Our driver was extremely polite, helping me with my bags, opening my door, and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the journey. It's nice to see such respect and care. Recommend both the driver and the overall service.

Despite the high demand, I got a ride quickly, and the pricing seemed pretty good in the circumstances. The driver was familiar with the event logistics and dropped me off in the best possible location to avoid crowds.

We had to wait at Nice airport for nearly 2 hours for the taxi, having been told the taxi had broken down. They did not park in the same place as the other taxis, which made me think they were not legitimate. I had informed them we had 4 large bags and they sent a small car and had great difficulty getting them all in. The driver then drove like a lunatic, which worried us all with the heavy bags in the back. He was on time for the return journey with the same vehicle, this time he could not fit the bags in the back, so one of them had to go in the front with the passenger. We asked him to drive slowly, with not much effect. I would definitely not recommend this company, very unhelpful and totally unreliable.

I ordered a transfer online and then had to contact customer support to change the pick-up time. The confirmation of the change came in 10 mins. The driver was punctual, professional and friendly so no complaints whatsoever.

We requested a transfer in Greece from Athens to Lefkada. We registered in the morning and in 2 hours the car came to pick us up. Filling up the form was pretty easy. We received 10+ quotes from various drivers and we chose the cheapest one. I was given the driver's name and contact info and got a call within 30 min from the driver. Very good service! We were a family of 6 people. We booked a transfer from Paris airport to the Pavillon Monceau Hotel and back. Our plane arrived late so we informed the driver. He was on call, patiently waiting for us. On the way back we realized that we could get caught in traffic - we contacted the driver to discuss how much time we should save. Thanks for such service!

The trip was more than excellent. However, the online booking caused me some inconvenience since I am 70 and not particularly tech-savvy. It took me three attempts to complete the booking since it required my credit card information.

We've been using gettransfer for a year now for airport transfers and back, the service has been impeccable and courteous. I wish they would have sent a confirmation email a couple of days before the trip (to remove any doubt that they forgot about the reservation), but their drivers have always arrived on time and the prices are reasonable. The driver warned us in chat that he would be 15 minutes late due to a car breakdown. Very apologetic and the rest of the trip went clearly and comfortably. A good impression was left in spite of the slight delay.

A driver in a suit met us at Malaga airport with a big sign. He was more like a chauffeur rather than a driver. He assisted with our luggage and gave us water. The vehicle was a high class luxury Mercedes. I recommend this to everyone who loves comfort.
