Do not use this site! They are not honest. If you pay for a product, it should arrive. Evidently I am not eligible for a refund as they tried to deliver twice and now thats it... no more delivery attempts, no cake and no refund. What kind of a company is this? Dont use!

Complete scam
May 12, 2018

Ordered giftbasket and flowers for Mothers' Day in Australia (13th May). Delivery was to be Friday 11th. Rang Mother on Sunday to find she had received nothing. Sent email and received a prompt response from Pete. I am supposed to get a refund but I'm not holding my breath. Was told it was my fault as I put wrong date. I have their confirmation email actually showing two different dates, but at this point with emails flying back and forth Pete became a bit of a Mother himself. I will be taking this to Consumer Affairs to see if something can be done about this disgusting use of the internet to rip people off.

I am kicking myself I didn't read these reviews first. My total came to $64, did not state which currency (ended up costing me $107AUD), I received an email the next day stating my selected choice was unavailable, please choose from 2 cakes below asap as my order was on hold and may not make the requested delivery date. Cakes?! There were 2 pictures of bouquets, neither of which I liked, however I picked a pink arrangement with lots of green foilage. My friend thanked me with a pic of her flowers, 3 orange roses, a few orange gerberas and black halloween like wrapping paper. They were incredibly ugly, especially for $107. Do yourself a favour and do NOT order through them.

Absolutely useless.

They only give you a ten hour delivery window. Which is insane! Who is in any one place for ten hours?! I ordered surprise flowers for my girlfriend and requested a two hour window of 1-3PM when I knew she would be home. No one called or showed up. Then they complained that no one answered the phone afterwards. Why? Because she was working like every other normal person!

Upon ignoring my delivery requests and "attempting" two random deliveries at their leisure, they told me I could not cancel the order or get a partial refund (even though I never received the product AND they never told me my delivery request couldn't be fulfilled.

I paid $70 for 4 roses and a few balloons which is already CRAZY overpriced, but now they're going to keep what I paid for AND not offer a partial refund?

$#*!ty business and rude customer service all around. Not willing to assist or redeem themselves when there's an issue. Thousands of these services online. No need to use this one. AVOID.

Moment breaker

I ordered bouquet flower with notes from Friday and request to be delivered for Tuesday. It was mentioned if we send the item to business place they will send in between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and now its 7:00 PM local time and the item has not delivered yet :( its quite dissapointing since the purpose of the gift is for surprise and its ridiculous to asked the receiver does he get the item or not... I checked through the website and there is no update with the shipping symbols. And chatted through web and they only responded that the item is being shipped but they dont know where exactly the item is... please spend more money to use other online shop for better service than this... I will never use this service anymore..

Gift Blooms is a scam

I ordered a gift basket for my 7 year old's grandaughter birthday - paying overnight delivery to ensure it was delivered on birthday. Gift Blooms assured me it would be delivered on birthday. I have been executive at Neiman Marcus and admit something felt strange about order when I placed it- no way to contact them other than " online chat". Which was spotty. Not only did basket not arrive they kept changing their story/excuse as to why it can't be delivered for 2 more days. I finally canceled order and plan to take legal action if I do not receive full credit. Please do NOT order from this company - they are fraudulent!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Jan. 12 and I received a text message on Jan. 13 that the flowers were NOT delivered because it had been Misplaced by THEIR driver. I was also told that the flowers were being delivered Jan. 13. I tried reaching out via two Live Chat messages, a couple of emails, tried calling, and sent several text messages back to the person that texted me with no success. Then 3 hours after the first text I received an email that the order was cancelled! This is TERRIBLE business and very unprofessional.

Disappointed
February 16, 2021

I was sent a bear that was to arrive on Valentines day. It never arrived. 2 days later it never arrived. I am still waiting. They sent an email to say it would now be delivered on the 16th. I stayed home all day waiting. Nothing arrived! What kind of business is this?

