Terrible Service I never received the order, they didn't answer the tickets, dont buy anything there, was a gift present and was the worst service ever and they said that they delivered but its not true and the dont give me my money back

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! BEWARE!
The reviews below, raving about the company, are completely false.
I put in two orders ($100) for birthday balloons to be delivered in Ottawa, and Toronto.
Got a notification that the order was canceled, on the day of the delivery (so, too late to find another place.)
And they took my money.
Emailed back and forth... it's a load of garbage. Stay away..

I ordered a cake for my brother's birthday from Dubai to The Netherlands on the 1st May. The cake was exactly the same like in the picture, time of delivery was perfect (they delivered it to my brother's company so the cake waited for him in the office on 4th May). Customer service was very helpful and I had no problems at all! And I need to say that I was very nervous after reading all those negative opinions but I can't say a bad word about that company! Sooooo happy!

Would not use them again

Wish I have read other reviews before I've purchased two products. Wanted to have a look the photo of the product I have ordered and couldn't find it on website again. Customer service chat reply was its because they are out of stock and the product is no longer available. They have offered me the other option I didnt like and they said thats the only option. No sorry or anything like that in conversation. Havent even checked the second product cake I have ordered. It sounds like they take your money and send other products (not the one you selected & purchased on their website).

Rubbish service.
August 12, 2021

I successfully placed an order. Then received an email asking for an alternative delivery date, which I replied to, then another email asking the same, then a text asking me to reply to the email. Then an email stating that the order was cancelled. So my 85 year old mother has no birthday gift. I am not impressed.

Extremly disappointing
December 7, 2015

I ordered flowers to be delivered the next day. They called me after 5 hours to tell me it wont be delivered, it was too late to order from anywhere else.
The site said it can deliver the next day so I was extremely disappointed!
I will never use this site again

I orders DAYS ago to be delivered to a hospital! There is no number or live person to speak with ‘ it states same day to next day delivery which is why I chose it. I thought it was local and it's not he still has yet to get his gift that I already paid $72 for. I still have no update. It's so annoying you can't call and speak with a live person. I still yet to hear back idk if he's still there even I'm so frustrated!

Giftblooms were unable to supply a product I ordered, so I asked them to refund my money so I could order something else. They haven't replied to my emails, they haven't refunded my money but they have charged my credit card. I have also sent 2 x notes via their website with no reply.

I have honestly never seen anyone do business like this. First of all, I ordered an order(Hugs n kisses-strawberry) and after paying for it I get a message saying that it is not available and then they offered a basket of strawberry. I was literally okay with it as long as it was strawberry but when it was actually delivered there was not a single strawberry on the fruit basket. I paid $100 for that order and what was delivered wasn't worth $#*!.

Don't get what you order

I ordered a candy basket for my daughter and they sent a totally different basket with completely different candy. When I complained they gave me a $10 refund but still doesn't change the fact that my daughter got a gift from us with candy she didn't like.

Ordered…paid $70.00…shows on computer as delivered which they were not. Supplied phone number of the receipant which they did not call. No answers. Only through emails and they do not respond. Remains to be seen if I receive my refund. Order no, *******. I have supplied the order number but could not copy the the actual order…. Which is another reason I think this is a scam

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is horrible and I would actually think it's fake. I ordered a sympathy plant for my friend snd it never arrived. I contacted customer service who was so unhelpful and they told me it was shipped to New York when it was supposed to go to California! I requested a refund and was told I have to complete a survey that was unable to go through. This company SUCKS and should not be in business.

I was in a jam and they made it happen for me so i am extremely thrilled about it.

( I did not see any of these reviews before i ordered)

I had ordered a large cookie plate from sharis berries (yes they do cookies too). It was extremely important for me to get that delivered on my son's platoon marathon event at the Charleston, so thinking sharis barries being part of ProFlowers would get that delivered as promised...

Boy I was wrong, on the day of delivery i checked the tracking details and found out that it wont get delivered on Friday as promised. They said they cannot do anything; most i can do is ask the recipient not to accept the delivery. They were nice about it but it did not help my cause.

While searching for same day delivery options, I found gift blooms on my search I spoke with Blaze on chat support and he made it happen for me. I spoke with him on the chat at about 12:00 PM and the cookies were delivered at 4:30 PM; wow, that was awesome.

The balloons weren't even full of air besides not even close to what I ordered $127.00
I could of got this at the dollar store. Very disappointed. The 1st 2 pics I ordered vs pic 3 what my aunt received!

I ordered balloons and a cookie bouquet for Grandsons birthday. I paid $25 extra for express delivery. They live in same town as the store. I e-mailed today to make sure he received them. They said no they changed delivery date to from the 7th to the 10th would that work for me. I told them no because I wanted them to arrive on his birthday and if they could not deliver as promised then cancel. They sent back no apology just a statement it was cancelled. Will never use them again.

Horrible business and service. They wasted my time and I hope that I will get my 700 back and now I have to spent more time to find other service to help me.
But people but business and I wish I had seen these reviews I would have never give them my money.

Ordered online 2 days in advance and selected a giftblooms location that was 5 minutes from my intended delivery location. Got confirmation emails and receipt of payment. On day of intended delivery, got an email easking for additional money for delivery fee because of the location. This is unacceptable practice. I cancelled order. Gave a 2 because at least cancelation went through ok.

Despite their website claims of fast delivery and 100% satisfaction they took twice the delivery time to send the basket and missed the event that I sent the basket for. They offered no refund for the delivery portion and the basket items were stale.
