Just Terrible

They delivered balloons to wrong address. The balloons came 90% deflated. When I contacted customer service they lied about what day they were delivered. Would not ever ever use them again

Items not per image complete rip off

Scam site. I ordered a fruit box to my $#*! grandma for Mother's Day and it appeared nothing like the image with missing and old fruit. I was charged $190aud for fruit not even worth $20!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
March 30, 2017

Placed an order for delivery a week later for a birthday.
Night before at 8pm received an email that delivery was not going to happen on the day I requested and they weren't sure when it was going to be delivered.
Then when I argued it was unacceptable the story changed and they advised they couldn't deliver because there was info missing on the ship to... never delivered. Still charged my card. In dispute with card company now. NEVER USE THEM! UNRELIABLE!

My son received a balloon bouquet for his graduation from giftblooms.com the next day most of the balloons where down. I went out of town, and when I got back, I told my sister who sent the balloon bouquet that the balloon bouquet did not even last 24 hours and when you buy them in the shops they last up to 30 days. I told her to contact giftblooms.com and tell them, there answer to her e-mail is you needed to contact us in 5 days it was 6 days.
What bad customer service - if they had just offered a simple $5 coupon they would have maintained a customer - how stupid this company is they have lost customers for life as I will tell everyone NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The gift was suggested to change due to limited access to recipient. But the gift received is in a mess, without proper packaging, it's not a gift, just a box of rubbish! I am the recipient!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I have never been so shocked by a company or its service. I sent biscuits to my 82yr old Aunt for her birthday. The wrong biscuits were delivered, wrong message offering her "Get Well Soon" wishes. I was advised it would be resolved, no further contact received. When I contacted them back for a refund or replacement, I was offered 50%, and advised if I wanted a full refund the biscuits would need to be returned. I'm in a different country from her, I couldn't ask her to return these, more importantly it wasn't my mistake!

Order placed on 1st June 2019 for delivery on 7th June 2019, Order Included Cake & Champagne.
Other 7th June 19 they deliver the Champagne and no cake,
On Inquiry they tell that they were out of Cakes & "may have been busy to inform in time" and thus they are sorry.

Hello, what happened to the Courtesy & customer service?
When inquired again, they say Oh sorry again we will process your refund.

I will NOT ORDER with them ever again and will want other customers to be careful.
Lot other reviews show the same BAD customer service and lack of responsiveness

Their bank flagged my credit card for reasons that were never made clear. Merchant requested a photo of my credit card and a copy (photo) of a piece of photo ID. I sent both. Merchant then demanded a selfie of me holding the credit card and photo ID. This was too much for me. Merchant phoned to "explain." No apology. And no satisfaction. I canceled the order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MERCHANT.

Ordered a flower arrangement for birthday($48) with large chocolate truffle($21.42) with large plush bear($21.42), scheduled delivered next day. Total amount paid is over $100.
Few hours later I placed order, they notify me that the arrangement is out of stock.
So I confirmed the designers choice of flowers instead of my original order is fine as long as it will be delivered next day. And I told them to have the color to be pink/red. They confirmed my request.
The day of delivery I contacted several times to make sure it gets delivered, they answered it will be delivered and it's processing. Anyways, long story short, it delivered. With 10 flowers in a vase, 5 oz bag of Lindor chocolate (FYI worth less than $5) and a hand size plush bear. Customer service says it's their "large" and they can not do anything. 5oz bag of chocolate is their large. Flower arrangement look cheap, chocolate is rip off and plush bear is maybe the most valuable of all. Total BS. I will Never ever use this company again. $100 I drained. Customer service was a wreck. Poor kid had no idea what he/she is doing.

I ordered a Black Forest cake for my sister's birthday to deliver to Winnipeg canada which was initially said 57$ with free delivery charge but at the end they charged extra 57$ for delivery saying that is because we selected a specific date. But this was not mentioned anywhere when you are ordering the cake. However sad thing is cake did not get delivered on the day we specified and the guy called dacso said my sister was not at home when they dilivered which was a big fat lie because she was waiting for her cake all day at home.
We classify these people are ONLINE THIEVES. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Worst experience ever
August 28, 2017

I ordered flowers for a birthday 7 days ahead to be sure delivery will be on time. Then i started receiving weird emails, the flowers i ordered were not available and they gave me two other options, so i had to chose the "better" option which was far from original. Furthermore the gift was never delivered, they kept sending me emails that they delivered the package on time to the delivery company which was their choice not mine (i didn't have option for delivery company) and that it was never their mistake...
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are a gift basket company and they have been ILLEGALLY using our photos on their website. They put their logo over ours and have other companies fulfilling these orders. We have been asking them for over a year to remove these items and still nothing. They give us the run around and then have the NERVE to order off of our website as a customer to SEND TO THEIR CUSTOMER. This company is also SENDFLOWERSANDMORE.COM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!
