A little too close for comfort but with trust in the Lord... the order arrived after the office had closed but because I was waiting outside delivery was able to be completed. Thank you for your assistance.
This was a great price for this many roses, but customer service was not able to tell me when they would arrive on the day of delivery. This is an important detail to know when the delivery needs to be signed for. Also I didn't see in the description that there would be thorns on the stems. It also looked like they were not the greatest quality due to plant disease. Also the color was not consistent on these roses some were more burgundy than red.

However, our agent explained that the tracking number and shipping details would be sent to your email as soon as they became available.
We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly depending on your monitor. As for the thorns, this was an error from our greenhouse, and we sincerely apologize for it. All of our roses are typically de-thorned before packing and shipping, but it seems some minor thorns were missed.

Very disappointing! Flowers were tiny,wilted and couldn't stand up in the vase. My husband has ordered flowers from you for years and these did not make the grade. It too 2 days in water for them to look like they were alive. We will have to rethink who our florist is going to be

I ordered two dozen roses of which about six had been smashed against the corrugated packaging material, which turned those a bit brown. The roses were much smaller than I had thought in size, as they were more like buds. I was still able to use the rest of them and those were nice.

Flowers arrived on time and no issue there; our issue was that the roses were very dry and a big portion of them could not be salvaged. We have used these services and have never had an issue up until now. We were a bit disappointed.
Easy to use website! Great options and prices! My only qualm is I ordered flowers for my wedding. They needed to come in April 11 but came in April 4 instead. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly! But they said I put the incorrect date! I definitely could've made the mistake but I highly doubt I would forget my own wedding date and put an incorrect date. Anyway there was nothing they could do because it had already been shipped which is understandable. They sent good tips on how to try and preserve them. Just a sucky situation.

I usually do not take the time to do reviews. However, I am so happy to give a review for Global Rose. I ordered Mother's Day flowers in bulk just days before Mother's Day. It was so easy to do through Global Rose. The flowers were received nicely packaged and in great shape after traveling in boxes. They smelled very fresh, with a pleasant aroma. I will definitely order from Global again!

Easy to order online with plenty options
Order system was pretty easy. I had previously ordered for Mother's Day last year and didnt have the same issue. A majority of the roses that I received this time had dark spots, were limp, and almost dead. Not what I was expecting for Valentines day. I will try it again for Mother's day this year but if they are of the same quality we will have to obtain our roses elsewhere.

Ordered and paid for 400 RED Carnations. Got smaller bulbs of mixed colors and 24 dark red carnations. When I reached out all I got was more work. Take photos of flowers. Take photos of the box. Ok… let me do that while I figure out how to work with what was sent. Throwing off our entire event decoration, causing more work.

I was skeptical ordering flowers coming from Florida to Wyoming, but I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and detailed instructions, which were near perfect. I ordered for delivery 4 days prior to the occasion (mothers' day), and the flowers (carnations) were absolutely amazing. I enthusiastically recommend Global Rose and will no doubt order from them again.

The delivery time was perfect - the roses smelled amazing, however there were several roses that were beheaded, and some were broken at 6 inches down. This was the first year I was remotely disappointed in my order. Normally everything is wonderful.

All webpage driven is very straight forward until the actual product arrived to me. Not sure what Happen here but i barely made it for the flowers I needed to have for our ceremony, I do not recommend this company and if you don't want the hassle stay away because the quality not what expected.

Eucalyptus was late and several of the stems not usable. This tightened my timeline to finish 32 table center pieces. Fortunately I had enough extra stems to finish the project with the right look. The mid shaft cuts were disappointing but everything else was great v

I ordered purple roses a week in advance of the delivery date I requested. I was notified by email and text 2 days before my order was supposed to be delivered that the purple roses were not available and to choose another option.
I chose white roses that came in wilted and brown.

I purchased 400 white carnations and 2 groups of different greenery. The flowers were seriously so amazing they came half open and in water over then next 2 days before the event they completely opened up and the eucalyptus was amazing very pretty the other greenery I bought wasn't exactly what's I expected they came so much larger! Still so pretty! The greenery died and wilted a lot faster then the flowers they are still going strong after being shipped 5 days ago and out in bouquets. Definitely going to recommend!

Easy to order, good tracking. Only issue was the roses were beginning to open more than we would like. Also seemed a little more wilted than last year. We cut the ends and placed in water and they perked up. Only a couple were broken. No other issues. We would order again.
