Shipping was $25.00 and the part was only $18! Which is really not an issue, but other services offer better updates on the shipment and for $25.00, you would think from Ca. To Co. We'd be talking 3 days.
Someone either stole my rear hitch cover off my Mercedes or it magically fell off, Go-Parts had my exact replacement for $110.00 cheaper than the dealership and it's the same quality, I'm quite impressed!

The backup camera went out on my car and you guys had the replacement. The dealer quoted 500 and the camera was 130 from you guys. Installation was easy, though instructions should be included for people that aren't mechanically inclined. 9/10 experience!
Just got all the motor mounts and trans mounts in the car. Kit is really well built because everything fit perfectly. I didn't have to do any prying etc. It fit as well as factory. Very impressed... Great price...Thank you so much!
Can never talk to a person... leave message and no return call... still waiting on my other cooling fan... they get money the same or next day from our bank... and part may arrive after a week or maybe two... As much as they charge for shipping I would think the part would get here sooner.
Ordered the right part -- sent the wrong part -- can't get a response from them in order to return the part (which cost $150.00)

It seems to me if you are in business you would at least answer the phone to help solve a problem created by your business. I am out money and have a part I can't use. I have left several messages and they still haven't returned any of them! Going on three weeks now!

My package was delivered to the wrong address by fedex once I told go-parts about what happened they were great in replying back, got my part resent to me by a different carrier and it actually got me this time so my experience was 5/5
In responding to my complaint that you didn't answer e-mails, you stated in your reply it may have went to spam or another folder. I checked my junk mail and other non-priority folders and your reply was no where to be found. Just admit, please, you didn't respond to either of my e-mail inquiries. It would be nice if you had a telephone number for ordering parts instead of funky on-line chat.
There site says, "No Hassle returns." They mean there is no hassle for them, but for you their valued customer, just get ready for the restock fees, paying for return shipping and no refund of the original shipping. I ordered the correct part, but determined that I did not need it to complete my repair. So that apparently makes me a "bad customer" in their minds. In my mind, you just asked me not to be your future customer. I will sell my part on eBay.

As is standard with online orders, when an item is not needed, the return shipping cost is paid for by the person that ordered it, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. As we mentioned, there would be no additional restocking fees for your return. Not sure what Quality Control efforts you're making. Parts were rattling around inside the box. When I opened it, the reflector dome inside the lamp was completely dislodged from the internal part of the lamp.
Update: Was contacted by Customer Service and offered a replacement. I believe this company is doing well and has the right mindset on taking care of their customers' needs. Even though this situation is troubling on my part, I have faith they are taking great care of my replacement.

I was happy with the purchase process until the delivery. At that time the box carrying the new headlight was upside down, because the bottom was not securely taped and items had fallen out according to FedEx. I inspected the headlights with delivery driver observing. I did not find any damage and signed to accept the headlights. These have not yet been installed to vehicle. I would suggest that Go-Parts please review their packing procedures and use wider, more secure tape or staple the bottom panels of the shipping box to prevent damage to shipped items.
I ordered a passenger side headlight assembly for my 2015 Nissan Versa. The part fit perfectly, cost 1/3 less then the Nissan dealership, and arrived fast and in perfect shape. Will order again, and recommend to friends and family!
First off, I've been looking for this part for a while it was always too expensive on other sites,go-parts was about 30 to 50 Dollars less, the only complaint is I never got a tracking number and when it showed up, the box was totally mangled up, the part was fine and fits well
The assembly came in 5 days, but it was for the wrong side, returned the part for a full refund, quick and easy.
I found the company through online searching for a particular auto part. It was easy to select the needed part and the price was better than any dealer's or brick-and-mortar store. Got delivery on time and in A-1 condition.
Will definitely go to them again if and when needed.
Overall a great experience. Quality part, good detailed information about unpacking the parts. Part arrived quickly. The only minor complaint is I did not receive any shipping information. No email stating it had shipped, no tracking information. I didn't know when the part was scheduled to arrive. Thank you
I was not given the option of expedited delivery, consequently I had to delay an important trip for 7 days waiting for my shipment to come via surface from North Carolina. I was very upset at this delay and it may affect my buying decision the next time. It appears there is a needed change to your ordering system to allow for a choice of shipment methods.
