Do not order from here!

Still haven't received my package and the tracking number does not work. I tired to get in touch with the company and that did it work either. So basically I'm still hoping the items I purchased eventually show up. This is extremely frustrating.

Guaranteed Christmas delivery?

I ordered before Christmas with the extra delivery charge that said Guaranteed Christmas Delivery. All good I thought so I watched the tracking. Items arrived in U. K. within a couple of days then nothing. I emailed Glamulet and they pointed out delivery took 9-15 days quite correctly on the final order page it says that but not on the earlier page. So why say guaranteed Christmas delivery? Very annoying not the end of the world I suppose but it meant a hurried shop for another present on Christmas Eve. As I run an internet business myself I think big firms ought to have the attention to detail that stops this sort of thing and the decency to refund when the delivery charge when there is confusion. Items still not arrived.

Horribe Experience!

I've been trying for days to get an answer to my request to send 10 charms back. The charms, in my opinion, are inferior quality to others. Glamulet claims to provide a returns policy but I don't have a return slip, address or even a phone number so I can talk to a real live person. Worst service I've ever experienced. Don't buy these charms!

Never receive the order

Very very disappointed. Didn't get yet my order pass November 24 and it was for a Christmas gift. Will contact pay pal to see what they can do for me. No one did follow my request to see were my order is. Probably the fist and last order I made with you.

A survey was sent out immediately after purchase when the product has a 3 week turn around. The survey should be sent out according to each companies expected turn around time, not one day later.

GLAMULET REVIEW:
The products were inexpensive and took 3 weeks to ship to China. Tracking between China and the US dropped off, but was easily trackable before departure of China and after arrival in the US. The product met expectations. I mixed it in with existing Pandora charms. The custom images, which Pandora doesn't do, was worthwhile. The painted beads (globe and plane in clouds) that were very unique from Pandora were my favorite because they blended in the best. I would avoid the all silver beads as they cheapen existing pandora bracelets, but are still cute in their own right. You can tell the difference in quality of metal though if it's an all metal charm. All in all, product was as expected. I would buy the custom or painted beads again since Pandora doesn't offer these options.

Card number sold

After I made an online purchase from this site I had my credit card number used for purchases I did not make. Also, I requested a return and was asked to paypal money to a completely different account. Won't be buying here again, sad because the product was actually nice, except that the site says it's in California but the product is actually from Hong Kong as is the transaction record...

Don't buy it

They sent me the wrong size rings and broken charm. Finally, they will do the exchange but I never received it! I sent many email and never got answer. I spent more than CAN $100 for nothing. If I knew the company is in China, I would not buy any thing from them. Just cannot trust them.

Where's my stuff!?!?!

I got no confirmation email and no shipping notification. PayPal held off on the payment for two weeks assuming I'd have my order by then. They took the money yesterday and I still don't ha e my order. Never shopping here again!

It doesn't look like it was supposed to be

Very disappointed of 2 items I bought. One doesn't look like it was supposed too and the other one has a picture (from my library) integrated on it and we don't even see it clearly. I will never buy from Glamulet again.

No idea about the status of the Order.

No contact number on the website. No idea whether order has been shipped or not. Placed the order almost 2 weeks ago. At least a customer should be able to know the status of the order. First time buyer, very bad experience.

Item not arrived

Item was ordered for Christmas delivery, unfortunately there was a mistake with the postcode therefore Royal Mail have not delivered the parcel. I sent an email to Glamulet asking for help but so far have not received any response. I am very disappointed with this.

The tracking stopped at the sorting centre. It arrived there 6 days ago.

Issues with pricing on website

Item showed one price on the front page, when you clicked to purchase, the price changed. Got a response the first time I emailed, but when I tried it again, the issue was still there and I got no further response. Ended up purchasing something somewhere else for my friend's 21st

Awful service!

I placed an order on November 30,2016
I received an email o. Dec 7th saying it was on its way. I never received it. Tried calling. Never could get anyone to answer. Sent two emails without any response. Needless to say my mother will not be getting her gift tomorrow. The entire situation is ridiculous. Extremely poor customer service. I have read many similar reviews to mine. This company simply has zero concern or respect for their paying customers. They withdrew a little over $130 when purchased but have yet to have anything delivered

Stay the hell away from this company, can't track order, don't answer their phones, goes to voicemail after 3.17 minutes and have not received merchandise! But they charge your credit card the same day you order! Thanks for NOT a good x-mas gift!

Ordered online for Xmas delivery on 16th and received on Xmas Eve. Didn't realise they were being sent from China and started to worry a bit. After reading reviews I was even more wary but charms are as per website. Very good quality. Would order again.

Quality online store

Purchased items at reasonable price, little concerned about delivery time quoted but I had time.
My surprise when the items arrived in a couple of days, shouldn't have been concerned.
Pleasure to buy from and will return for future purchases.
