GN Bots

This company does not care about it's user base nor overall satisfaction. Support e-mails go without response and the software does NOT work as described. It claims to do things that it is not capable of doing, if it does successfully accomplish anything it does not do it for long.
True waste of money, price keeps going up, quality is just as garbage. Avoid and beware, now they are trying to sell their ratings on here by offering free VIP memberships to those who positively review them.

(P.S. The VIP membership is completely and utterly useless.)

I had faith after their revival from early 2017 when they lost developer support for their bots that they would have a better business model in place but I was mistaken.

EDIT: I was an active Discord member throughout my entire usage of this bot. It was not helpful when the software itself was unable to accomplish what it was supposed to do. I was also a CloudPC user the entire time there, so it had nothing to do with my hardware etc.

You need to remove my personal information from your comment immediately. You have never tried to contact me at my address, all e-mails or even Discord until today. Please update your information and remove all my personal details from your systems and your comments on third party websites. This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Do not use them. There bots are horrible. I did a charge back for the bot service. I also had bought some gmail email accounts from them. When they lost the charge back, they emailed me saying they are reporting all my accounts as bots to igg, AND they changed the password to the gmail accounts. When I brought it up to their discord chat, they blocked me and refuse to be professional enough to talk about it. Total scam company. They are a one way street company. If you dispute their product in anyway they will do whatever they can to screw you over. * is 1,000,000 times more productive. Trust me, if you invest in GNbots, you will never see a return on your investment. The only thing worse than their product is their service. Go to their discord before you buy. You will see so any people having issues and the moderators blaming the user. They refuse to take responsibility for any issues you have. Complete scam. Here is their response to my chargeback...

I am using GnBots for Lss, and just want to say thank you for great work and consistent upgrades.
Devs' work on adding/editing bot features and Mods' great support on Discord makes me very satisfied as user.
Also, the recent added feature in Lss Bot "upgrade specific" is really great. Before it came out, as you know, we (I and other Lss Users) only had "upgrade building". This was also great feature; however, I suffered on a problem of upgrading useless buildings and wasting Resources, (in-game resources, in-game money, time, and worker)
Since high level building requires significant amount of Resources, I did not used it after achieving certain base level.
However, this time, "upgrade specific" gave me great satisfaction and motivation to write this. This doesn't waste Resources on useless buildings. In addition to that, the new helicopter feature fills in-game money too now.
As a results, I can focus more on main account and save my real time too.

Farm for Me is definitely amazing. I cannot give a more positive review in my experience with Bonnie and Stryker. My bases have gone from level 6 to level 14 in roughly a week and a half - two weeks. I am averaging hits from my main of 3-4 mil oil on the more advanced level 14 bases. The service works GREAT and the amount of loot crates from daily missions has me sitting on millions of RSS in my inventory as well as speed ups. Anybody considering the farm for me account, you will not regret it. We are moving forward with another 60 farm accounts due to the success we have had thus far. Major props to GNbot for providing such a valuable service to stay competitive in our state and especially in SVS with almost every other state we come across already using a service like this. It allows me to spend my time on my main account instead of babysitting farms or a program all day long.

The customer service has been outstanding, very attentive and helpful any time of the day. If 6 stars was possible i would be giving it.

FYI in reading the other reviews... you cannot blame the software for your own incompetence. Bonnie and crew have been extremely supporting and awesome to deal with. Yes the software can be sensitive at times if you don't set up your base properly, especially with all of the game updates from the Devs. There is obviously going to be some maintenance required and to trash a company because you are lazy is not fair. If you don't want to do updates or manage things then pay for the service for them to do it like we did.

Great service, good support. Been using for a few weeks now been running smooth. Much better price than other services. Recommend to everyone
