Yodel who delivers the parcels for glamulet in England is unreliable they have a bad reputation and this time I was the victim my parcel is missing and yodel said I contact my supplier glamulet to replace my items to me and they can claim it back from yodel but glamulet says I need to claim compensation from yodel and use that to make a new purchase I've contacted yodel and glamulet on several occasions but this hasn't resolved and I lost £63
I am very happy with the level of service and would happy purchase further gifts from Glamulet again... Item arrived on time and in good condition... Very Happy
It has been a month now and I didn't receive it. I don't thing that I will make any future orders. I contact the customer care and they ask me to be patient. I can't believe it
I never received the items ordered and have been charged on the Credit card. The order appears to have been stalled since 12/3/2016. As of today I've sent them an inquiry regarding the items.
I will never order another thing from this company again. They do not stand by their offer. The charms are nice and I'm sure their bracelets are. I never got mine, just the charms.

Purchased a photo charm for my D. I. L who recently lost her Dad, it's a pic of her & her father together & it has surpassed my expectations... she's going to love it
The charm Came but when i opened it the side with Photo was sticky as though sticky tape was left on and not cleaned also marks on the silver where tools had marked it
Bought my wife an eternal love charm at half the price you would pay in the Pandora shops sent quickly to my front door, class would use again in the future.

No response from glamulet to find order it's Christmas day and I have no gift to give very upsetting
Placed order and quickly realized I ordered the wrong month; sent an email the next morning and order was adjusted without difficulty. Beautiful charms!
It's been a month and I still haven't received my order it was going to be a birthday gift. Now the birthday is long past and still no gift! The website said shipment in a week from order time

Unable to rate the item, but the shipping is from China and this information is not disclosed before you order. Takes 9 to 15 days to arrive and I do not even have my item yet.
Pulled it out of packaging and there was sticky on top of picture and could not remove it, I'm disappointed with it and now I cannot give it as a gift. Not happy customer at all.
I ordered my items almost 2 weeks ago and have not received my order yet. There is no updated shipping and tracking information and it is frustrating.
I ordered a custom photo charm but when I received the item there was an ink smudge on the photo (right over the eye on the face). I emailed customer service about a replacement and never heard back.
I have not received my product yet. The tracking system is not working and there is no one for me to call locally. I hope I receive my merchandise soon.
I bought the memorable charm for my mums 60th and had a picture of her mum put into it as her mum just past away. But you could not make out what the picture was it was all blurry
The merchandise was not as advertised and the company didn't want a return/refund without a great deal of effort.
