TERRIBLE AND UNETHICAL! I was sent a damaged product by Dshop. I sent them photos of the obvious damage caused by inappropriate packaging, but they refused to refund me for the product. I have read countless reviews from people who have had very similar experiences. I was staggered to read that some people have returned items at their own expense upon a promise of a refund, but never received one. It is obvious that part of Dshop's strategy is to sell substandard/damaged products in the knowledge that most people will finally give up on their pursuit for a refund or replacement. This is unethical and frankly criminal!
