Overpriced for a supposedly discounted luxury clothing. The suggested retail prices from which they are comparing are fake -- don't fall for it. Additionally, if you have a cart with items and go to checkout, it will process without you being able to review. This happened to me and I tried to immediately reverse it but I got NO HELP from Customer Support. Items were final sale!

They sell fake products that's why prices are low because quality is very poor. Prices are inflated to make you believe you are purchasing good

Gilt is a treasure trove for luxury fashion enthusiasts. The discounts on high-end brands are impressive, and the website's layout makes it easy to navigate. Shipping can sometimes be a tad slow, but the quality of items is consistently top-notch. Gilt's flash sales are addictive, and I've had more positive experiences than not. The item I bought would have been fine, but what I had to go through to get the right thing was AWFUL! New member promo codes that were store appointed did not populate when I was checking out, and when I asked customer service they said they would credit the amount back to my card. They did not. They were not reachable for hours even after trying to chat. 2 weeks later I got the item which was the wrong size. I chatted with them online for 3 more days and no one could help me. They said I could just ship back the item, but I'd have to pay for return shipping. They were also not able to help me with the exchange in size for the correct size at the same price because the item had gone back up in price, so I was told I would have to wait for it to either drop in price or pay more for the item. Again because the wrong size was shipped. This company is ridiculous and I will never buy from them again. It cost me hours of messaging back and forth with no resolution and $10 just to be frustrated with no product at all. This company is a joke, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had a terrible experience with Gilt. First my order was delayed by a week. It was supposed top arrive on 12th Sept but I was notified that it will be delayed by 1 week that means on 19th. They gave me FedEx tracking info, which was incorrect. After I contacted them they said it will be delivered by EFW. I had to be at home to receive the order, so I took a day off as my order was supposed to receive on Sept 20th. No one came. Nor I received nay updates. I also signed up for Text updates. Today is 22nd Sept. I haven't received my order. Customer service says to contact EFW. EFW have been telling me from past 3 days that I will receive a call from EFW soon, which never happened. This site is extremely unprofessional.

I will in the future no better than any purchases from the subpar retailer scraping the bottom of the barrel for a discount retailer well gilt is a low as you can get. Reminder with that you can expect no service no quality and little to no satisfaction but they will offer a bucket full of bs and headaches and plenty of work for you trying to do the contortions needed to get them to give you refund. Remember you get what you pay for. Gilt has a lot of reasons why there might be an issue but none for resolving it and as Jen the customer supervisor told me in no uncertain terms "you're on your own". And with a patronizing, condescending tone, ask if there was anything else she could assist me with. Lesson learned I know next time next use Gilt.con

I purchase these shoes in June 2023, only worn them once when I realized the weldts on both side of the shoe. I reached out to Gilt for them to advise because it have been more than 30 days it's nothing they can do. These shoes are not only irregular but poorly made as if they are knock off (which they states they don't sell). I will be reaching out to corporate (Stellar Mccartney) to see if these are authentic, if not... I will be obtaining a lawyer for deceptive sells on Gilt part...

So I ordered some dishes at the price of 215 dollars from GILT with afterpay and when I go look at the receipt they have the wrong shipping address. So mind you now gilt says they are unable to change the shipping address because of afterpay and they have a third party involved that they will try to cancell my order. Well if you can accept my money why can't you change the shipping address? I've never heard of a place where they are just willing to send your merchandise to a whole nother city. I'm so frustrated I will never use this company again!and I better get my money back!

To start with, promised 10% promo code was never sent to me to claim my 10% off. The customer services says since I am an EU buyer I am not entitled to it (!) what a strange excuse. The promised 7-11 delivery days were a big fat lie. I made my purchase on the 8th of July, today is 25th still no tracking number provided and the Customer Services is not giving me any dates or further details. Won't recommend to anyone

This company sells fake merchandise. In addition, shipping was supposed to be free, and I was supposed to receive a 10% new customer discount, which they never honored. Byers beware.

I ordered perfume and received a shipping box. I opened it and it was empty. Only the shipping invoice inside. I emailed and then called Gilt. When I did get someone, and stated that I just wanted a refund, she said "hold-on" and then hung up. I was unable to get anyone else on the phone! Total scam. I normally look at reviews and I didn't with this seller!

By far, best price on the internet. The emails were overly-detailed and were clear about the entire transaction. I was kept up to date on the process from start to finish and shipping was very fast. The Prada sunglasses are 100% authentic and in pristine condition. PERFECT

I've purchased many products from gilt. Sunglasses, watches, and a couple shirts. I plan on continuing to shop the deals with gilt.

I was one of their clients, but after what happened, I'll never purchase anything by them. Now my bank is trying to return my money to me.

My last purchase was of a wine promotion with no mention of joining a club for subsequent shipments. Item was labeled as shipped with no tracking.Followed by notice that I had joined a wine club. Notified them that day that their af made no
Mention of same and I wished to cancel. I was told that refund would occur in 4/5 days. The next day I was noted that it was not refundable! I then tried to exercise the voucher sent and response was it was sold out. Customer service is ignorant, dishonest or both. I will dispute this with my credit card co.
Stay away from GILT is my advice.

I love Gilt. They have awesome products at incredible prices. I have bought everything from clothing and shoes to home and beauty products from them and I have never been disappointed. The quality of the products is superb and the delivery is quick and easy. Gilt is a trustworthy and reliable site.

They sell top-brand handbags at low prices. Clear product descriptions and photographs make the website easy to use. Gilt's customer service is kind and efficient, making purchasing a pleasure.

They use FedEx and packages get. Also ship to the wrong address and they don't care and won't help. I would give it zero stars if I could.

They're great. And they fit my feet well. They are very comfortable and the quality is great. They are so cute and stylish that I can wear them with any outfit. They are comfortable to wear all day long.

Gilt handbags are amazing! I have had my purse for several years now and I absolutely love it. The leather is so soft, and the texture makes it so easy to hold. The space inside is so convenient - I can fit everything I need in there without having to make too much effort!
