Received my gift code which was 12 characters long, when I input the code I got an error that says the gift code is only 9 characters /-need help

If your purchase is canceled you'll receive a refund within 4-10 business days depending on your bank. If you don't receive a refund within this timeframe, please email support@giftrocket.com and we'd be happy to help.
