I bought over a year ago, tried to make it work and it never worked as advertised. I only used it about 15 times over a month or so that first year. I gave up. The other day I received a charge from them for another year. I contacted them and my credit card and they would not refund. I will not pay another $180 if it doesnt work. GN Bots is terrible DO NOT buy this
They did not uphold their satisfaction guarantee when I requested a cancellation within the first 2 days of trial. These guys are sleezebags who think they are above the law and get to make all the rules because they are tech bros. They need to face prosecution and lose operation rights.
It's a good little piece of software that helps us gamers (with real jobs) compete with the likes of the Chinese who spend all waking moment of every day online. I really enjoy it and would have no concerns recommending it to my alliance.
Software sort of works, but I had a similar experience to many other users where by default they signed me up for a 1 year subscription which auto renews. Then when you try to dispute the charges with their support team they then hide behind their "Terms of Service". I raised a dispute with PayPal but they sided with the merchant. Keep my $200, you clearly need it more than me.
Because of this I would not trust this company.
Also I can see that somebody from this company is replying stating that this is not a real review site because they don't own the account? So you're saying I can't provide an honest review because you can't curate and massage the responses?

So as of now Customer Support is the only reason this company is getting a 2 star review. Since I purchased this program ive had recurring problems with gnbots. Currently I can not even use gnbots because of bugs and its been 2+ weeks. I have had 17 banned accounts due to this issue alone and apparently the DEV. Team is taking there sweet time to address this issue even though there claim is to run bots 24/7 365 day a year without bans. Apparently 2 weeks with out a properly operating bots is acceptable because they already have my money.

I used these guys bots for a few months. I didn't like them, but I had purchased a full year subscription and just decided to not use it. While I thought I had cancelled the auto-renew, I had not and a year later, I get another charge. I contest that charge thinking that I had cancelled the auto renewal. They put my account on hold. While it turned out that I did not cancel the auto-renewal, my account remained on hold throughout the term of the renewal and I was unable to use the product. When I contacted them about this, I got no response at all. These guys are 100% scammers with a really crappy product.

I was using their remote/cloud service for about 6 months when they failed to upgrade their KOA bot to the most recent version (16.7.0). After the upgrade, the bot would mo longer function on their remote servers because the servers could no longer support running the new version. I created a ticket and gave them 3 days. They said they fixed the issue, but this false. I kept responding that the bot was still unable to run. They refused to compensate me for the days the bot failed to work and still failed to fix the issue so canceled my subscription. I expected a full refund since the bot literally failed on the date my subscription renewed. They refused, saying they don't owe a refund because they were selling a "non-tangible" product. Don't waste your time with this bot company if you play KOA. They have no integrity.
When the bot did work (before version 16.7.0), only half if the functions actually worked and they never fixed the bot after multiple tickets were submitted.

Been using the bot server for 2 months and been working great, does everything on your farm accounts for you and saved you so much time! I have 28 farm accounts and used to take hours to go through everyday and with bot it runs through all my accounts nonstop all day everyday. All i had to do was set up my accounts, tell bot what i wanted it to do and its been running through them 24/7 for almost 2 month straight gathering me billions and billions of resources. Support has been great and quick with responses

Tried the bot for GOTC. Not user friendly. No support. The remote-server version was TERRIBLE. As in impossible for the average person to set up. And the support was non-existent. There are WAY better options out there, no guarantee it's going to work and they refused a refund and shut down communication when I asked. RUN don't walk the other way.

Terrible service do not buy. The bot runs very slow it takes hours to do what you can do yourself in 20 mins. They trick you into a yearly service at a lower monthly price but it's not worth it. They wouldn't give me a refund on 11 months of service I didn't not get as I canceled it.

A great idea! A few weeks into, and bots do not "do" anything. I cannot communicate with the team to get assistance. These accounts have not actually done anything since getting them, not even showing them logging on. Was excited, and now horrifically disappointed and will not be continuing but will save money.

DO NOT GET THIS. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN IF THEY HAVE NOT SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY SAY IT TAKES LESS THAN 12 HOURS AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 18 HOURS.
They do not effectively communicate. They send you to a discord channel and leave you there. Then they send you one comment after asking for your username and password. They don't give you a timeframe or anything.
I politely asked for a refund. They say no sorry you agreed to terms of services. You don't get your money back. I have not even been set up or used one minute of their service.
SO BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR!

The trial period is really insufficient to get things up and running and get a good feel for the app. I started with the cloud version before jumping in to the full version and it didn't take me a month to decide I would do so. If you want something to play for you, hire somebody. This isn't an AI, it won't make decisions for you. What this will do is make your life a lot better by taking care of all of the mundane tasks so you can focus on the game and strategy more. While there is a bit of a learning curve to configure things, once you are up and running life is much better.
Worked for the first two years and now it just sits there and restarts and opens new account and then nothing have deleted and re-installed and done it over and over this is ridiculous.

Worked until the the first update of the game. Their support pages are primal and do not cover the program at all. Their online support is not there. They must have put more time on their review bots
