I found out about Glass Gloss from Tabitha Brown, I tried to use her discount and it didn't work.
I never received an email confirming my purchase, I found out that my purchase went through by checking my account. Even though all this has happened, I am hoping that I like the product.
My suggestion is you fix the website and your communication between your company and the customer and if the product is good, then your business should be successful!
It saddens me that you have issued me a credit instead of trying to fix the communication issue. Many of things could have gone wrong, I feel my email address could have been entered incorrectly in your system, as I still have not received any communication from Glass Gloss
I was looking forward to trying your product, but obviously Glass Gloss doesn't want me to try their product.
