This company scammed my family out of $233 AUD.
Firstly, I tried to get in contact through the "message" feature, which was successful at first, however, when asking for an update, I was left with no response. The last communication that I had with this company was on the 24th of December. Today is the 29th. This is after I paid extra money for "Next Day Delivery" ($20).
Secondly, the product that I ordered was delivered five days later than expected.
Thirdly, the reviews are appalling, and my biggest regret is not reading them before purchasing. When the product was finally delivered, it looked nothing like the photo, and was certainly NOT WORTH hundreds of dollars. Giftblooms is a scam and a fraud and you should NOT EVER buy from them! Just like the other reviews have said, there are items missing, and wrong items included. Buying from them is not worth your time or your energy and disappointment. Now I have to get in contact with my bank because CLEARLY I will not be able to get a refund if I can't even get into contact with them.
Lastly, my invoice CLEARLY stated that the amount charged to my account was $161.13. I live in Australia, and I was shopping IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS WHEN I ADDED IT TO MY CART- it said that on your website. Yet, my account was charged $233.88. This is extremely misleading to customers. Being consistent with pricing is important, and it was so disappointing that the gift that was received looked like it was worth $30…
Balloons were not delivered on time. The balloons looked terrible. Shame on this company, shame. I emailed them, no answer. Shame Shame Shame

Very expensive items, wrong cake delivered, nothing like the picture and they did not check with me first. I am glad it got there on time though.
HORRIBLE job, I will Never use this site/company again and will be sure to write reviews elsewhere to advise consumers, this company failed to deliver the correct product of balloons order to my sister for her birthday and whomever they contracted to do this work for them was horrible, the delivery guy told my sister oh, I have the wrong balloons and will be right back ( he delivered Mothers day ballons), HE Never cam back! There is not any reliable way to contact this company as they don't have a number to call, I emailed and sent FB message! NOTHING, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, and today 15 days later, I get a generic email that my order was canceled and a refund was given! NO type of I am SORRY?! I honestly do not know how this company is even operating! What a shame!

Online purchase of a balloon bouquet was made and accepted. On Valentine's Day morning I receive a text message to urgently check my email and reply ASAP regarding its delivery. I check my email immediately and find no email from GiftBlooms. After this playing on my mind for an hour I decide to check my email again (as I notice that my order is actually 'on hold' and I see an email from a Jagma CS pertaining to my order (I only knew this after opening all emails from senders I did not know... there were over 50 from the morning alone!).
The email advises that the product I ordered and was able to pay for online was actually out of stock. It offered me an alternative balloon bouquet which I accepted. I replied to the email advising my acceptance and also requesting confirmation that the delivery would occur on time (on Valentine's Day) to my husband's workplace.
I received a reply almost immediately with confirmation of the above.
THEN, 10 minutes later (at almost midday on Valentine's Day) I receive another email stating
"... your order can be delivered Tomorrow as The cut-off time has Just Passed. Regards,
Pete."
That's it. End of Message. No apology. No alternatives provided/offered
So there I am at midday ON Valentine's Day left with no gift for my husband and no way to get one organised at such short notice especially with a newborn to take care of.
The customer service extended by this company leaves A LOT to be desired.
I have no idea why I couldn't have been contacted on my mobile INSTEAD of email. As they were able to send me a text message advising an email had been sent yet failing to include that the sender WAS NOT GiftBlooms. If THIS had been done the order would have made the cut off time for today's delivery. Not to mention that this only happened because what they allowed me to buy a product online that was out of stock!

Liars - Scammers - The website said if I ordered in the next 3 hours that they would deliver it same day. The customer service rep lied to me and told me that the message was for someone else. They said that they can't deliver it same day and that I saw a message that was supposed to go to someone else. It was on their same day deliver website at their checkout. Then after multiple times of trying to get in touch with them they said "sorry we won't be able to deliver your balloons, we are canceling your order." I am still trying to get them to refund my money. I asked for a number to call and they said they don't have a number to call. The only way to get in touch with them is through their sketchy phone number you can only text or through email in which they don't respond to emails.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will tell you whatever they can to get your money and then you won't get your product. This is a scam!

Yet again, this company is doing what they can to scam. It's interesting that they say all my questions were answered but didn't seem to comment on the fact that their company did not respond to my emails, and did not respond to my message through the online form on their website. The only way I could get any communication was through text message and the text messages were short and unpunctuated. The messages were not professional in any manner. The person messaging back lied to me telling me that the same day delivery message was for someone else and wasn't meant for me to see when it wasn't in message form it was via their website. I'm still trying to get my money refunded, I have messaged and gotten no response. My money has not come back to my bank account.
Everything that I said in my review is complete truth. People need to know about the terrible customer service. This company has bad communication, does not respond to emails, and the person on text messaging needs help communicating professionally.
This review would not have even been made had a customer service representative not blatantly lied. I usually just deal with bad service, but not when lies start occurring.

If I could have given no star I would have. DO NOT ORDER with this company. I ordered a basket for my niece for her birthday. Firstly I ordered and paid for one basket and everything was accepted. The next day I get an email to say this is basket is sold out and offering another one. First of all a good company would not have an item up that wasn't available. They offered an alternative and I asked was this as good as the one I ordered and they said yes. I ordered on a Monday specifically to have it delivered to my niece for her birthday on the Thursday. I was GAURANTEED on FOUR different occasions that this would absolutely be delivered on the date. So with this guarantee I told my niece to expect a package. The day came and by 5pm there was no package. I live chatted with a person called Sandra who was extremely unhelpful and told me to basically to relax and have patience. She said that she could see my delivery status and that it would be there by 7.30pm that evening as per their delivery times. It came to 8.30pm and no delivery. I get back onto Sandra on live chat and all of a sudden could not see my delivery status anymore and advised I needed to email the official email. My niece who waited all day was very upset. I emailed the official email and told them how annoyed I was and how I wanted a refund as her birthday had gone and to not bother with the package. If the company had of said delivery between certain dates then that would have been fine - but they GAURANTEED delivery numerous times and didn't follow through. At least be honest and say it takes a few more days so at least I could make the decision myself. They never bothered to reply to my email. The package arrived the next day and it was a disgrace - everything just thrown in the box. No care at all put into it and the note was just on a normal A4 page. Honestly the worst gift I have ever bought and the worst company and customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as I see a lot of people have had issues. Honestly Stay away.

On 02/11 I'm ordered a gift from Valentine's Day, to be delivery to GF, guess what? Never be delivered, the number on website from customer service nobody answered, so I lost $ 64.00, everybody be careful, scammers!
I ordered a bouquet of pink balloons for a 4 year old girl. None of the balloons delivered were pink. Instead they sent a black balloon that said "officially old." There is no phone number for customer service on their website. I emailed them 6 times to try and resolve with no response.
Answer: Order was soppose to be today and has not arrived!
