Ordered a bed for my dog that had a back operation 5 months ago and still waiting, customer services are poor, if they respond at all!
I have been contacting them for months, and the company are using Covid as an excuse for lack of shipping.
For me the bed was quite a sum of money, lesson learnt I will only order from standard websites I'm familiar with.
Not sure what can be done with this company, but agree they should be reported as good people are parting with hard earned money, and lining someones pocket.
I will put this down to experience but a big mistake!
