My order was a day late BUT it was in Memphis when a pretty bad storm came thru there so I was expecting a delay and oh my…when they did arrive they were absolutely gorgeous! I WILL be ordering again!

I spent a considerable amount of time trying to waive the signature requirement on FedEx website without success. Fortunately, I was home when the lilies were delivered, but the FedEx driver indicated, even if I had left a note directing him to leave the flowers he would not have done so without a signature.

The flowers arrived on time and allowed us to put the bouquets together early. This allowed the flowers plenty of time to hydrate and be brought back to life to be a beautiful accent to our parties, each a week apart.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered the 3500 hot pink rose petals, and I never received them. I had paid extra to have them delivered on Saturday to my hotel, and every single person at the hotel front desk said no one ever came in for a delivery. They're closed on Sundays, so I couldn't contact them, then on Monday we were checking out and leaving town, hence why I paid for the extra shipping cost. They're closed said they won't refund me, and then gave me a 15% coupon code for my next order, like I would ever order through them again when I never even received my first order. Terrible business, and no accountability. I gave them the hotel's information to reach out themselves and they didn't even look into the situation. I'm would avoid ordering from them, especially to a hotel or business because they were just awful for the entire experience. And for the optional picture to include, can't really do that…

We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our records show that FedEx attempted delivery on the requested date, but no one was available to receive the package. Since hotels require signature confirmation for deliveries, this may have contributed to the issue.
We understand your frustration and acknowledge that this situation was inconvenient for you. However, as per our claims policy, which is included in every order confirmation, we require notification within 24 hours of the delivery attempt to resolve any issues. Unfortunately, we were informed 10 days later, limiting our ability to take further action.
As a gesture of goodwill, we issued a refund for the extra Saturday delivery fee. While we regret that this order did not go as planned, we stand by our policies, which are in place to ensure fairness for all customers.

The roses were beautiful once they opened up. However, the order was supposed to include a vase but it did not.

Overall, our flowers were very pretty. They did arrive very warm and thirsty. We had 16 rotten flowers that we couldn't use. I would say able 30% of the mums were very small, they looked like a differnt type of mum possible.

Overall I liked the flowers and the ease of ordering quickly online. However I was disappointed that some of the flowers were smooshed and so K couldn't use them. A few others were broken. The ones that survived were nice but I wish the company padded the flowers or were able to keep them cool or something for transport.

Came well packaged (maybe too well packaged-not sure each flower needed to be individually wrapped.) But, I cut the ends and soaked the whole bunch of them in warm water and they lasted for many days
