RocketGift is an amazing concept. You can use the money anywhere, which is so unique! However, the person who sent it can recommend a specific place. You can also put the money into your bank account so that you don't have a random $1 or $0.60 left on a gift card that you will never use again. Love it! Highly recommend!
I have this for My Niece Ericka, for her 11 year Anniversary. She open the Gift Rocket, and was surprised, by how is it was, and she had options, how to claimed it. So appreciative, of this site. Highly recommended. I set up thru my email to hers.
I wanted to send a gift card in appreciating to a special person. I had NO idea what they liked, and I began my search. I Googled gift cards and GIFT ROCKET came up. After reading about this new way of gifting, I was sold. I completed the submission, and the person I sent it to was thrilled! She was able to select an Amazon gift... which I would never have thought of! She was very happy, and so was I! Thank you Gift Rocket!
This is a classic Ponsey Scheme. They take your money then deposit it in their account claiming to deposit it in the recepients account 7 days later. Your better off just sending someone money yourself thru FB or Venmo. It's after 7 days I'm still waiting for my money. Scam artist!
First of all, I love being able to receive a Visa card as a gift option. Something that I can use any place that I choose.
Second of all, I had an issue with a Visa card that I let expire (my fault). I contacted Gift Rocket customer service, they responded quickly and once I provided them with additional information I was able to re-active my funds.

Avoid this SCAM at all costs. The website pretends to offer a Gift Card for the item that you are looking for. In my case it was a restaurant. They have no connection to ANY restaurants. They charge a service fee, and offer to send your money to the recipients Bank Account... or offer other Gift Cards that they are affiliated with.
TOTAL CROOKS!.
I enjoyed receiving a gift through GiftRocket. I had an excellent experience with GiftRocket. No complaints whatsoever. I would definitely consider using GiftRocket to purchase a gift for someone, and I would be delighted to receive gifts through GiftRocket.
I purchased a Nebraska Furniture Mart gift card for my grandson. Not only was there a service fee charged that wasn't made clear, when I printed the gift card it says it is to be Redeemed online only and that definitely was not made clear. This is a terrible scam and should be shut down by the authorities.
I purchased a gift certificate for a restaurant in Raleigh, NC where my daughter lives. My daughters had a wonderful meal at the restaurant but when they were ready to pay, the restaurant owner said he had never seen this gift card and had never approved it. He indicated the gift cards for his restaurant needed to be purchased on his website. Fortunately, the owner was a wonderful person (at Bida Manda restaurant) and honored the gift card. Not only is Gift Rocket using businesses that they have no relationship with but they are also adding a large fee. My advice is to go directly to the place of business.
A real pleasure using Gift Rocket to send gifts to my grand kids. They get what every kid wants and that is option's. Today it is hard to get them exactly what they want and not living near them this makes shopping easy. Gift Ricket is a pleasure to use and I highly recommend it.
I was very pleased with the gift card I received from GiftRocket, not only can it be used at a number of restaurants & stores it can also be deposited into a checking or savings acct. Unlike other gift cards that can only be used at a specific place.

I have received a giftrocket in the amount of $1000, redeemed Monday and should have had it deposited in my bank account by Friday. Wednesday evening a cancellation email was sent. Gift rocket cancelled the transaction due to security issues and was told to find a different way to make this transaction happen. Well Gee thanks, I was counting on that money. After getting my bank account in for, name and all they can't do it. Do yourself a favor and open ul a Paypal account to send money to a friend of family member. Giftrocket makes u wait for days, they have very high transaction fees, inexistent phone costumer service ( I called and a robot asked me if anyone in my household was over 50 and that I will be entered to win a cruise and they hung up on me). Take time to read the positive reviews, they look like bull$#*! to me, all long and seem to advertise the site heavily. I will never recommend this site to anyone and I hope it gets shut down.
Gift Rocket charges a fee to simply transfer money from one bank acct to another. This can usually be done for free. Why pay Gift Rocket to do it for you? It also takes Gift Rocket 3-4 days to do the transfer. U you can get it done in less than a day. SCAM!
I ordered a gift card for a coworker. I have received a myriad of emails stating that my credit card is blocked and to contact the bank. I contacted the bank, and there isn't a block on my credit card. I have attempted to resolve this issue, for many days. I asked them to call me and I will give them the credit card number, for payment. They do not take payments, over the phone, I was told. I located a number, online, and left a message asking them to call me. So far, they have not done that. My coworker may not receive their gift card, because payment has not happened.
I received an email saying that my gift was canceled due to security reasons. This is complete bull$#*!. This site is a complete scam to get your information. Will be getting in contact with whoever is in charge! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! This site deserves 0 stars shouldn't even be up and running!
I've used Gift Rocket four times. There was a glitch, only ONCE. I mistakenly entered an incorrect address for the recipient and then emailed customer service to try and correct it. I didn't receive a response, so I emailed again... then again. I did receive a response, a correction and a CREDIT to use later! #wrongsMadeRight
I was very pleased with using GiftRocket it was my very first time and. I wanted to send my bestfriend a a thank you token/wedding anniversary gift. I was very pleased with my delivery options which was sent on time on the date I choose also the communication via email about my purchase and that my gift card was sent as scheduled was great. I would use this service again and probably sooner than later.
I never heard of Gift Rocket but I think it's a great tool to send gifts. The ease of navigatying the web site and how quickly the fundsmwerem deposited in my bank was quick and easy. Will definitely use this site in the future
