The roses were in horrible condition and moldy and wilted. They were not stored properly. So sad as they were a gift from a friend.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday March 15 2025, they arrived late on March 17th, half of them had brown leaves Very disappointed!

The roses are beautiful. I thought I would receive 3 dozen with each dozen a different color based on the photo. The filler was minimal - 2 stalks each of baby's breath & salal in each bouquet. Also online info didn't make clear that if I couldn't sign for the roses on Friday they wouldn't be delivered until Monday. Had I known this I would have ordered on Monday to be sure any delivery snafus could be resolved. Only 3 roses we're lost due to delivery issue. They were dry but still alive. I cut the stems and they've recovered. FedEx isn't required to call at private gates to gain entrance. I would like to see a signature waiver selection when ordering. I've always loved this company's ability to deliver beautiful healthy floral products. I hope management will consider adding a signature waiver and making clear the issues with Friday deliveries. I will order again.

As per the signature release, you always have the option to request a signature release so FedEx leaves the package on your porch without requiring a signature. Just send us an email with your order # and authorization for a signature release.

The roses were packaged, wonderfully to keep them from bruising. They smelled so fragrant and were perfect for my wedding day. My only problem was that when they dropped them off at the condo I reside, FedEx did not notify me via call. So I was unsure who had my roses. However, they were delivered on time and packaged wonderfully

99 white roses delivered when they promised. Used them for the base color/flower for all the bouquets in my daughter's wedding. They were packaged well, beautiful and fresh! It didn't come with any instructions but I chatted with CS and they sent me instructions links right away. Great experience, definitely would recommend this company!

Excellent selection - you had all the colors and varieties we needed! The flowers and greenery arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful for our daughter's wedding decor. Their website provides information with each type of flower to allow an understanding of what to expect with each type, e.g., delicate or hardy, long-lasting or not, bloom size, when the flowers will open, etc. The customer service was excellent! The roses are stunning. The disappointment is that the delivery required a signature. Receiving it took time to call FedEx to make another delivery attempt.

The ordering process was great as always. Delivery was complicated due to snow and I had to reach out several times to make sure we would have our flowers for the fundraiser on Friday. I am a little disappointed that the flowers were two different colors. We ordered the orange which has become a tradition and matches our promotional materials. At least half of the carnations were more of a deep coral. Finally, could I have some clarification on the time frame to get reimbursed for taxes? I requested it as soon as the flowers came in and was told, for the second year in a row, that they could not refund the tax amount. As a tax free school, we cannot pay taxes so I will have to refund my school that amount out of pocket. With all that said, we will certainly return to Global Rose next year and appreciate the ease of the ordering process and respectful prices.

They are coming in nicely even a week later! There were a couple of the roses that are kind of half dead, the outer petals were dead upon arrival. But for the most part they're great. I've never seen roses bloom so large before.

Please note that roses typically have 3 to 5 guard petals, which are the outer petals that protect the inner petals of the bloom as they unfold. These guard petals may differ in color from the actual color of the rose. For example, white roses may have green guard petals, while red roses have dark red or black borders. These guard petals are often wilted or may have charred/black edges. You can choose to remove them once the flowers start to bloom or leave them on for a more natural garden look.
