I received the rear passenger brake assembly in quick time and it worked perfectly!

Except for the fact that I had to wait an additional week for my passenger headlight assembly to be shipped. After receiving the driver side assembly and talking with customer support I was told the passenger side was out of stock but was never informed of this when I ordered it. Both assemblies listed as "in stock" when I ordered. Anyway, the assemblies work great and look as good as OEM. Very happy with your products.

The purchase I selected did not workout for my vehicle, however I'm pleased about my experience with Go-Parts. Go-part's great customer care team made the return/replacement easy.

The parts were in excellent condition and arrived promptly.

I was happy with my purchase, it said instructions would be included but I found none.

Had my part promptly and was able to install same day delivered. Great response from customer service, and exceeded all expectations.

I received my mirror however upon install one of the screws broke off as i was tightening it into place. Never should have happened. Faulty screw.

The replacement mirror arrived quickly, in perfect condition and was a five minute installation. It replaced the OEM mirror exactly and functioned correctly - OEM mirror was destroyed by tire debris on the freeway.

Charged my card before they send the parts and I cancelled part, still have not been credited and one part has still not arrived. Out of three items ordered I only received one item.

I had to call a agent to verify apart the personwho help me was patient and very knowlegdeable the price was great and delivery was on time I would certainly order from them again

Can never talk to a person... leave message and no return call... still waiting on my other cooling fan... they get money the same or next day from our bank... and part may arrive after a week or maybe two... As much as they charge for shipping I would think the part would get here sooner.

Though the price was great compared to other sites, I would have paid more to have the part sooner. It took over two weeks to arrive and was only two states away!

No have any problem the mirror has been received in time

Ordered two parts, first one came in days with shipping info. Both were supposedly shipped together. Second never arrived. After two calls to Cust. Svc over several days and being busy with other issues... two weeks later the other part arrived. Despite requesting email notice of shipping for 2nd part (twice), it just arrived on the doorstep one day. I will purchase elsewhere next time.

My problem is that no one would ever call me back. Email was ok but sometimes you just need to talk to someone
