Beautiful

I was initially very worried because of all the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered glitter sneakers and they ended up being perfect. It took some time cause they are handmade but they did respond to my email inquiring when the shoes would be shipped. I would recommend that you have patience because it does take a few weeks. But zero problems.

Ordered a pair of shoes about six weeks before a wedding. The only thing we ever received was a confirmation of the sale for $93.00. Never heard anything back after that. Certainly no shoes in the mail. The wedding comes and goes. No email from Glitter Shoe Co saying "Hey sorry we can't deliver. Hey we're late. Etc." Nothing.

They were just going to "keep the money". Emailed demanding a refund or I would dispute the charge on my credit card. They refunded immediately.

Joke of an experience.

Ordered glitter heels for my wedding. Paid the $100. It's been four months... wedding came and went... heel's still haven't arrived, but they still got their money for a product they never sent. Sent several emails and messages through website. Nothing absolutely no response.

I ordered 2 pairs of glitter shoes for grand daughters last September and spent over $200! No response to my emails asking for an update on the order since then! Thieves and scammers! Do not order from these! I wouldn't even give one star but had no choice to be able to post this review.

Worst Communication Ever
September 30, 2019

Dealing with this company has been painful. I have heard nothing about my order and there is no way to contact them. Just a heads up, other companies can do this, find a better one that will talk to you! Especially if you have a specific date you need your product by. I ordered my shoes in June and my wedding is in October. I have 25 days and still heard nothing about my shoes.

Crappy quality and Horrible customer service!

Ordered little girls shoes for my daughter for Christmas in November. Shoes didn't arrive until February and when they arrived the buckle was broken. I contacted them to either get a new pair sent, a repair, or a refund. They wouldn't do a thing for me and stopped replying to my emails. I paid over a hundred dollars for a pair of shoes that my daughter can never wear. Sucky company, do not waste your time or money on this junk, not worth it! Buyer beware!

This company is a scam
November 13, 2020

I ordered shoes for my wedding back in July 2019. A few weeks later, I received an e-mail saying my order has shipped but I didn't get a tracking number with it. Over a month goes by, and I still don't have my shoes. I tried e-mailing the company several times and received no response. There is no phone number on their website to call. It wasn't until I sent a final threatening e-mail that I was going to contact the BBB that they finally responded to me (really quickly) and gave me a tracking number. I still contacted BBB because this company has every intention of scamming people. Please do not waste your money on this fraudulent company.

I ordered shoes on 11 August 2020. We (finally) got an email on 3 Sep that the shoes were on the way but with NO tracking. After not receiving anything I emailed them on 15 Sep for an update. Nothing. I didn't receive the shoes until late Oct and when I did, as soon as I opened the box glitter was coming off everywhere. Literally a parent's (or anyone really) worst nightmare. I immediately had to break it to my son that there was no way we could keep them or that I would even send him to school with them on. Glitter would be track everywhere and I wouldn't do that to myself OR his teacher. I wrote the company about it on 23 Oct and they replied to send photos which I did. I have not heard back from them since and I promised myself that I would both report and make sure I reviewed this experience when I had time no matter how long it took. I wrote several times after and never heard anything... they should not be in business with customer service that poor. I am still waiting on a refund or at least a decent rep that will answer my emails from LAST YEAR. Never again.

Horrible Business refuses to refund

Purchased shoes on 8/22/21 order #AG*******. Shoes never shipped and refuse to refund. Terrible communication. Buyer beware. I'd give this place 1/128th of a star if I had the option.

Site looks legitimate and they even use Shopify but they are definitely a scam. Stealing peoples money and they're not sending the product. Do not pay these people money.

Bad customer service
September 14, 2019

Didn't execute the order because I put a silly name for my friend on the order just to mess with her. Didn't inform me they were refusing to put through the order. Just sat on the order (and my money) from August 1,2019 until I contacted them today on September 14,2019.

Upon demanding action or a refund they told me why they hadn't placed the order and LIED to me saying they had tried to contact me 3 weeks ago (3 weeks after the order was placed). So, EVEN in their lie of a scenario where they did a good job, they took 3 WEEKS to tell me they couldn't process the order (almost a full week longer than it's supposed to take them to make and ship the shoes). They cancelled the order and issued a refund minutes before they responded to me.

Unfortunately, the bride wants these shoes so I'm trying again. I wouldn't give these people any business; I don't know how many times I've shipped gifts with goofy names and didn't have some Dudley DoRight try to police me like this. Calm down, Olivia.

Beware!

I ordered a pair of glitter Converse for my wedding. I ordered them way ahead of time, because I wanted to make sure I received them in time. They said it would take a few weeks. I ordered them 2 and a half months early. After a month went by, I emailed them my concern and told them my wedding date. They assured me they would come in time. I received an email weeks later saying they had shipped. It seemed a little tight on timing, so I asked for a tracking number. Nobody responded. I asked again. Still no response. The day before my wedding, still no shoes!

I messaged them this on their Instagram account: "I will try to reach you through here since I emailed you twice and have received no answer. I am getting married tomorrow and have not received my shoes. This is so unprofessional. My sister went out and bought Converse and is decorating them for me, because I have nothing to wear tomorrow for shoes. I have emailed twice asking for a tracking number to see if I would get them in time. I emailed another time before that letting you know I was worried that I wouldn't get them in time. You assured me I would. You should have expedited my shipping since you told me you were running behind. I ordered them in May. This is so totally unacceptable. I expect a full refund."

They did not respond at all. I received the shoes once I got back from my honeymoon. I don't understand why they wouldn't have expedited the shipping when they were running so behind. They still haven't responded or apologized or offered any sort of refund. So unprofessional! If you want shoes to wear for your wedding or special event, look somewhere else.

Dealing with Glitter Shoe Co has been the only stressful part of planning my upcoming wedding. When you are in the process of buying from them they are attentive and great but once they have your money, good luck getting any kind of response about anything. The only available contact information for them is one email address. Trying to get the shipping information is like pulling teeth (3+ emails for both orders before getting a response at all). The size chart is not helpful. We had to send two pairs back for size exchange (you can't get a refund) and it took 3 emails and a threat to file a BBB complaint to get a response regarding the shipping status (they received the ones that were too big October 8th, I followed up October 22 and November 2nd before getting a response on the 3rd saying they would be shipped that day and that the shipping info would be sent to me. I didn't get shipping information despite repeated attempts until around the 18th-20th only to find out they weren't actually shipped until the 16th). As cute as these shoes are, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
