I feel that it is crazy how expensive these are are soo expensive, but they are half the cost of the Nissan dealer! I removed a lot of the the front grill and front fender trim to access the headlight. I guess the days of simply replace the bulb are gone. And when Nissan charges $2000 to do it its hard to imagine that a car can be 'totaled' due to a headlight out.
2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee driver's side mirror arrived in excellent shape with the correct options ( heated glass, blind spot indicator, puddle light, blinker and motorized fold). It was the exact replacement that had been hit.
I was sent the wrong part. Customer service replied promptly to my email, informing me they would ship the correct part. Then they realized that the only part in stock was damaged, so they gave me a shipping label to return the incorrect item for free so that I could receive a full refund. While I can't leave a review on whether the part itself works, I could tell it was a quality OEM part.
I would buy from Go-Parts again. They care about their customers and provide excellent service.
I placed the order and all too often it takes a while to arrive. I ordered new springs for my old 49 Ford F3 and they arrived with no issues within a few days.
Not quite sure why headlights were shipped separately, but they both did arrive. The first one looked like a 5 year old wrapped it, but it arrived safely and without damage. Not complaining, just thought you should know.

Best price by far. 2015 Acura drivers side headlight assembly. Only complaint, and its minor, tracking was not accurate. Order showed up before I knew it had been shipped which was probably 5 days after I ordered it. Otherwise, perfect. Part was in new condition.
Notification was supposed to be sent out when merch was being shipped. It did not happen. However the USPS tracking came without any description. It turned out it was the merch way ahead expectation.
Purchase was easy just when it finally arrived the delivery man from Fed ex gave me a box that had been beat up but I knew why once I grab it. The box was poorly package with paper wrap stuffing and as big as it was and as small n heavy the part was you could tell it had been rolling back in forth and I'm surprised it made it. I worked for the post office and more than half packages get thrown or tossed. I just would worry about ordering other parts if packaging is like that. Prices and site is very business professional but shipping needs improvements. I'm just saying as a person that has a bachelor degree in business and finance.

Connector was roughly the right shape but the pins were too deep.
Customer service was good about taking it back for a refund.
Go-Parts, appears, to have everything one needs for an older model vehicle that you are putting back together, for whatever reason. Their prices are more than fair and you get, what I would consider, a comparable product. I am never happy with shipping charges but spend enough and void that. I will be shopping "Go-Parts", in the future, for my automotive needs.

I found out I had an issue with a part in my car that needed to be replaced right away. I got online googled the part and found it right away at Go Parts amd the price was very reasonable. It was shipped within the timeframe they said, I would definitely use them again!
Ordered Jeep rear taillight assembly 9/23, arrived 9/29. Fits "OK", not a 100% perfect alignment, but considering it's a lower-cost (than OEM) aftermarket part, I'm satisfied. Only "downside" is there was no tracking info: delivered this AM, installed, still no tracking info when clicking on order # in confirmation e-mail. Never needed to contact company so, no harm, no foul. I'd consider them again.
Though I didn't get a tracking email as stated upon purchase. It was definitely great that when I did contact Go-Parts, they were very prompt without having to give so much detail about my order. Sounds like they have a pretty great system for tracking each of their orders.
All went well no problems and the tail light arrived in good condition. I have two suggestions 1) I wish you would have sent me an email or a text message or something to let me know the product was on its way. 2) The delivery guy left the package outside the fence where anybody could have grabbed the box, I don't know if you have control over that particular problem but just a suggestion. Overall I'm very satisfied.
Two parts ordered, one part delivered promptly. One email inquiry re: part #2 went unanswered. 2 phone calls, days apart, a live human@ Go-Parts promised to call us same day w/ "status". Call never came.
This is a business truck and can't be operated on Indiana roads w/o a headlight. We have to get it back in service. Bottom line: ordered the part elsewhere and via email asked Go-Parts cancel the headlight part of the order and to credit our card for that part.
Will report on the "credit" at a later date.
I ordered a replacement blinker cover that was $33, $45 after shipping and taxes. Waited 3 days stuck in the "processing payment" window. I randomly decided to check the status again, and was issued a refund… so basically i waited AND PAID for a part the site didn't bother to state if in stock or not. Now i wasted 3 days and i have to wait 7 business days to (hopefully) get my money back!
My springs were delivered quickly and as ordered. Just waiting for my mechanic to get them installed before i can confirm correct fit and correct lift. Looking forward to having my CRV stop sagging in the back end!
I ordered two parts on Monday evening, one of which I desperately needed. The price was great, and it said that if in stock it typically ships same business day, so I figured it would ship out on Tuesday. On Thursday, I checked and no shipping or tracking information. I called and had to leave a message. I did not get a return call, but I checked on Friday, and they finally shipped the part. I probably still won't get it until early next week, which is a huge inconvenience. I needed it repaired by Monday, and that isn't going to happen now. After this experience, I would rather pay a little more to get my parts quicker.
