Ordered a bed for my dog that had a back operation 5 months ago and still waiting, customer services are poor, if they respond at all!

I have been contacting them for months, and the company are using Covid as an excuse for lack of shipping.

For me the bed was quite a sum of money, lesson learnt I will only order from standard websites I'm familiar with.

Not sure what can be done with this company, but agree they should be reported as good people are parting with hard earned money, and lining someones pocket.

I will put this down to experience but a big mistake!

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, A COMPLETE SCAM!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I have never been so shocked by a company or its service. I sent biscuits to my 82yr old Aunt for her birthday. The wrong biscuits were delivered, wrong message offering her "Get Well Soon" wishes. I was advised it would be resolved, no further contact received. When I contacted them back for a refund or replacement, I was offered 50%, and advised if I wanted a full refund the biscuits would need to be returned. I'm in a different country from her, I couldn't ask her to return these, more importantly it wasn't my mistake!
