Most of the flowers were intact; however, either the buds had come off or were completely missing from about 20 flowers. That is considerably more than in previous years.

Im not sure why my order was late but that was ok. But iI was not real happy because some of the roses was only stems, but the ones that was intack were nice, only lasted four days before they started to wilt.

Never order roses for Minnesota in Feb

Loved the Roses!

Great Flowers, Lousy Shipping

Please send us an email at claims@globalrose.com submitting the following photographs to accompany your claim and we will be in touch very soon to offer alternative solutions. Pictures must be in focus and demonstrate the problem and its scope:
1- Provide at least one image that shows the entirety of the problem such as picture(s) of all the affected bunched in a group shot. If there are multiple boxes, then panoramic shots of each box's contents will be necessary.
2- Photographs of the respective box labels or stickers that refer to quantity and or variety.
