I order 15 charms and this is the time that I have not receive them I have been writing asking what happend and nobody respond me back. So I think thast you stolle my money that is to bad because I spect to receive my charms and I dont want to loose my money this way can you writeme back telling me what happened. Item is awful. I might as well have just thrown the money in the garbage. I will attempt to contact glamulet once. I expect their customer service to be as awful

I have not received my charms and the tracking system is not user friendly and is in Chinese. I need the product before Christmas and it now 3 days before that. Not a happy customer.

If I would have known it was coming from Far East I would have never ordered. Item way overpriced! You are asking me to rate the service and I have yet to receive the item!

Was somewhat disappointed that you have to send to China to get your article. Couldn't you at least keep some in the states? A delivery date of 9 to 25 days?

Over 15 days and I still have not received it. You can't track it unless you have a verification code, which you don't get. So I still don't know where it's at

Good experience, very satisfied, good quality of merchandise, quick delivery, not as much choice in the men collection than in the women one (for example not a large choice in the blockers)
