Would not buy again. There was no way it was 3000 petals- and the coloring was yellow. It arrived late- not because of the company's fault but due to fedex's driver but in turn- the petals arrived in poor condition. Would not reccomend

I have been ordering roses from Global Rose for our anniversary for many years. I like that I can order the exact number of roses for the number of years we have been married. This year I ordered 55.
Easy to order, and I was able to find what I needed on the website. I was able to roam around the website look at my options. The flowers came on time very beautiful. However, my mistake I was looking through them all and fell in love with the flowers that were on the pictures I thought "all" the colors will be in the order, but they were not which is okay I should've read through I guess. I got a few blues, greens and white.

I ordered a 38 stem calla Lilly bouquet for my wedding. Two days prior to my event, I received an almost dead bouquet of roses, with a few misshapen calla lillies thrown in. I was devastated. I contacted GR, and fortunately, they offered a refund. It didn't make up for the stress of trying to put together my wedding bouquet 1.5 days before, but, I guess it's better than nothing

I ordered 5000 white rose petals and got a great deal. They came in on time and were in great condition, well packaged too! However, there were definitely not 5000 petals in the box. I did not count them individually but there were 9 boxes so should have been roughly 550 petals per box and I counted out a box to being 176 petals. Which means they probably gave me around 1500-2000 petals. I still made it work, but was disappointed

Your delivery service arrived at my home but did not leave a FedEx note indicating the time of arrival or providing instructions on how I can schedule a new pickup or where to retrieve the flowers in person. I called FedEx customer service and went to a facility to pick up the order before they closed on the same day as the delivery.

I received most of my order on time, the standard roses were a day late, but were gorgeous and the spray roses were half pink instead of all white/cream. Customer service took care of that with a future discount and partial refund. I will use Global Rose again!

The process from start to finish was amazing! I was hesitant ordering flowers because I live in Hawai'i and knew it'd be risky ordering a large order of flowers. I ordered 150 roses, 3 different colors of 50 each. With a delivery date of August 6th. The website offered valuable advice about choosing a delivery date at least 3 days before the event, to allow for shipping delays and to have ample time to allow the roses to rehydrate and open up. I followed the sites instructions verbatim and the results were incredible! Roses got here exactly when requested - 8/6. I followed the at home care instructions for optimal results and the centerpieces for my 200 person party came out exceptional! Would definitely order again and the roses were beautiful, especially after allowing them to fully hydrate and open up!
