I put in an order over 19 days ago, needing it for tomorrow for a 65 birthday present and I still have not received it. The tracking on the package is terrible. Only information I have is that it left ShangHaiShi on the 14th. I just can't believe I fell for this. If anyone ask me about the experience, I'll be sure to tell them. Just so disappointed. You were the only ones that had the oakleaf charm and her last name is oakleaf, that's why I ordered it.! Well I guess she'll be disappointed just like I am!
Not only did I not receive "gaurenteed Christmas delivery", but I was disappointed at the craftsmanship of the product. The picture had shadows on it and the glass that covers the picture did not sit flush on the image. It was raised and looked poorly assembled.
I place an order on the 13 Dec and I am trying to track the order on the 23rd dec and there is no order found in the tracking system. There is no phone I can ring to try to find out what has happened.
I ordered a paws charm on 26th April for my granddaughter 18th birthday. I said I needed it delivered before 13 may. I never received an email or order number although the payment was taken from m account. I have contacted them through msn and had a reply it would be sent to their customers services. I sent my email address and phone number but to date I have heard nothing from them. I have told them to refund my payments... still nothing. I will be posting on Facebook that it seems likel a scam.
It's been a month since I've ordered my product and I have yet to recieve it. I keep trying to get ahold of their customer service, for a while now, and they still have yet to get back to me. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
I really like the item however it is really tiny. Cant reallu see the features which was the reason why I Bought it.

Overall experience was great. The site was easy tonusevand happy Glamulet alloed me to use PayPal. Tracking was just okay. My delivery arrived alot sooner than i expected. Would definitely use this site again

I would just like to say considering I'm sending it to a family friend I wouldn't see it but knowing that they tell me everything I want to know where it is. I've been waiting for a email stating it has been delivered. If I don't get confirmation for this I will be going to my bank for a full refund on the purchase and reporting this as a bad experience but if it arrives in the next couple of days I'll be happy. I'm just confused as to why after placing it on the 3rd of this month why is it still not arrived at the destination after 10 days of placing it.
I order some charms for my daughter's Pandora bracelet from this company. I then realized that the charms were not official Pandora charms. I tried to cancel the order within 24hrs and was unable to do so. I used the e-mail box at the bottom of the site twice with no response, then I located at phone number called twice with no response. I contacted my card company and was told I would have to wait the delivery time frame which is 9 to 25 days, it has been 17days and the package has yet to be delivered. This company is Trash!
This will probably be my first and last purchase with Glamulet. I left an e-mail message and to this day have gotten no response. I decided to leave a message via phone and still got no response. I am suppose to receive my charm bracelet with charms between the 9th of December to the 25th. I have my fingers cross and am hoping I get my merchandise.

I ordered a ring on November 28 and I still haven't received it yet. The last time I was notified about it was on December 2nd and it said it's in transit, however it's taking a bit while and I'm getting impatient.
Overall, the experience was good. The items were what I was expecting, well packaged. The only glitch was getting the items to our house. They were suppose to be dropped off at our house. Unfortunately, the package made it as far as Kamloops then the DHL representative contacted us regarding pick up which is over an hour away. We worked out a way to get it to a representative closer to Tappen. Now I know that if a courier is used, we will need to figure out how to get the items once they are closer to home.
I purchased this item for my wife, for our 35th wedding anniversary. We had a romantic weekend planned for us by our anniversary gift. I payed extra shipping so I could receive it before we left. I was given a date of Friday the 2nd to receive it. However it never came, so I left without it. So POOR shipping
Ordered charm 16th December and paid £10 guaranteed delivery before xmas, contacted Friday before Christmas still awaiting response from glamulet, charm was eventually delivered 29th December with a text from Royal Mail 25 minutes before delivery. Great late present from my son to his mum.

Ordered a charm with a picture of my friends dog on it for her birthday, I received the charm yesterday. The colour is completely off & it isn't in the placement I wanted.
I messaged them to ask if they could resend another. They replied with no apologies what so ever and not able to update me as they weren't sure what they were allowed to do.
Today I was told after badgering them again that they'd sent me an email, I couldn't open this email from them, I am unsure why. I have no problem with my email account especially since it is just their email that will not open.
