You are scammers and a bunch of imbeciles without brains. You give fictitious opinions to sell this crap... Logically thinking people try to avoid their website it's just a common swindler!. They sell to people defective goods with chips, scratches or missing parts with instructions that lack descriptions of the elements, dimensions and lack of stages. They are not even able to send a second package with undamaged elements and, what is worse, they change the rules established earlier... They play for time in order to "make tire" the customer... Even half of tiny star is to good for them.

Do not buy anything from this rip off merchant. They sell cheap quality items shipped straight from China with broken parts, chipped wood and Chinese instructions. You'd do better with some cardboard and sticky tape. The wood is so flimsy and bends... just do not buy from them!
Really cheap quality items, it is nothing like what's shown. Flat packs are a nightmare. Not enough screws, holes not in place or no holes for screws. Items come in a zillion little pieces, it is the worst flat pack I have ever put together. Their wood is not even wood, it's some come kind cheap cardboard. To compare with IKEA being a 10/10 this would be 3/10. Items look good but quality is rubbish. Save yourself the time and money. I read the reviews here and still went ahead and purchases as it was within my budget but now I regret it, now I have to go to the trouble of returning and yet to see what that process will be like. I bought 2 shelving units, one adjustable shelf and rugs. Rugs are advertised falsely, the rugs have no weight and your bathroom mat would be of better quality, it's been a huge waste of my time shopping here. Positive - item was received within 2 days.
I've attempted twice with the first instance the products never arriving and the second instance they arrived damaged and will not provide a full refund. They give you the run around and don't reply. They blocked me on Facebook for leaving a negative review as they will not resolve the matter. I am escalating the matter to ACCC.
Do not buy from them. I received damaged item. They asked me to take item out of box to photograph, and now will not provide refund as I opened and removed from box.
I am warming as many people as I can to not buy from them. You will get a cheap and nasty item, it won't work, will break, won't do as you want, and them you are stuck with their crappy furniture because they won't refund. I will keep fighting these a@#$##@# because I will not give up! Can we all get together for a class action? These ashes need to be stopped and not allowed to trade here selling thier cheap overseas made things.
I ordered 3 radios for my car and they sent me a ring and refuse to refund my money or correct the issue, if your one of the ones with trouble from these people please report them to the BBB and federal fraud division so we can stop them from scamming anyone else. We need enough people to try and send these people to prison. I made a federal case against them so you need to do the same. Let's take them down
Was sent faulty goods. Damage aside, the product was of very poor quality and only included Chinese instructions with no translation.
When I requested a refund or replacement, they refused. I was only able to eventually receive a refund when I engaged Fair Trading and my bank. Once they saw the evidence and DShops avoidance of their obligations - I was given a refund.
My experience has been consistent with other people I have spoken with. The reality of their products is very different to the images and the descriptions.
TERRIBLE AND UNETHICAL! I was sent a damaged product by Dshop. I sent them photos of the obvious damage caused by inappropriate packaging, but they refused to refund me for the product. I have read countless reviews from people who have had very similar experiences. I was staggered to read that some people have returned items at their own expense upon a promise of a refund, but never received one. It is obvious that part of Dshop's strategy is to sell substandard/damaged products in the knowledge that most people will finally give up on their pursuit for a refund or replacement. This is unethical and frankly criminal!
First desk-holes in frame did not match holes in top boards. 2nd desk same. What quality control there is none. They then wanted me to pack it into the box as if you can. Then send it back via their courier and if no fault I'd pay courier. I couldn't trust that they wouldn't put together another desk and lie that it was the one we had. Such an untrustworthy company with such cheap product that doesn't $#*!ing work. Should be ashamed of themselves. Brock
Terrible company and service. Took the company to the ombudsman after they would not return the broken item. They agreed, then disappeared again. I re-engaged the ombudsman to make them move again. They try to make it so difficult to get a refund or exchange that you'll give up!

I returned a foot massage machine at my own expence that did not work. It was delivered a month ago the tracking shows & there is no reply to my emails.

So wish i had read these reviews before going ahead with my purchase. The products are definitely not the same quality as those pictured. They are cheap and nasty chip board and the products we purchased are damanged but when I contacted them got some bs story about them being damaged in transit. They are not only packaged terribly but on top of that the quality is woeful
I have contacted them and have been offered 20 per item as compensation and told this was reasonable. I also wanted to return one item completely packaged unopen and told it would be change of mind return and a fee would be taken out of refund to cover handing the return WTF?

This company is an absolute joke, I bought a shelving unit for my daughters store opened it up and the first 5 pieces were damaged so I packaged it up and contacted them immediately - there response was they are happy to give me a credit as it's change of mind. Weeks and numerous emails later I'm still fighting them - absolutely disgusted with their customer service and are now in discussions with Fair Trading and the NSW Ombudsman. It's an on going battle but I will continue until I get a full refund albeit I'll have to pay for returning the package
The bookshelves looked nice on the website but were cheap and nasty quality when they arrived. They were also dirty and marked.
When we put them together some of the panels cracked and one split so we couldn't continue to build the shelf. When we contacted them for a refund they blamed us for the fault and refused. So not only do we not have a bookshelf, we don't have our money back either. Dodgy company, do not trust :(
Bought digital piano that arrived defective: keys play wrong notes. Lodged the complaint the same day. After three weeks of follow-ups got proposed a $20 gift voucher instead of replacement or refund. D shop does not follow their own product return policy and Australian Consumer Law. DO not waste your precious time on it.
Absolute worst experience buying online. Ordered a large table which arrived with the incorrect parts AND covered in dirt and filth. Been trying to contact D-Shop almost 3 weeks. After an initial reply asking for more details, they are now completely ignoring me. Incomplete and dirty table parts are still just sitting in my hallway..
No word can explain the poor quality of the products other than absolute "garbage". I urge all unhappy customers to consider class action against this unacceptable behaviour. Their business model has been setup in a way that will cost you more money asking for a refund and return of the garbage they send you than the actual money you spent on the $#*!. $109 restocking for $79 items! They have obviously bought good reviews on other platforms for damage control but nothing shouts louder than 91% unhappy customers!
Ordered a walker for handicapped wife. Arrived fairly quickly, but only 3 wheels touched the ground at once, as one of the legs was badly bent inwards. Very helpful when notifies of problem. Sent return label for unit to be returned, and offered a new unit as replacement. After we advised them that the carrier had picked it up, no more contact, or response to our messages. Requested a refund. Ignored! No walker, and no refund, and the only response was inviting us to comment on their service.
Purchased 2 sets of stools. Opened one and found it didn't suit. Contacted them about returning the other box unopened. They agreed to a refund of the unopened box. I had to courier it back at my expense. That was a month ago. Still no refund despite countless emails and phone calls. Will file complaint with Fair trade.
I purchased a cabnet when it arrived it was in pieces broken screws loose and box torn along with missing pieces i spoke to the curior they said it wasnt there responsibility i than spoke to dshop and sent proof aka pictures etc and no resolution almost $300 down the drain
