I placed an order for 2 photo pillows on 11/27 and still have not received them. The tracking has shown "In transit delay" since arriving in Illinois on 12/11. The company refuses to provide a refund even though the order has clearly been lost in the mail. I will be addressing this with my credit card company.
Ordered three custom character pillows and they are so deformed and distorted. The faces are stretched weird and head shapes deformed. Customer service was not helpful at all and the most I'm getting is a 50% refund. I'm embarrassed to gift the items, so throwing them a way. Big waste of time and money! Getphotoblanket.com is a terrible company. Honestly, I should have been able to tell from their website name. Usually I'm smarter about this stuff, but I wanted to get a blanket made for my brother and sister in law for Christmas. My order doesn't even look like a dog. It's a big black blob. The blanket itself is thin and cheap. When I wrote customer service, they said they feel they filled the order successfully. DON'T EVER USE THEM.
I placed a Valentine's Day order on Feb 4th and it never arrived. I purchased shipping insurance. Support is just saying that I provided the wrong address or that there is missing information and that's the reason it doesn't arrive but my address is 100% accurate. They told me it was my responsibility to talk to my local post office and gave me a fake number that is not even an American number. I didn't know this was a Chinese company and that the product was being shipped all the way from China. The tracking website is in Chinese. Save your money.
I am super happy with the product and the customer service is also great. I have just ordered more of the pillows for my family members for Christmas. They will love them! I think it's such a great & fun idea. I'm always looking for something different with gifts. I don't know what to say… I'm actually laughing. I really thought I was going to get a big pillow with my face on it, but it turns out the pillow is miniature and is not worth $70. I got express shipping which was really fast but other than that I dunno..
I wish I had also checked up on this company, Getphotoblanket! What a joke! It took almost 4 weeks for any type of response, notification or anything, even though I paid for expedited order! It was then marked as delivered but no package! Mind you, same address used for so many other packages that I received with no issues from other vendors. When I contacted them, they went in circles with me about checking my address and being patient. Finally, they practically stated that it was my fault then that package must have been stolen, and offered no refund, because I did not purchase insurance! Seriously! I am so furious, they hide behind emails and face no accountability! Will never purchase from here again obviously, but I caution anyone thinking about it.
Terrible company. Posts additional fees to expedite order and immediately asked to cancel an order of they couldn't guarantee delivery by needed date. This was within three minutes of placing the order. They lied and said it already went to production. Total scum. I will get my money back from AMEX but what a hassle. Avoid.
This companies final products are nothing like they advertise. Completely morphed and distorted print. PetCanva used the same picture I submitted to this crap company and PetCanva is 1000% better and their products actually look like the ones these people try to fake. Don't waste your money or time. Their customer service is terrible as well so they will not help or care about you.
My mom was in the hospital with covid and her grandkids were missing her for the holidays so i thought these pillows with her face on them would make the perfect gift. Unfortunately she passed away shortly after buying these. 2 months later i still havent Received my product and they are refusing to refund me. This is a scam! Do not buy from this site!
Do not order. Tried to cancel my order within 30 minutes of placing it and they wouldnt cancel it. Waited until a month later to find out they are "delayed" on my order and behind on production. Reached out demanding them to not ship anything and to give me my money back and they refused to refund the amount due to "depreciation." CRIMINALS.
The only plus is that the blankets are soft. My beautiful dog is weird and cropped and melted and all of this is terrible. Seriously terrible. Crooked, cropped, wrinkled. Soooo bad we laughed. But I want a refund, I want a beautiful memory of my girl, not a terrifying wrinkled melty dog

They keep using the excuse of "international shipping issues" and "please continue to wait" but it is now 4 months later, I still have not receive what I ordered, and they will not give me a refund. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
I ordered a blanket and paid for expedited shipping for Christmas and still no blanket. When you click on the tracking it literally just shows you that it's waiting in California. Do not waste your money or time. This website needs to be shut down.
My granddaughter ordered her dad a blanket for his birthday on Jan. 20,2020. I keep getting "updated" emails that the blanket hasn't shipped yet! One delay after another. It stated on the website it would take 5-7 days to process and would be shipped. Now we're sitting here 3 weeks later and no blanket. His birthday is this weekend and I can't bear to tell her she isn't getting his present. I'm mad as hell!
Horrible product. I sent in a photo as a gift for a friend who just lost there dog. I paid for VIP shipping which was just a waste of money because to took the full normal time to receive blanket. There was never a proof to approve and the picture on the blanket was so bad you can hardly tell what it is. Tried to get a reprint or refund but only offered me 10%.
I purchased a UFC photo pillow for my bf. It says "UFC CHAMDION" on the pillow (a D instead of a P). When I mentioned this to customer service they said it was my fault since it shows the misspelling on the photo and I approved of the pillow. They said they would talk to the production team and get back with me. I have written them 4 times now and they keep telling me that they have to talk to Abegail (the associate who first helped me) and I've been waiting for a month. Forget trying to get a refund or any kind of service. I asked if I could talk to a supervisor or a manager and they said they can't get me to one. I asked what my options were and they said to wait for Abegail. The pillow is also shipped from oversees so it may take months. Order from a more reputable place!

I ordered a puzzle from this company over two months ago. 5 weeks after the order was placed I received the shipment notification--awesome, right? NOPE this hasn't moved locations since the shipment notification was sent. Customer service refuses to help. Their last email was to wait for the shipment status to change... well guess what? It's now been 4 weeks since this has shipped and it still hasn't moved!
Order from anywhere but this site! After 20 days... company claims delay is due to "defective merchandise." Filed a dispute with PayPal, promised ship date has since passed with no movement. The only way to contact customer service is via email, then wait 24-48 hours for an automatic reply, requested refund, request has been ignored. VERY FRUSTRATING!