I paid for an order of balloons to be delivered to a residential address. They never received them. I called the so called company and I was told they had to investigate. They would give me a refund if they couldn't locate my order. Days went by never heard from them so I called back and will not pick up my call. Will not respond to me at all. Lesson learned must use a reputable company. Not even worthy of one star.

Great first experience!

My daughter is at college and I sent balloons for her birthday. I set up the delivery date for Saturday. I did not know the post office at the school is closed Saturday and my daughter would not receive them until Monday. Her birthday was Sunday. I found this out one day before they were to deliver. I sent an email and the delivery change was accommodated! I was so grateful that they could do with such short notice and being so close to valentines day! Thank you GiftBloom for making my daughters birthday special!

Ordered a gift for anniversary, wasn't delivered on gaurunteed date even though I ordered a week i advance bc I am in the hospital. They blamed the shipping company for marking it as regular delivery when it should have been urgent and refused to give me a refund. I will never use this company again. Oh, and they also don't allow you to submit reviews on their website if you rate them anything under 5 stars.

Completed the order, got the confirmation. Then 24hrs later got an email saying I hope you are well but your order has been updated and canceled because it doesn't exist in this location! Why make me waste all that time thinking that it was on the way and ordering the stupid cookies!
Never using again.

I bought an Orquidea for a friend in Hong Kong. It cost $135 (£100) and it has last only for two weeks. The plant was overwatered when it was received and we do not know what other problems. Normally an Orquidea last more. Also, I sent an email complaining and claiming a refund or a new Orquidea and they responded saying it is not their problem. I would definitely recommend to buy through this website. If you need to send flowers in Hong Kong, please use Bydeau or Flower Delivery Hong Kong® 網上花店 - They are much cheaper and excellent service.

Horrible

I have ordered flowers same day dtlivery. Got email to reshedule for next day. Its been 5days now and no delivery and no reply to my requests and emails. Horrible experience, most likely burn with 70 dollars. Do not buy anything from them

Placed an order to be delivered on Valentines Day, paid extra for the next day delivery. Never arrived and received an email that it might possibly arrive the 15th or 16th. When I emailed them to inquire why, they basically responded the order has been processed and there is nothing they can do. I then emailed back explaining my concern about the fact of what I paid for shipping and again, the basic response was oh well. The worst customer service ever! I will never use them again!

I ordered two arrangements to be delivered on separate days. One was delivered a day late and one still has never showed up. The one that was delivered late was a very very disappointing arrangement. If you're going to pay 13.79 just for shipping you're going to at least want it to be there on the promised day

I ordered something to be delivered the next day and it was delivered one week later and they surcharged me extra money for distance and was still late. They only delivered after i opened a claim with paypal.

I ordered a Valentines Cookie to be delivered to my husband at his out of town residence for work. It never arrived, so I emailed the company and told them nevermind it's no good after Valentines Day (Thursday) when he isn't there anymore. He's now back in Colorado on Monday and they ignored my previous 2 emails requesting a refund and stated it's been delivered at 7:54am this morning... he's not there anymore. Valentines is over... I paid $29.99 for delivery ON Valentines Day. THis is a scam, there doens't even appear to be staff...

The balloons were awful and didn't match my order - the company kept justifying their mistake and refused a new order or reimbursement - the helium balloons didn't last so were obviously of an inferior quality - rubbish balloons and service. Do not bother with this company. USELESS.

I bought a luck plant from them and paid 32.35$ (including the plant price 19.5$, shipping price 12$ and payment processing price 2$!) I have never heard about payment processing price! They are charging me for paying to them! These guys asked me by phone for extra 5$ to deliver my item! I said I wont pay as what your asking is not written in your website and there should be rules and regulations for that! He said ok let me check with my manager! What on earth! Are they serious! I paid 12$ for shipping!

DO NOT BUY ANYHTING FROM THEM!

I have dealt with many websites and never got a phone call from them asking for extra money!
