Garbage site. The business is listed as located in New York, but the phone number is a Google voice number situated out of Illinois. Like an idiot, I placed an order with these guys without double checking their legitimacy first. Sent a PayPal payment for 63.00 and then get a status email later claiming they never received payment. Been using PayPal for 5 years and know it's automatic. Needless to say, finally reached someone on the phone and he was rude and hung up on me claiming he'd cancel my order. I'll be disputing this with PayPal to get my money back as it's not going to happen easily with this fraudulent company.

I ordered an cake for my sister birthday on 8th of February 2016 which had to be delivered on 12th February. Totally I paid around A$100 for this purchase including custom postage and payment processing fee (?).
Cake is not delivered yet to nominated address (Sweden). I sent couple of emails and received a generic email saying they will investigate. I am totally frustrated and never order on this site.
I sent another email requesting a full refund and they haven't get back to me yet.
Friends, please DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It is never going to be delivered.

I ordered balloons for my son's 40th birthday. After I ordered them I read the reviews and thought for sure I had been scammed. To my shock I got a call from the delivery company on the morning the balloons were to be delivered to verify my order and give me a delivery time. The only reason I did not give them a five is that before my transaction the company would chat with me to answer all my questions. After my order I sent three emails to them with more questions and I could never get a response.
I order 7 days in advance - The order was NOT delivered. I raised a complaint - They told me "its delivered, check with the recipient.". Checked and NOT DELIVERY. Connected via chat, email, phone - NO RESPONSE.
This is unacceptable!
We were supposed to receive balloons for my daughters birthday yesterday and NEVER received them. ALSO never got a call or email saying something happened and they would be late. They are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to contact to work out a situation like this. Completely unprofessional!
I was so excited to find a business that would deliver balloons to my son in San Francisco on his birthday Easter Sunday! I overpaid for a six balloon bouquet and paid a premium for overpriced delivery on his birthday because of the holiday. They confirmed that the order was received, they charged my credit card, no communication after that. Website said delivery until 7:30 pm and when nothing was received by late in the day and no responses from the company I finally live chatted and was told they'll look into it and 5 minutes later got an email that it was not going to be delivered and did I want to reschedule it. My response was "give me back my money!" What a terrible company. No communication and no service, just overpriced merchandise, overpriced delivery charges, and nothing more than disappointment. If I had known, I could've tried to get something from somewhere else. Ruined my son's birthday surprise! Got my money back and learned never to use a company without checking the reviews!

I placed an order on april 11 (for which I was charged for immediately). Last delivery date scheduled for april 21. I've been checking in with Giftsbloom via email to ensure the parcel was going to be delivered on time in the meantime.
Not only it didnt get delivered on time despite my follow-up emails, I finally get a reply from them on April 22 stating my order will now prepare and ship and my credit card was going to be charged to start the process. Bunch of thieves, liers and incompetent! You charged my credit card since april 11! What a bunch of idiot incompetents! You should close down! Not worthy to serve customer in times that matter to them thr post. You should be ashamed of yourself and leave the customer service business. It is not for you!

Ordered a bouquet to be delivered same day, paying extra for the service. When the order wasn't received I communicated by messaging their website the next day and calling the day after. I received NO COMMUNICATION. After having the funds returned to me by my bank, I received a communication saying that they have received my order but never delivered it(8 days later) and that I can request it be delivered now. No thank you!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING just to think how stupid I am placing my order before reading all this bad reviews! They do reply to my emails but I guess that just a standard template, cut and paste. Luckily, I manage pull myself altogether for back up plan! They cancelled my order the day before delivery date which is today after all the positive so-called reply. On bright side, they do the refund but I'm yet to see the figure back in my account otherwise I will take my complaint further to Better Business Bureau and Customer Affairs. Gonna warn my family and friends to stay away from this company!
My order did not reach my recipient and I received a poorly written email saying my order was damaged in the delivery process. I believe these emails are automated because each reply comes almost immediately, and each is signed off with a different name, and my questions go unanswered. I am filing a police report.

I ordered these items of the web foil boquet, Purple Birthday boquet. Look what turned up, and the state of them after 20hrs. Wrong time spoiled 50th Birthday avoidance and lies in eamil replies then nothing demanded refund four time, not honoured, breech of Fair trading act. $240 AUS. Avoid at all costs and inform oters. Scamers!
BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY... I ordered the two bottles of wine hamper with chocolates and paid $120 AUS. I placed the order on 10 Feb for arrival on Valentine's day 14 Feb but NO DELIVERY. When I tried to contact the company there is no person you can talk to and they did not respond to my emails. I demanded a refund but no reply and no refund. It not only ripped me off but disappointed my partner who was supposed to be surprised on Valentine's day. One star rating is too much for this scam company. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They claim to deliver same day, but waited til 9:00 pm and no balloon bouquet delivered yet. After several attempts to communicate with someone, they tell me it was delivered to the wrong address. They did refund my money. However, the next day (stupid me, wanting to give them a second chance to redeem themselves from their incompetence) I placed a new order and 2 hours later I received an email stating they had cancelled the order. Again, tried all day to contact someone by email and 5:00 pm I get a response back stating they ran out of supply... what!? Right! The most irritating company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR EMPTY PROMISES! THEY ARE NOT THE RIGHT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! I ordered flowers from ProFlowers the day before all of this, and they notified me promptly on each step those flowers took to the door of my family. Total contrast in service. I recieved an email indicating they would not be able to deliver the next day. I had to change the address but said it would be fine. Next email stated they canceled my order. It was for my mothers 75th birthday. Do not use this company!
My son was ill so I sent him a same-day gift basket - it shows delivered but no tracking, no picture that it was. There is no phone # to call so I emailed TWO DAYS ago & still no response. NEVER again!
Ordered flowers and balloons for Valentines Day - never received the flowers, had to argue with customer service who was first telling me that they did deliver - only after I repeatedly pressed them they issued a refund - however not the full amount as for what they charged me for the flower and delivery charge - Best advice I can give is -- DO NOT USE them
On the evening of 26th I placed an order for the 27th. They wrote me saying they couldn't deliver if it would be OK the next day. I agree, then on the 30th they wrote again to say they could only deliver on the next 1-3 working days. Why would you advertise you can do same day delivery if you can't deliver 3 days later? Run away from them!
