I used them several times and each time there was a problem. Then the last time for no reason it was denied. I asked why and was told they could not give a reason, This took several days and was very frustrating.
Not the best way to give somebody a gift card. I actually purchased a gift card for a Napa deli. Recipient unable to use it at store. Too 'complicated' to access gift. I ended up purchasing actual gift card from the store, not worth the $3 processing fee. I will not purchase from website again.
Our credit card still has not be credited for our gift.
We signed up to redeem the gift by way of having our gift put on our credit on July 9 2015 and today is July 22 and still has not shown up on our card. What gives?
Giftrocket.com sells gift cards in the same sense that Kraft singles are cheese. What the recipient of my purchase actually got was notice of a money transfer with the "suggestion" that they spend the money at the store I thought I was buying a gift card to. There's nothing the recipient can take in hand to be redeemed at the store. They had to provide their bank info to get the money wired straight to their bank account, then spend the money normally. If I just wanted to send money to their bank account I could have done it for a hell of a lot less than $4.50!
I received a gift through GiftRocket and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I was able to accept my gift easily and there were many options to choose from to receive it. I definitely would recommend this service to others.
I recently used GiftRocket to get a gift certificate to a local restaurant for Boss day. It worked out great because it was very last minute and I didn't have time to search or run out to get a gift card.
I did not see how this worked when I ordered a gift card for my friends as a Christmas gift. In order to redeem they would have to either give them checking account info., with a routing number! Or give them credit card info! Or get a Amazon gift card. Ridiculous.
I like how fast the service and how it easily provide the service. It is really very accurate and doesn't require too many or complicated step to reach the final payment, I didn't have a single issue with it.
I spent $200 on giftrocket for a client who never got the email. I had to ask because I know she would have thanked me. I contacted giftrocket who confirmed it hadn't been used, so they cancelled the original one and allegedly resent it again. She never got that one either, so I contacted giftrocket who just says someone used it and that's all they can tell me. Caveat emptor. Will never use them again.

This website is so versatile at giving people what they want. You don't have to spend your money at Amazon if you don't want to buy you can it you do. You can ship local or you can sirens money straight to your bank accounts! It's really an awesome way to send money if that's your go to gift giving idea.
This is the first time I received a GiftRocket online gift card as a Christmas gift. It was super easy to redeem I just followed the instructions & chose Amazon as my choice. The credit arrived immediately via email instructions & in no time I was able to redeem it & add it to my credit balance & start shopping. I will definitely be using GiftRocket in the future as gifts to others.
There is a service fee of $15. Xx, basically for... sending you a layout of the gift card? It is not even a gift card for the specified restaurant, in my case Bourbon Steak. It states to the recipient it is "recommended" for the use at this restaurant. Might as well put that money into a traditional card to save yourself the service fee.

Recently sent $100 from Maine to a friend in Maryland. The friend redeemed the gift on the same day. I made a suggestion for use of the money but appreciate that the friend can use the gift as she wishes.
The card is ok but you really need customer service people to talk to, I mean if a person has a problem with the card there is no one to talk to. The customer has to wait till they get back to them it is ridiculous.
I wanted to send my son in college a gift card to his favorite pizza place during finals. Gift Rocket came up as the only option in a Google search. Ends up he can't even use if at the place that the Gift Rocket site said he could use it at. He also couldn't transfer it to his own debit card to use it that way. Really frustrating and difficult to use for intended purpose. Stay away!
I was looking for a gift card for a specific restaurant for my son's birthday. This site popped up as one who would provide that gift. It allowed me to print a card that indicated it was a gift for the restaurant I had chosen.
However, when it came to redeeming the card that restaurant was not available and my son's only option was to have to money transferred into his bank account or pick another gift card. I could have easily given him the $50 cash but I wanted the gift for that restaurant.
This site should specify what gift cards are available instead of acting like they can provide what you want only to dissapoint in the end.
