I purchased flowers to be delivered today and when I used their live chat to find out when they should be arrive, they just stated that they would be delivered tomorrow, the delivery driver was already gone for the day. I am LIVID. Why advertise that you are same day delivery, order was placed first thing in the morning, was confirmed on chat that it would arrive before 4:30pm, and then NOT deliver it, and with no notice either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They do not know the meaning of honest representation or good customer service. They don't deserve even one star!

Emailed me a day AFTER my Dad's B'day that they didnt deliver cake! He was home alone and they waited to email me AFTER his actual b'day to tell me they couldnt deliver to my area! After checking on their site and even asking the site prior if the postcode was correct. SOO ANGRY. MY poor Dad. > :(

They are not in the business of fulfilling orders promptly - they are in the business of making up excuses! SCAM COMPANY! They couldn't even deliver a bouquet of balloons for my niece's birthday as promised and with ample time, but boy, they certainly charged my credit card quickly.

I wish I could rate it a anything lower than one star. I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday and I have to say I was absolutely disgusted by the service. The balloons were left outside, at the wrong address at that and the note was handwritten and quite frankly looked absolutely horrendous. I don't know how to go about it but I want a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Absolutely disgusted.

Look at what I ordered and what I got.
That flower costed me $56. I couldn't return it, only $10 refunded max.
Just think about it. If this is what you want go ahead; otherwise, find somewhere else.

My sister in law in London ordered a balloon bouquet for my daughters 16th birthday here in California. Finding sites that will accept a UK card for delivery in the USA is hard, this one did, thus her choice. I believe they are taking advantage of this scenario.

She ordered on 3/21 for delivery on 3/22. She received a delivery confirmation email but they had never arrived here. I started querying their customer service on her behalf. They do it all wrong. I was told the delivery outlet said they left them at the door at 645 on 3/22. Are you kidding, a legitimate delivery company left helium balloons at a front door? You've got to be kidding me. No balloons were ever delivered yet my SIL was charged $67.

Google searches show them registered in West Chester, PA. I looked on Better Business Bureau, no such company exists. The only telephone number you can find, *******089, registers in Evanston, IL and is just a google subscriber line with an automated "leave a message after the tone" recording. The bad reviews are a plenty. STAY AWAY!

I did eventually win and get SIL a refund, however it took 10 days of incessant emailing. I do not recommend using this company for anything, other than material for a Saturday Night Live sketch!

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Did not honor delivery date and still not delivered 3 days later. First excuse given was items out of stock. Second excuse given was too many orders to keep up with. But there wasn't too many order to charge for because they certainly took care of that bit of business straight away. I had to contact my bank and threaten legal action to ensure my money was returned. Trust me, every poor review is absolutely and 100% correct. Please head all of these warnings! I wish I had taken the time to look into the reviews before I recklessly just placed an order. Despite days of back and forth emails... because that is the only way you can get them to communicate with you... not one apology for any inconvenience or even to apologize for not communicating reasons for never receiving what was ordered. Yes, that's right, I had to reach out to them to determine why what was ordered was never delivered. Take a chance if you want to, but you'll be the next person to leave a similar comment. All postings made on Facebook were promptly deleted. They make no effort to provide you with the services and items you paid for but are very quick and prompt to ensure others are not being given any type of warning or information regarding poor experiences.

I canceled my order for flowers and received an e mail confirmimg the cancellaion. 5 days later the flowers arrived dead and dying. I have asked for a refund and it falls on deaf ears there. This outft is a scam charged me $93 for a 1800 fllowers $39 arrangement. Total scam outfit

Never ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Instead of the expensive gourmet cake I ordered they delivered something that looked like a chocolate donut and was stale. ALl efforts to contact the company through social media, phone, email and their chat feature of their website failed. No one ever answered or returned my attempts to contact them.
They SUCK.

On 17th Oct I purchased balloons and choc truffles from Giftblooms to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. The items were to be sent to her on the 19th Oct which was her birthday, I am so dissapointed because until today 27 Oct my daughter still DID NOT RECEIVE THE SAID ITEMS. I have sent a few reports to Giftblooms since Oct 19 and I have not receive any response nor actions have been taken to resolve the issue i reported. Giftblooms is not just inefficient but worst of all untrustworthy! Please be careful with a culprit like Giftblooms. May ur business collapse soonest! Trash!. PLEASE REFUND before i proceed with further serious action! Dont deserve even a single star. Stay away from Giftblooms!

I received an email the night before confirming that my order was going to be delivered on time and then (!) the MORNING OF MY CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE, I get another email stating that it's now going to be delivered 3 days late! WTF? Why offer and confirm a delivery date that you cannot uphold. Now, due to the late notice, we're unable to find a replacement gift. In time. I'm disappointed and embarrassed that I didn't listen to the 1.5 stars rating for this company. STAY AWAY

If I could give giftblooms a zero star review I would. After purchasing a gift on their site, they went on to use my credit card information for multiple personal purchases. Hope they enjoyed the meals I PAID FOR. Spent an hour on the phone with my bank straightening it out. DO NOT USE GIFTBLOOMS!

I ordered a bottle of wine on 4/2, to be delivered on 4/4 to my mom on her birthday. And they NEVER received it. I got a phony email saying the item was delivered- but it never it was! Customer Service is HOPELESS! Thankfully I was able to get the charges reversed through my credit card company. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

CHARGED FOR ITEM WHICH WAS NEVER DELIVERED!
I would advise customers to look somewhere else for gifts. I ordered a gift which they were quick to charge me for but never got delivered. They claim that the address was wrong but I double checked it and even had an Amazon package delivered to the address (with no issues) during the time I was trying to work it out with gift blooms. They will not give me a refund and want to charge me an additional £40 to try the delivery again. I've seen others warn about poor service and my experience backs that up.

Just Terrible

They delivered balloons to wrong address. The balloons came 90% deflated. When I contacted customer service they lied about what day they were delivered. Would not ever ever use them again
