I know in the beginning I no that people give times an let you no when your order is coming every step of the way. I haven't heard anything about a delivery date or nothing but yet I'm being asked how satisfied I am. I haven't received my order an Christmas is right around the corner. Please let me no something
I placed an order on November 30,2016
I received an email o. Dec 7th saying it was on its way. I never received it. Tried calling. Never could get anyone to answer. Sent two emails without any response. Needless to say my mother will not be getting her gift tomorrow. The entire situation is ridiculous. Extremely poor customer service. I have read many similar reviews to mine. This company simply has zero concern or respect for their paying customers. They withdrew a little over $130 when purchased but have yet to have anything delivered
Stay the hell away from this company, can't track order, don't answer their phones, goes to voicemail after 3.17 minutes and have not received merchandise! But they charge your credit card the same day you order! Thanks for NOT a good x-mas gift!
Ordered online for Xmas delivery on 16th and received on Xmas Eve. Didn't realise they were being sent from China and started to worry a bit. After reading reviews I was even more wary but charms are as per website. Very good quality. Would order again.
The charms are beautiful but they dont have the screw in function of pandora charms. Also customer service was not very good, one of the charms I purchased was different to that on the site and they refused to pay for postage back despite me purchasing many charms. Takes a while to get response from them.
Frustrated. Sums up my initial response. I had reservations on ordering online, as I had done so previously with a completely different company last year. That was clothing and a few kiddies toys. They never showed up until two months later after I had cancelled the order! My friends all seem to be on board with online purchasing so I thought I would give it another try. They were to be Xmas gifts for my niece and new daughter-in-law. Once again I was disappointed although I guess I should have paid more attention to delivery fine print. I initially was under the impression it was 3 day delivery. Apparently that is only if you pay extra. Delivery is 9-25dys a pretty long wait in today's world I think! I got it just before New Years! I had run out at the last minute to purchase gifts in their place. I will keep these now and perhaps give them at some later date, but the experience just reinforced my distrust of online shopping. Not for me obviously!
I am amazed that Glamulet asked me to rate my experience. I'm a new buyer for this product, and will probably be the last time as well. I'm not sure if it will arrive as I cannot track my order.
I've ordered from another company with free shipping/delivery and they sent out within 4-5 days. So, my main peeve is terrible slow delivery. Glamulet needs to step up in their shipping/delivery department.
Firstly the site was a. co.uk website stating 5-9 days express delivery. What they secretly do and don't make clear is that these products come from across the world, I believe China. I'm now into my 3rd week without anything arriving. The items were a birthday present for my wife, which has long gone. Will never buy from these again. The tracking on the website said my tracking number didn't exist, and I've checked my tracking with the actual courier and it doesn't even appear to have left their offices yet. Awful
Never got my order or any help in finding it, despite the countless calls and emails. They took the money and still have not refunded me or apologised. This is an absolutely awful service, I feel scammed.
When paying $30 for a charm I thought I would get a really good quality experience but it has been a nightmare! I ordered over a week ago, 3-5 day shipping, and it still isn't here. Not only that but I cannot track the shipping because it is coming from China, which I only found out after placing my order. The product specifications stated it was in stock in the United States but apparently that wasn't true. I contacted customer service and they were no help whatsoever. I bought this as a gift for someone with no indication of when it might get here. Like I said I won't be ordering from them again.
If I could give no stars I would. Ordered charm over a month ago - the tracking shows it has been stuck in Shanghai since December 6 with no movement. They do not respond to emails. If I had known my order shipped from China, I never would have placed the order. Do not do business with this company!
I ordered a mother's bracelet for my daughter, a new mother. I found something else that was more appropriate and instructed her to simply refuse the delivery when it came. It was refused and returned to Glamulet's address on the label. Long story short, they said it was sent to the wrong address. Glamulet's address was not their address? It was an automatic response to deny and dodge. I asked for my money back (over $90) but they did not budge. I was furious. Very dishonest company or dishonest employees who take packages that are returned. Which is it? Either way, the consumer gets the short end.
I purchased a gift for my wife's first wedding anniversary. With about 10 days for delivery. It was a personalised item that in small print says takes longer to deliver, so I checked delivery options and I could pay £15 for express delivery which I decided to do. It also said there was a free gift which they made to sound like was a free charm bracelet but in actual fact it was just a basic small box that my order came in which I would of expected anyway. 14 days later my item still had not arrived and I had missed the big day. After chasing up they offered me £8 refund which in my opinion is not enough (I paid £15 for express delivery) still to this day they have NEVER refunded me a penny. The item in total took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, it was a quality item but I would never order from them again, still waiting on my refund!
We ordered a photo charm as a Christmas present and paid a massive 9 pound something for delivery.
After placing the order we didn't receive a confirmation email so we're a bit worried if the order had actually gone through. We also didn't receive an email to let us know the charm had been made or dispatched like you do from nearly every other company. So we were left in the dark worrying wether we would receive anything in time to give for Christmas. The first bit of communication I've had was from royal mail telling me they would deliver it.
It's arrived and is ok, not amazing but ok.
I wouldn't use the company again because I like to be kept informed on progress
Happy with product and delivery service. Only thing I would say is chose your photo wisely with a plain background as the photo in my charm obviously smaller than it looked on line. It will make subject clearer if less background colours. I am still happy with the product received.
Ordering was easy they took my money quick as lightning. Sent me an email guaranteed delivery by xmas hasn't arrived yet 27th as off tracking took 2 days before they got it to the courier and has been sat in more airports than a ba pilot. They have not yet answered any off my queries. Will be refusing delivery when it arrives and will not order from them again
Ordered a Glamulet bracelet for Christmas & it came from London quite quick. A matter of days. Did next order for 6 charms for it as a Valentine's surprise and 22 days later still no sign. Took money quickly but after checking Chinese tracking number emailed to me I soon discovered that the order wasn't even ready for dispatch until 16 days after it was made. Maybe she'll actually get it by next Christmas.
My first-time experience with Glamulet was above and beyond my expectations. The item was delivered before the quoted time frame. The packaging was more than adequate. The merchandise was even better than anticipated, which was a very nice surprise. I will definitely be a return customer when in the market for like merchandise and other items that they may carry.

Received items but no returns note otherwise I would have sent them back as I have only collected Pandora charms for my bracelet. I am a pensioner so money is of the essence and I feel I have wasted it.
However, delivery was good they were just put through my letterbox.
