasses. However, I would have to return the glasses at my own expense. Ordered December 18th and order shows as "Complete" and "Shipped". Tracking shipment however shows no tracking available, there has been no response from Goggles4U about the shipment and thankfully I used PayPal as I have now had to issue a dispute to get a refund. I would avoid this company at all costs.
Update 01/14/2023: Glasses arrived finally. However the transition on the bifocal line is set too high and to look at anything distance wise; I have to tilt my head forward almost to the point it looks like I'm looking over the brim of the glasses. Head straight (as it should be when wearing glasses), everything is blurred and basically renders the glasses unusable. Goggles4U response is for me to send them back at my own expense despite the fact they are the ones that messed up the prescription. It seems the only way to get these clowns to respond is by filing a claim with PayPal (I advise you use PayPal otherwise you will have no protection). Ironically, they did ask me to remove the negative rating. I would advise anyone to avoid Goggles4U at all costs, it's a sham company with poor quality control and even poorer customer service.

I ordered from this company in the past (2018), good glasses, still have them. Decided to order again - received glasses that provided blurry image and headache. When I called customer service I was told to ship them back (I need to pay for it), and they will send me a replacement. Replacement glasses arrived with similar problems. I asked to refund, shipped glasses back and received less than I paid.
I don't know what happened between 2018 and now, but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They had an incredible sale, so I bought three pairs and They look good but are absolutely garbage frames broke on all three pairs of glasses, scratched while using their wipes within two weeks, trust ZENNI optical same pair lasts 3 years!

WHEN I ORDERED GLASSES FROM THIS COMPANY I DOWNLOAD A COPY OF MY SCRIPT TO THEM. THEY SAID THEY NEEDED SOMETHING CHANGED ON IT BEFORE THEY COULD FINISH THEM. I'll make this review short and to the point.
The quality of the frame is decent, but is not accurate to the try me on picture. Not even close! These things I could use as ski goggles the next time I go skiing. However, the prescription accuracy is not even close! I think I can see better without them. I'll never order from goggles4u again.

Wish I read reviews before ordering as I am having same problem as others. The lens are so distorted and blurry they cause me vertigo and slight nausea, totally unusable. I reported and had to resend script. Now they want me to pay for postage to return to get a refund (which now I feel is questionable). At the same time I ordered a pair from a company I have used in the past and they are perfect. Poor quality and customer service, do not recommend.

I have ordered and received 2 pairs of glasses. I did not pay extra for scratch resistant coating on the first pair. They were scratched up in days, I could not find out if I had paid for scratch coating, finding my order on the website to verify this was difficult on the website. I ordered a 2nd pair of glasses, i paid the extra for scratch resist coating, my glasses still scotched all up, it was a waste of my money.
15 day warranty and no help.
I will not use this company again, I have ordered from here before for my husband and his glasses are not like this, he does not baby his glasses, I do, there should not be a million scratches on mine.
My glasses from other online sites, have not scratched up like this.

Very confusing to reorder a pair that I ordered in the past with a prescription. I had to ask chat if my reorder included the same prescription. He confirmed it but it never showed that information in my order details or shopping cart. VERY poor reordering experience. Chat is horrible and the whole system is extremely frustrating to navigate and when trying to rate my experience told me my password was incorrect even though I just logged in and do that through dashlane. Very poor service. Still haven't received my glasses after 3 weeks and paying for priority shipping. USPS doesn't know where the package is or if they received it and googles4u is doing nothing to help. Help center just repeats the same information and does not listen. Would not recommend to anyone

I am happy with the quality of the classes and how they were represented on website. However everything was blurry. I have used this same prescription with other online eye glass companies with no issues. When I contacted them about replacement they said the needed original script! That was 8 months ago and I don't have it. I simple copy and pasted the script from my doctor's website. Bad customer service.

While their selection of glasses is large, the webiste pages load very slowly. The shipping time is ridiculously long, unless you want to pay a lot more in shipping fees. I found out that their glasses are made in Thailand, which explaines the long wait. After I received my glasses I was bombarded with requests to give them a good review. I was not totally satisfied with them, and sent two emails to the person / email address to which to send my issue. I did so twice, and never received a reply. So I won't use them again. Glasses are okay, but the transitions part is a joke. (And yes, I do know that one has to be in direct sunlight for the glasses to transition.) This is a case of "you get what you pay for".

I bought a large quantity of rimless glasses from them in the same style and the majority of them have had the lens crack in the exact same place. Clearly a defect but company doesn't stand behind their product beyond 14 days. Waste of money.

I paid for expedited shipping so that I could get my glasses ASAP (they said 10-12 days). It's been 16 and I haven't seen them. Expedited is not the appropriate word here.
Called the help number and they said it's still in transit and I should see them in the next seven days. So... I guess expedited means 12-22 days?
