Prompt response and problem was solved with 10 minutes of my telling gofundme help desk. The problem was with me when i entered zip code. Setting up the account.

The Help Desk immediately responded to my issue... activating my Withdrawal process.

Several emails were exchanged and in 5 minutes my Withdrawal was activated.

You have to make the 1st step to make your goal. It not only encouraging, but promising as well. Sometimes you have to just reach out with faith. It can be rewarding.

You can tell them someone is dying and no help is received. They do not care and if your family dies because they never answered you they are just sorry and still haven't answered. They are a joke

I had a problem with not remembering my old phone number and I reached out to customer service and they was right on time with helping me to solve my problem in a reasonable time.

Fraud is what it is called. People give to a fund raise and they then decide to give it to where they want…. Never will I donate to a go $#*! me page again…

Apparently they can take your money if they don't like the cause you're donating to, and give it to another cause that they like better.

Will never use to donate money again.
