Car loan

I've had a car loan for just over 30 days this company never sent a letter or any other correspondence to let me know where to send the payment then talked $#*! saying I signed a piece of at the dealership. Nothing we got had a address to send the payment. So I waited to get something in the mail, never did. Got a certified letter 2 weeks after the payment was due i called the company
And they spoke to me like they weredoing me a favor by never sending a notice, and a address to senf the payment. Working to work would be less bull$#*!. I'm getting out of the loan as soon as possible.

I was financed with this company through Clay Cooley Nissan (another horrible company) They have called and emailed me every day asking for the same paperwork over and over. Every time I call customer service they can never find my account. I can't even set up an online account because I don't have an account number yet. I've had my car for a couple of weeks now. This is insane!

I got behind a month, I called them and they put it on the back of my loan. I pay double payments thinking half would go to the principal, when that didn't happen, I called and they told me to call and let them know I want the extra to go to the principal... Easy to do. My credit score was low and they allowed me to get a brand new car. As a matter of fact my first brand new car. Thanks, GLS.

Every month my auto-pay fails, although the money is there, I call and their non-existent customer service calls it a "glitch" and magically the next day when my payment is considered late I am able to manually make a payment. I have auto-paid, mailed a check weeks before, called in the payment days before and it always pends until the day after the due date. It is ridiculous. And don't bother calling because apparently, they do not know the reason any more than you do.

Global lending claimed eight late payments. After I produced bank statements proving no late payments, Global lending closed account as bad debt.

THEY DONT DESERVE A STAR!
December 20, 2021

ALWAYS LATE ACCORDING TO THEM! I pay extra, 3 payments left, now they say i have seven. After each payment, I ask, how many payments left, they said 10, they said 10 for 6 months. Now i am three, they said I owe 6 now. What a freakn. Lie. Now they tell me I am 60 days late, what a joke and they are going to repocess me at payment left to go. Last payment I made I was told and reconfirmed three payments left, last payment would be Febuary. Some Foreigner called said I owe 6 and have til june to pay. Liars, liars, liars... They reported to my credit report I owe them 11,000 and another 9600. Wow, if i owe 680/ for 6 months then that would be 3800 or so with change. What a lie...

Extention
September 11, 2021

Back in June 2021 I requested an extention on my car loan for the month as I am taking care of a disabled son. Had to fight for his disability check that he had paid extra for thru insurance for 21 yrs. I am retired on ss but had to help him. Also taking care of his daughter (15 my beautiful granddaughter.) For the 2 1/2 yrs I have had my car I was never late on a payment. I was sent the paper work filled them out and sent back in the time that was requested. Got confirmation they received my paper work. Started getting calls saying I was late on my car payment for June. I explained to customer service what was going on. Had to resend paper work to the email address they gave me. Even verified with them this was the correct email address. Kept getting calls. Finally got a lady that resent the paper work went thru the whole process again, got email stating they received it back but somehow they say they aren't getting it even when I have verified the email they gave me. I am so fed up with global I could scream. They are some of the most incompetent people I have every dealt with. About ready to sue this company and so tired of explaining what happened, sending proof I got an email from them stating they got my paper work but telling me they can't find it.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Nightmare

Global lending services is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Endless fees that you have no idea what they are for and no explanation. Global takes fees first then interest then applies what is left to the car payment. This continues to be an ongoing battle with this company that has brought my credit score to rock bottom. 6/2021 made my payment was advised 525.00 back payment due to fees. Paid the 525.00 websites stated I was up to date. Reported to credit bureau that I was late. The next day I'm owing 829.00! Different amounts when you call the automated line. 6/30/21 stated I owed 1483 broke down paid 1483. Which said was up to date website reported to credit bureau I was up to date and then reported I wasn't saying owed nothing for 08/03/2021 but then reported I was late on 6/30/2021 for my payment to the credit bureau. Disputed but lied about payment dates made 11/1/ 2020 and 11/5/2020 they reported payments made 11/30/2020 which would make them late. The phone calls are horrible also. Global calling my work to the point where co-workers told them that they were going to file a complaint for harassment. Phone calls stopped at work. Emails sent out for stimulus stating to use your stimulus to pay towards your account. Sad company and I'm surprised that the FTC has not done something about them.

