Do not waste your time or money. They take your money and give you the run around through emails and when you finally receive your order the quality is such crap. It a crappy company in Chyna!
My wife loves puzzles. So, my children thought it would be really neat to get some customized puzzles for her on Mother's Day. We carefully selected three photos to have puzzles created from. We placed our order on May 5,2020. One month later, the item has been sitting in Ingleside, CA and has not budged. They refuse to give a refund or remake the item. I send an email to them per week for a hopeful update, and just get a response back from some dimwitted person, DEMI, telling me to continue to be patient. I will never use this piece of trash company again. I am also going to spend quite a bit of time blasting them across social media. Absolute garbage customer service.
My experience has been awful with this company, I ordered a puzzle as a gift for a friend in NY, I live in Ireland, I paid the extra fee for the VIP service, still took 2 months, and when he received it, it was just the puzzle in a plastic box, with no picture as what it was of. He did not have a clue what it was. They offered me a 2.99 refund, I declined to accept this. Unprofessional and amateurish company. Rip off.
I purchased a jigsaw puzzle for Mother's Day. Two months later my gift still shows in transit. You cannot contact this company except via email and they refuse to refund my money.
I cannot believe this company is still in business. Stay away!
They don't deserve a star in the first place. Horrible customer service, won't refund your money after have multiple issues. Its an extremely long story but point is. Do NOT order from this company. Its a huge scam!
First off, I usually don't write reviews, but I am doing this in hopes that others heed my warning and stay away from this company.
I placed this order in mid-April for Mother's Day (500 piece puzzle). My two boys spent their own money to purchase it. Even though the website clearly states "Processing time: 6-8 business days, Shipping time: 5-9 business days," I ordered it with the understanding that because of Covid, and coming from Asia, it might not arrive on time.
Well, it arrived yesterday, almost 2 months after purchase. What I got left me speechless. The puzzle was in a clear plastic container that looks like it was purchased at Target, even though the website clearly shows a box with a picture of the puzzle on it (see pics). I was so upset at how disappointed the boys were in seeing the puzzle that they had waited sooooo long to give their mom.
Furthermore, be aware that the puzzle only has like 2 shapes. WTF? I was noticing this when I took apart the puzzle (yes, it came connected... I had to actually sit there and remove each piece. Good grief).
I know how easy it is for online businesses to rip people off. That's why I'm making it a point to share this story with others.
Please, please stay away from this company.

Long story short, don't order from here. If you do, expect a long wait. I placed an order on 21 April and with COVID I expected some delay with the shipping, but it is June 9th and still no item. When I sent an email regarding the status at about 3 weeks post order (the tracking number has said it was in the same location for a month) they just re-forwarded the tracking email to me. I sent another email a week ago asking to refund my purchase since it doesn't appear that I'll even get my item, the tracking email was again forwarded to me. I'm overall unimpressed. I haven't received the photo puzzle I ordered, but from the other reviews that I see here, I don't expect it to even be a quality product that was "worth the wait."
I have been waiting 40 days for a customized puzzle from the time it left the production facility. According to their tracking information, it has been sitting in the same location in China for the past 35 days, with no activity at all. And, this is after I paid an additional fee for VIP speedy processing and shipping. I have contacted them 5 times to request a refund and every time their reply is the same: be patient - they can't give me a refund. It appears that I will never see either my puzzle or my money again. Since they are based in China, I have little legal recourse to recover my purchase price and VIP expediting fee. I definitely do NOT recommend this company.
I ordered 4 different puzzles on April 5th. They arrived today June 8th and they were damaged and not labeled of what puzzle was what picture. The plastic boxes were damaged and the puzzle pieces were all in the bottom of the bag.
