Amazing Petals!

I ordered the petals 2 days before for our pre-wedding event and wedding day! The petals came on time and stayed fresh! They were also a better price point than other competitors out there! Will shop from here again!

We ordered two hundred red roses for our church for Mother's Day. They arrived on Friday afternoon. Beautiful nicely.Packaged, easy to get out, easy to put in water I didn't get a ten percent coupon online. I emailed them, and they responded very quickly, crediting me right away. We'll order from them again. Keep up the good work.

Was it a mistake?

I don't believe I received the mini hydrangea flowers. They are big and standard as I've seen them. In addition, several were bruised with brown spots on them. The box also arrived in a poor condition. Not sure this is a Global Rose problem or a FedEx problem. I expressed my thoughts to the FedEx driver and his response was that, many of the flower packages are packaged similarly... This was my first order and after reading a few negative feedbacks online, I really hoped I would not be unhappy as other customers did. My daughter's Bridal Shower is this coming Saturday. I don't have time to replace my purchase.

Quality is not there

Flowers are not nearly as nice as the images, neither in appearance or size. They barely survived a week before needing to be thrown away. Will likely not buy here again. There are better alternatives.

Flowers were beautiful exactly as described online. Super long stems allowed me to arrange in tall and short vases. They followed up when I received to see if I had questions and they offered support on my questions on how to care for them until my event. Best flower experience ever! Thank You! Absolutely gorgeous and Global Rose was wonderful to work with!

Best Floral Delivery

I would always use this company in the future, and I keep telling everyone able the ease of ordering, customer service, and smooth delivery. They were delivered by noon the day of our wedding reception and they were so fresh and fragrant. The delivery driver said he was sad to drop it off because his truck had smelled so good all morning. Very well packaged to secure the florals without crushing the stems. It was cheaper than the other floral companies nearby.

Order the most beautiful yellow roses to honor my mom and decorate the space we used to hold her celebration. Shared afterward with family, I brought many home and continue to enjoy their beauty a week later. It looks as though most will last through another week.

The flowers arrived on time for the most part. However, I would have appreciated some instructions on how to best care for them as about 40% of them started to wilt quickly after arrival. I had better luck with Costco flower delivery regarding freshness and longevity.

The roses came on time and was packed nicely. I've had them sitting in water and flower food for only a day so far and they're blossoming beautifully. Would recommend anyone and I would also buy again.

Hit or Miss

I like ordering from Global Rose, but it's a hit or miss on the condition the flowers are delivered in. I've had situations where I'm unable to use half of my orders because the roses are in bad shape or the order is delayed 2 days. I guess when you order just order with plenty of time ahead in case something like that happens.

90% amazing flowers

Great product, especially if you give 24-48 hours to open up. We got 50 flowers and only about 6 of them were unusable due to browning/damage. Overall a good experience and the non-damaged flowers were stunning and fair priced. Shipping was fast and on time.

It was okay!

I ordered 100 white roses. The delivery was quick and easy. Flowers were packaged well. I think the flowers are well priced. However, I was a little disappointed that most of my flowers were already browning. I would say over half of them were not good enough for the bridal bouquet, so I just tried to hide them in the arrangements. Multiple heads fell off as I tried to arrange them. If I had ordered these for my wedding without giving them a test run first, I would have been pretty disappointed!

GlobalRose attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Flowers for a brunch

Flowers came on time, they were a little limp bc of being packed so tightly. We cut the bottoms off the stems and put them in water for our event the next day. Some of them didn't fully perk up but for the most part the flowers were good. I don't know if I would order from here again. I feel like for the price, I could have purchased from the store knowing what they were going to look like. Glad the order arrived on time though.

Smashed rises

I ordered 50 roses and when they arrived half of them were smashed on the ends due to not being properly packaged. I was trying out your roses for my wedding and this was the test run. I don't feel confident purchasing your roses for my wedding if they may end up being crushed when they arrive. This is really too bad because the ones that did not get smashed are absolutely beautiful but I can't take that chance on such a special day

The way these are shipped is impeccable. They arrived right on time, 2 days before the wedding. I unwrapped them and immediately placed in buckets of water. They started to open and were just perfect for the Wedding day. I ordered 300 and not a single one was bruised or damaged in any way. Absolutely perfect!

Great flowers

My first time ordering from global rose. Had to contact customer service for a question they were very quick to respond and easy to work with. Very helpful. I ordered 1200 burgundy and purple carnations, one week prior to event. They came as I had expected. The colors were great and they lasted well. Will def order again from this website.