The company does not answer, the title department is never available and no one cares to help or follow up, i have not been able to re-register my car, because they have not transferred the title to my name, i was able to speak to them once and all i got from them is that it would take anywhere from 4-6 weeks before the tittle transfers to my name, what should i do, bill them for storage fees? This is ridiculous, the Senior Management is absent and is obvious that they do not care, they are unreachable no one knows who they are in their company or how to contact them. Avoid them even if is the last resource

This place is a joke! Called to let them know we fell behind due to loss of work. Was told everything was fine for two weeks to call and make a payment when the check from getting back to work came in. Nope. 1:30 in the morning they come repo the care. Nothing but liars and the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. RUN FROM THEM!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I have bad credit so I had no choice but to deal with this sh*t company until my bank tells me that I can refinance within 6 months. I get a call by some rude a** lady telling me that I'm late for my car payment, I need to pay it now. (BTW it was on said due date). I tell her how can I pay it if you guys aren't doing your job and sending me my welcome packet telling me how to make said payment. I CAN'T WAIT TO GET AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I call to make payment the next month and the phone system won't let me. I don't have the account number because they still haven't sent the information. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVEN IF IT'S YOUER LAST RESORT!

I had a vehicle financed with this company I thought... drove off the car lot with it after 6 weeks endless, phone calls, faxing the same documents to numerous people none of whom appear very competent, found out my vehicle wasn't financed after all so I had to return it to the dealership. Don't walk RUN very, very fast away from this company! They are idiots & time wasters! On a positive note if you thrive on frustration, stress, things of that nature this may be the perfect company to deal with. Very bad business practices & shenanigans going on here!

Tried to get a copy of my Lien to have my tags renewed. Was extremely painful. Spoke to a supervisor was unwilling to help. Mean While I'm driving a car with expired tags. Due to my information that they have and will not provide to me or the court house where I live. This is part of the reason why people illegally register their vehicle in other states. Oh and the process took 6 months to complete and I never got a copy of the lien. Extremely frustrating.

Global Lending Services are scam artists and will try and take your money and screw you over. I have been making payments above my usual amount which means I should have my car payments going lower each month. These sob's tried to tell me the extra I was paying was going to something else. They also tell you that you can refinance your loan. This is not true.

Car financing company

This is the worst company in the world to do business with. During this pandemic, I have tried on numerous occasions to ask for a car deferment. They never do anything to help their customers. First I was told I must make six consecutive payments. I've done this since January, even though being out of work for five months due to the corona virus. Then they say, oh you must make one more. So I scramble to get the money and then when I ask again they say no it is to the managers discretion and we say no. They refuse to do a due date change with me, and love adding late fees to my account. They put a repo hit on my car, even though for the entire year, I have made arrangements and have paid them, sometimes going without food or other essentials or even borrowing to pay them. Their customer service agents are from China and you can't understand what they say. It is absurd and disgusting that during a pandemic with so many displaced workers that Global has no program to help. I was informed today I have 27 payments left to go. I'm hoping for a better year in 2021 so I can hopefully double up on these payments and be done with them in a year. NEVER AGAIN... Stay far away from these blood sucking maggots.

I am writing this review on behalf of my son in law and daughter. The vehicle they purchased used 2 years ago has had nothing but problems first year transmission went out, 7,000 later now this year motor is blown, only vehicle they own and with COVID going on, my daughter and son in law have contacted them for help, they are rude, not helpful and very rudely let them know they have no options and my son in law has been laid off since August. Do not deal with this company EVER!

Well to start off I had to use this company because Capital One was late in responding to my request at the dealership for financing and since I was already at the dealership for 7 hours I was ready to go. The dealership came back to me with this Lending company and since I was so desperate to leave I agreed. Once they told me the due date I specifically asked if I can split my payments in 2 every month. The dealership said I would have to talk to the lending company about it. Fast forward a month and I get my welcome packet in the mail. I call and asked if I can split my payments to come out automatically each pay period something that I have been doing since I've been driving. They flat out told me yes you can split my payment but that there was only a 10 day grace period which would make me late EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I told them I have never heard of this and technically how can the payment be late when the month wouldn't be over yet. Which would mean they are able to inaccurately report late payments on people's credit report. Every company I have ever used for financing ALLOWS you to split payments within the month except this bull $#*! $#*! company. This place is a complete SCAM and I wish I knew what I know now because I would have never used them and just waited for Capital One. I did tell them after a year I will be refinancing with another bank because this $#*! they are doing is scandalous.

Not Accommodating

This is the worst company ever. They will not work with you at all. Absolutely disgusting! I've had some difficulties after Covid with work hours being decreased. Asked this company to assist me in placing one month to the back of the loan to get caught up and be current. Just one month and they refused. Many of us have had to struggle to get caught up because of the pandemic. And to be in business with a less the caring fiancé company, makes it even the more difficult. Can't wait to be able to refinance. Would NOT recommend this company.
