Convenient

I use Global Rose for events we do at my company. We host three fundraising dinners a year so we need 15-20 floral centerpieces each time. I got glass bubble vases from Walmart for $3/ea. And we order from Global Rose to have flowers arrive 5 days before our events. We process our florals for 24-30 hours before arranging them into the vases. The flowers look great by the event. I have also ordered flowers to present to artists after their stage performances. The convenience is great and it helps save time and stick to our budget.

Worst batch of flowers I ever received
April 26, 2025

2 of the rose bunches and 2 of the carnation bunches each had only 24 stems, not 25. I had a total of 12 broken roses (9 of them being all from one bunch), 9 broken carnations, and 1 broken Gerber daisy. I also had several snapdragons that were broke. I have never had this much breakage especially with the one batch of roses. I also had never had an issue not receiving all of my stems.

Little disappointed
May 4, 2025

The flowers were were delivered by FedEx the day they were supposed to be delivered, but, they thought no one was home and left with the package. I called them around 3pm that day and told them to return the package but they never did. This caused some of the flowers to be damaged because they delivered them the day after in the afternoon. I'm very disappointed.

Good morning! I had these eucalyptus plants delivered to my home on the 23rd in order to put them together Friday the 25th for a baby shower today, the 26th. I was home when they were delivered so I got them out of the box immediately and put them in water. Everuday they've looked worse and worse. Here's what they looked like yesterday when I wanted to put them together but have had to do something different because they look so bad. We used you for my daughters wedding a couple years back and the flowers were totally fine so I don't know why they went down hill so quickly. - Cathy Salcido

Perfect flowers for our wedding!

We were having a small wedding ceremony at a cabin in the woods in an area with not a lot of florist. I had a vision to include blue hydrangea in our wedding to honor my grandmother. These came nicely packaged and beautiful! Perfect for the day!

Our experience exceeded my expectations!

I was nervous to order flowers in the mail for my daughter's wedding shower. We ordered for their arrival two days ahead of time as instructed. The flowers bloomed beautifully and right on time. We received many compliments, and they even lasted longer than we had expected, extending our joy! I am very grateful that I ordered them from Global Rose. I had no prior experience with this, but I will definitely be a return customer.

So Disappointed

I bought a bunch of hydrangeas from you several years ago for my son's wedding. The blooms were enormous and beautiful and they lasted almost 2 weeks. I bought these for my own wedding and I'm so disappointed. The blooms were small, they were not very "blue", 3 were wilted when I opened the box, 3 more wilted before the wedding day and half of them were wilted by the end of the wedding. I was so excited to get these and so disappointed with what I received. Not sure if you have a different source or what. Not sure if I will order them again.

Fast delivery and beautiful carnations

Outstanding value and superior product

It's always challenging to order things online and find yourself nervous about the quality of the product you order; especially when doing a wedding. I can honestly say that these flowers did not disappoint and were absolutely beautiful. I ordered flowers from several online companies for a wedding--these, by far, were the most beautiful. The color of these roses was so vibrant, and the quality was outstanding! I would recommend ordering from them again...

Awful experience

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered the 3500 hot pink rose petals, and I never received them. I had paid extra to have them delivered on Saturday to my hotel, and every single person at the hotel front desk said no one ever came in for a delivery. They're closed on Sundays, so I couldn't contact them, then on Monday we were checking out and leaving town, hence why I paid for the extra shipping cost. They're closed said they won't refund me, and then gave me a 15% coupon code for my next order, like I would ever order through them again when I never even received my first order. Terrible business, and no accountability. I gave them the hotel's information to reach out themselves and they didn't even look into the situation. I'm would avoid ordering from them, especially to a hotel or business because they were just awful for the entire experience. And for the optional picture to include, can't really do that…

We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our records show that FedEx attempted delivery on the requested date, but no one was available to receive the package. Since hotels require signature confirmation for deliveries, this may have contributed to the issue.

We understand your frustration and acknowledge that this situation was inconvenient for you. However, as per our claims policy, which is included in every order confirmation, we require notification within 24 hours of the delivery attempt to resolve any issues. Unfortunately, we were informed 10 days later, limiting our ability to take further action.

As a gesture of goodwill, we issued a refund for the extra Saturday delivery fee. While we regret that this order did not go as planned, we stand by our policies, which are in place to ensure fairness for all customers.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our services.

The flowers that weren't smooshed were pretty

Overall I liked the flowers and the ease of ordering quickly online. However I was disappointed that some of the flowers were smooshed and so K couldn't use them. A few others were broken. The ones that survived were nice but I wish the company padded the flowers or were able to keep them cool or something for transport.
