This is the fourth time I have placed an order with Global Eyeglasses. I am very happy with the ease of ordering and quality of their products.
It's 6 weeks from order, never received my two pairs of eyeglasses back, only one email responded to telling me I'd have one pair last week and no date for the 2nd. I've received nothing and now they don't respond to phone messages nor emails at all.
After being told they dont ship your order until the company has 200-250 orders to ship i expressed concern for why they charge for shipping and how they can ensure a 'ship by date' -- i was replied to by an agent (aditi sagar) who accused me of doing this with all my online purchases to get free product, called me SAD for doing it, and then issued me a refund i NEVER asked for. I never wanted nor asked for a refund, just my package to be shipped, and this is what i was told. Horrible customer service and shipping protocols. Dont waste your money, youll wait about a month to get your order anyway - go to eye buy direct or zenni...
WRONG LENSES AND DIOPTERS, DO NOT ANSWER PHONE OR EMAILS. HOW DO I CONTACT THEM?
TERRIBLE COMPANY. ORDERED TWO PAIRS OF GLASSES, BOTH OF THEM CAME WITH WRONG LENSES AND PRESCRIPTION DIOPTERS. I have to return them but nobody answers the phone or my emails. What am i supposed to do now.
If you are looking for a good company go to ZENNIES. Ordered 6 pairs from them, all came fast, nice thin lenses and right prescription. Excellent customer service. STAY AWAY FROM GLOBALEYEGLASSES. YOU CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. If you have questions my email is *******@gmail.com

Global eye glasses has good range of products to choose from, and good backup for their products also.
First thing, I love their prices. I could not find their prices anywhere else. Standard quality, had minor issues once on delivery, but it can happen with any other site. Certainly recommend.
I don't '"think we can get this price anywhere else in good qualtity. The noline bifocal lenses adapt to me well... I will recommending many people to buy glasses from here. The reading and distance is set right for me to see perfect... I will by the photo chromatic lenses from them soon...