I ordered a puzzle back in March and it said it shipping on April 23rd but then sat at the center for over a month. I contacted the company after 15 business days to see if it was lost during shipment and I was told to wait. Once my package finally arrived on May 30 it was destroyed. The box was broken and the shipping envelopes had holes in it. So I contacted them again. This time I was told to complete the puzzle to see if any pieces are missing. After an attempt to put it together there were only 122 out of 126 border pieces for my 1000 piece puzzle. I sent them a photo of this and they said they cannot see a quality issue and to complete the puzzle still. This company is awful. They take 2 days to respond and only during the week. I was told I would get a 10% compensation for the shipping issue and that has not happened. I am now trying to get either a new puzzle or a refund and that has yet to happen as well.
Reach out to your Credit Card or bank company for a chargeback on any orders with this company. Do not trust their emails, you will never get a refund from them
All the negative reviews are accurate. Ordered two puzzles a month ago and still have received nothing. She says it shipped, and even ordered the shipping, but since May 16, the USPS tracking still says waiting for package. She finally said they are behind due to COVID-19, to please be patient for another week or two. Trying to dispute charge with credit card company, since they will not give a refund. STAY AWAY!
I ordered was it supposed to be a Mother's Day gift (placed my order in April).
So far, no gift, lame response from their team, no apologies, cero customer service, no refund.
Father's Day is around the corner, don't fall into this trap, this company is definitely false advertising.

Customer service was poor, lead time was awful, but the product did eventually arrive and the quality was good. The image on the blanket looked really good. The printing looked less durable, but time will tell.
My daughter ordered a blanket for my wife (her stepmom) for Mother's Day 2020. The order was placed on 5/3/2020. On 5/6 the order was supposedly sent to the carrier. When tracking, the carrier (USPS) says "Label Created, not yet in system." I Emailed their customer service on 5/22 with my concerns. They replied on 5/26 telling me that it shipped on 5/7 but then they also said that "this tracking number seems to be wrong" and asked me to "please be patient" and "wait for the answer." I replied back again that same day, 5/26, and they replied on 5/29 that they "will reply as soon as we receive the reply" from their logistics staff. I emailed again on 6/2 and again on 6/3 and did not receive any replies until finally receiving another one - after leaving this and other similar reviews - that it had shipped. It arrived on 6/9/20.
Where do I begin? It took almost 2 months for my puzzle to get delivered, it isn't even the picture I chose, I have NO IDEA how they got the pictures they did use, it came in the flimsiest plastic Tupperware container it seems the could find, no box with the picture on it to guide, should I continue? What an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I ordered a puzzle from this company over two months ago. 5 weeks after the order was placed I received the shipment notification--awesome, right? NOPE this hasn't moved locations since the shipment notification was sent. Customer service refuses to help. Their last email was to wait for the shipment status to change... well guess what? It's now been 4 weeks since this has shipped and it still hasn't moved!
I ordered my photo puzzle 2 months ago and was charged right away, of course. I still have not received it! I've emailed the company over a dozen times and they keep sending me a robotic response asking me to wait another week! Finally, I asked for a refund and now they only want to refund me $5 of the $40+ dollars I spent! Fraud! Don't waste your time or money on this awful company!
Took 2 months to get my custom puzzles. They arrived in broken plastic boxes. No picture with the boxes. The 2 puzzles were scrambled together. Also the pieces are all blurry and the coloring not like the photo that I uploaded so you cant even look at your photo to figure out the puzzles. I've tried contacting the company 3 times, but they have not responded. Waste of $85. Total rip off! I would have given a 0 review, but it wouldn't let me submit review without clicking at least 1 star
I ordered a custom puzzle for my best friend's birthday on April 19. It is now May 30 (41 days later) and I still haven't received the puzzle. Clearly it's past my friend's birthday and I had to buy her something else, so I wasted $40 on this present I can't give her. What's worse, the customer service is horrible. I'm emailing with a company rep who answers me every 3-4 days who is evading giving me any straight answer. I've been clear I want a refund and their response continues to be "can you just wait a few more days for it to come?"
At this point, I've filed a claim with my bank to get my money returned to me because I doubt the product is ever going to get delivered and I can guarantee customer service will continue to be pointless.
I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Run far, far away.
