After my order has been place, I got an email that they can't del. My order at the address I want, but istead of that, they'll del. A diffrend gift! So, I ask myself: what has address to do with the gift I choose?!? Anyway, I went in live chat with Sandra. Very rude, very unprofessional! She was like; " take it or cancel it"
I ordered a cake and a balloon bouquet of 6 balloons totaling $290.72 to be sent to Hobart TAS, Australia and they never delivered the cake and only 2 balloons got delivered. WTH? Sent email after email no answer. Then I requested a refund and got nothing either. I am Disputing it with credit card company. They totally ruined a birthday. NOT HAPPY.
My items are still waiting to be delivered and they were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. I have emailed the company on numerous occasions and still no response to when the items will be delivered
Terrible experienced, I ordered something and paid for extra shipping to deliver in same day, but in the last minute of delivery day they didn't deliver my item at all I just got an email from them and they said they hold it because I need to provide a picture of my credit card and drivers license which I didn't give as I paid PayPal already and it's shows on my paypal the amount that I paid to them.And after talking to costumer service they are not helpful at all they are just saying cancel your order and they just hang up on the phone. What a waste of time on them.The surprise bday gift never got to my friend, I'm so disappointed.so terrible... I'm going to file a claim on PayPal soon hope I will get back my money.
I am so disappointed and dissatisfied! I was completely scammed! I attached a picture of what I ordered and spent nearly $100 on for my family for Christmas! I ordered a Santa Crate filled with delicious goodies of all kinds! And guess what my family received a stupid holiday tin saying "happy holidays" with some wrapped up cookies! Definitely not what I ordered! No one called me or contacted me to inform me of a problem with my order. Order history and customer support photos attached. The company just processed my payment and stole my money! Just like the Grinch!
I ordered a cake and some flowers to be delivered for my mums birthday. I found out (1hr after I placed the order) that she would be overseas. I contacted this company on the same day and asked for a later delivery date. They replied and confirmed the new date. Then I found out that they just delivered on the original date (left on the doorstep!). I contacted them for an explanation and to arrange another delivery or refund. Sadly the issue was not resolved. They just said that my request to change the delievry date was "too late" to take affect, even though I made the change within hours of the original booking, but the delivery was not dispatched for 6 days!?! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Received notice delivered was made. However, daughter did not receive. Contacted customer service and was told they would check on it. Waited 3 days and heard nothing. Contacted again and was told by RUDE customer service to that order was canceled and refund being processed. Would never recommend using them.

Girdt delivered without saying who it was from and ditching out note we wrotw. Took the person 2-3 days to find out who sent it. The company simply gave them our email address. No apologies, nothing
They had no problem taking $80, $155, and! 165... 3 ordered items for 3 relatives for Xmas 2020, Dec 20th.
Paid extra for guaranteed 24/25 delivery.
No only did I not received ANY confirmation via email, their website "contact us" -- just goes to a blank page when you submit.
Nothing was received by my family there. So much for XMAS. I can't even "track" the order because they didn't confirm any email, nothing-- BUT they had NO problems billing my card.
Needless to say, now I get the report the charges as fraud... and my family gets nothing. NOT COOL!
BUYER BEWARE: You'll save yourself time, money, and hurt feelings by not using this company. Unless you like spending your XMAS dealing with your credit-card company.

Do not use this company. They assured me my "cake" delivery would be made on Friday to Maui. It is the end of the day Friday and cake had not left California. Advised it will now be Monday for delivery meaning cake will be 6days old. Now not replying to my messsages. Will never use their service again.
Promised delivery but item never showed up. No communication outside of automations. I reached out multiple times and automated response was "its on its way"
While I appreciated the same day delivery, I was very disappointed to hear from my children that the balloon bouquet lasted one day only. Of 7 balloons, 5 were completely deflated by the 2nd day (the day after delivery), so not even 24 hours. At $40 + $20 for delivery for 7 balloons, I would say this is a ripoff. The response to my complaint was "We do not guarantee flying time for balloons, we also mention this on website." Needless to say, had they said the balloons would last less than 24 hours, I would not have ordered them, and no I did not see the disclaimer about "flying time" but think there should be a minimum time of inflation. I have had balloons that lasted for a month. It would be the same if I ordered flowers and they died after one day. There is an expectation of a reasonable minimum time for enjoyment.
Gift was sent, delayed but sent. What did did not feel like delivering, is the Thank You Note. If they had not delivered the note, would have still been fine. But, they basically took few words from in-between the damn message and that was the Thank You note.
The person that I sent the note to, literally thought someone is punking them.
I ordered my item to be delivered next day and it was actually delivered 5 days later. BUYER BEWARE. Their unbelievable priced next day delivery is atrociously expensive for a fabrication of advertisement. I will never buy from GiftBlooms and will let others know never to buy from them as well.
I should have checked the rating of this firm first...((( Unfortunately, this year's 14 February delivery to my fiancé in London was messed up. First, when it didn't arrive on the expected date. Moreover, when it wasn't I had to tell him there was supposed to be a delivery. So it ruined the surprise. And secondly, when they replied to me saying IT WAS delivered! Obviously a lie and they either just left it outside the door so it could be taken by anyone, or just didn't bother...
This is a hopeless company! Please for heaven's sake do not use them! When I ordered for a hamper with a message in a card, they did not send the card! So my recipient did not know I was the sender! How ridiculous! This company is totally irresponsible, they do not admit fault. I only requested for them to send the card with my message again but they refused! Their way to resolve the issue is to provide 10% discount on my next order! Only a nincompoop would make a second order! I await your bankruptcy very soon!
Do not trust them, they don't deliver the things atall. And when u ask for the explanation the car said ("I can cancel the order, I have rights to do it, do what ever you can, I don't care.- Mr TIM csr in giftblooms) and after that I asked him to connect to his higher officials he says that he won't do it and he hanged up the call.
I orderd 18 balloons for my sisters birthday which cost a whopping $150, I ordered a couple of weeks in advance. Everything was confirmed however they never arrived! I messaged and emailed several times throughout the day to ask when they would be delivered with no response until late afternoo. It came to the end of the day so I asked for a refund that I havent yet recieved! They took away a special moment that I cant get back.
Use a reputable credit card for online purchases... one that will get you a refund if the company refuses! CapitalOne and Amex are good.
Bought flowers to be delivered in Saudi Arabia.
This company is based in Pennsylvania but a lot of flower companies have contracts and subcontracts with other flower companies in different locations.
The flowers were not delivered on the day I wanted or at all. I contacted Gift Blooms and my credit card company the next day.
Gift blooms agreed to refund me but no real reason given for why my flowers were not delivered other than Valentines Day is a busy day... duh, and if you can't deliver then I will give my business to one that can

I ordered something via their website, using my credit card, and then they asked for a photo of my credit card and driver's license, which I of course did not provide! I then canceled my order and they would transfer the amount back to my credit card but never did. They said they did from their end, but up until now, 1 month later, nothing is received. Don't trust them!
