I had a great experience when ordering the roses and greenery. Website was user-friendly. Delivery time was excellent. However, when the roses were delivered, and I opened the boxes, several of the white roses were already brown. Out of 100 white roses ordered, over 15 of them were already brown.

Flowers arrived warm... and many not in super shape. These were for wedding decorations and I knew we were taking a risk. When we got them, my thought was...not doing this again. However... after seeing other flower shop white bouquets- I do think that white is just harder to keep nice. The white roses you ship should be shipped in air conditioned carriers, not the UPS that's driving down dirty, hot dusty roads. I would and will order from Global rose again- but will maybe be more selective on which flowers travel/last the best.

We can guarantee freshness due to our quality control procedures and boxes are delivered by the farms in refrigerated trucks to the FedEx or UPS facilities. They have specifically created programs for fresh flowers out of South America which allows them to handle the flowers under unique cold chain procedures.
Nevertheless, we are happy to know that you worked with our claims team and we could make it up to you by refunding the roses that didin't arrive in good shape. Also, we are glad to know that the rest of your order arrived in great shape 🙂

They arrived on time. Healthy gorgeous-looking roses. I left them overnight outside it was around 45 degrees then on the next day I placed them in a tall clean bucket with room-temperature water and they opened up gloriously. I am so happy I order from Global Rose
