I received my bracelet yesterday, very happy with my purchase, is as described on web, maybe a bit more on the brown side than black. My purchased arrived on the time they stated.

I am so excited to have added four glittering charms to my gifted bracelet which are authentic and were affordable! Delivery was so quick and right to my mailbox without any shipping charges!

I bought 2 of the love heart charms you can pick a photo to go in. I picked a very clear photo for them and they arrived yesterday and you can't see what the picture is.

Although the products came in mail quicker than I thought... I expected a box with Pandora markings/logo... as 99%of the time silver is gonna be given as a gift.

I was really pleased with the product! Looks really nice and is good quality! However I think the postage was extremely expensive! That would put me off ordering again

No customer service no number to contact them ordered my stuff 3 weeks before Christmas paid £12 extra for guaranteed Christmas delivery and still not received. Rubbish rubbish rubbish

Beautiful just want I wanted for my mums birthday. The photo is clear and looks lovely and the delivery was easy to track and came quicker then I expected

I have yet to receive the product I purchased and the tracking number provided just shows that it has been departing from the same location for the past week.

Emails for tracking number and response to questions were not answered until after the product arrived. Never did get an answer to my questions. The product was as expected.

Delivery was fine, over all the charm is lovely apart from the picture I chose. The top half of the heart is faded and really light asif it ran out of ink.

Was very disappointed, had to print out picture so recipients knew what picture was. The picture on site was very nice but when I received charm it did not look as expected

Ordered a personalised photo charm. Their website is really easy to use and the quality of the charm is brilliant, really pleased. Service was fantastic, did not have to wait too long.

Will never order from here again. It takes forever for the order to come in! I needed the item for a birthday gift and it still isn't here! Not satisfied at all.

Fast easy and came out beautifully and just in time for Mother's Day. They sent me text messages letting me know my shipment was out for delivery and when it was about to arrive. Perfect!

Ordered on the website and didn't even receive a confirmation email. I emailed asking for an update on my order and no response. I have no way of seeing how my order is progressing. Disappointed.
