Worst $#*!ing thing I've ever wasted money on. It looks like total $#*! and I can't afford to pay another $100 for my nieces and nephews Christmas presents. I should have known better than to trust anything coming out of China. $#*! those people!
I purchased four pillows and one piece of advice is to ensure the quality of the photo is pristine (my fault) that being said I ordered "the most popular pillow" and the photo head looks way to big. My Biggest complaint is that I ordered to Superman pillows, one for my 16 year old and one for my 10 year old nephew and to my dismay they have "Dad" on the front…NOT What was advertised or what I selected" I have been back and forth with Lily Chesca by email about this and she has not addressed how I can get a refund or replacement for these two pillows. She only has addressed my feedback about the poor quality of the pillows. So disappointed there are so many other reputable and quality sites don't waste your money or time…. Lily Chesca SHAME! I added the pillows but you cannot see the Dad across the chest in the photos

I ordered this as a Christmas gift and it took 3 mos. It was terrible--looked like a cartoon dog and was not the picture of my dear friend's pet. Horrible quality.
My mom and I ordered a blanket from my dad, of our dog that passed away, We ordered it Dec 15, and it is Feb 4, they keep claiming that it was deliverer but it never was, we are always home and always checking to make sure that it isn't at out door. They scammed us and will NOT refund us, I don't get how you can run a business and not have guilt of robbing people, or scamming them.! Especially through these tough times with Covid-19. Please DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE MADE!
I was so exited for my blanket, it was supposed to be a Christmas present but the shipping took forever, almost 3 months.
For 50 dollars I was hoping for a much better picture quality. The dark colors look with so much contrast and the lightest are not visible at all. (F. E. The eyes of muy cat are green and they look black in the blanket)
It's a cute gift because of the idea of having something with the face of you pet on it, but in quality and price terms, is not worth it.
Stay far away from this business, they cannot copy your photo to a blanket with totally screwing it up. The finished product is distorted and frankly laughable. I ordered 2 blankets for my Grand kids as a Christmas gift, they made my Granddaughters look like ghouls, and they used the wrong photo for my Grandson. Beside that... the product was deliver January 15th. This is a terrible business, they do lousy work, they do not ship on time, communication is poor, they refuse to accept responsibility for their crummy product, and the completed product is garbage. Don't waste your hard earned money with this rip-off business.
In mid-December 2020, I ordered a blanket with a picture of my recently deceased dog on it and at the top of the blanket was supposed to state "Our Good Boy, Forever". I was expecting it to come in around New Years Day, but it didn't arrive until mid-January. When I opened the package and looked at the blanket, my dog's face was there but no text at the top. I waited almost a month to receive a blanket that wasn't even finished. I contacted their customer service about the unfinished product and that I wanted a complete refund because I didn't get a complete product. They first apologized and offered me a 10% refund. TEN PERCENT! I emailed them back and said that wasn't good enough. They brought it up to 15%. What a joke. The emails went back and forth until they got up to 25%. I have lost my patience with this company. Incompetent and careless. I understand mistakes happen, but own your mistakes and do your customers right. Look at the photo and you will understand. DO NOT USE THEM. Use a local business, that way the person performing the work can ask questions about the product and double check their work.
I ordered a basketball doll with my grandsons face on it. I do agree that it did take longer than expected to get it, but I was very happy with the results. My grandson loved it. I would order from here again
NOT A SCAM. I ordered a personalized blanket featuring a picture of my boyfriend's black lab. The blanket quality is just okay (its soft but quite thin) but the picture of the pup turned out great. Bright colors and true to the picture I provided. So cute! One downside is how long shipping takes. The blanket took exactly 27 days to reach my house (production and shipping combined) so definitely order far in advance of when you actually want it. I suspect the blankets are made outside of the USA. I emailed the company two separate times to ensure my photo was adequate and to ask about shipping updates. They replied back to the first email within a couple hours and the second email within 3 days. Helpful and polite. Also used the "Shop" app + USPS website to track the package. Both were accurate and helped me feel more confident that it was actually making shipping progress and would eventually arrive
PROS: One of the only companies that does the paint brush style pet blankets, product true to description, soft, bright colors, beautiful picture quality, good customer service

Order from anywhere but this site! After 20 days... company claims delay is due to "defective merchandise." Filed a dispute with PayPal, promised ship date has since passed with no movement. The only way to contact customer service is via email, then wait 24-48 hours for an automatic reply, requested refund, request has been ignored. VERY FRUSTRATING!
The blanket was supposed to arrive far before Christmas (ordered on December 13 and paid for 2-4 day shipping), I confirmed the blanket based on the picture they sent on December 16 and was promised 2-4 day shipping with the $27 expedited shipping charge. The blanket arrived after Christmas and was not under the tree for the person I bought it for. This was my first Christmas with my partner and I'm very disappointed it did not arrive on time.
I asked for a refund on my shipping twice and was told to be patient and that the order will still arrive. Still no refund.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a blanket a month ago. Website said it would come in time for christmas, and it has YET to deliver! I don't even know where this is and the Customer Service people (if you can even call them that) are NO help. They tell you to just wait. Customer service should help you and FIND the order they shipped to you! Not this place. In addition, this blanket comes from CHINA. Enough said on that! Do yourself a favor, do NOT order from this place.

They make out it is an Australian website, and give you an option for express postage, which I stupidly paid for. Estimating that I would receive my pillow in 2-5 days after the estimated 2-5 days for manufacturer.
I'm Still waiting. I had someone give me a tracking number, which showed me my pillow was sitting in a warehouse in China, not moving for days.
It's apparently finally in Australia, but no Australian tracking number provided.
I would give them zero stars but it doesn't have that option.
Do not waste your time or money on this fraudulent company.
Everything all the other negative reviews said is true! Zero customer support! Virtually no updates on shipping! I called the post office they have no record of packages Existence! I suspect the positive reviews on this site are fake plants... I ordered on 12/2/20 for Christmas today on 12/22 still nothing
I unfortunately bought on this site without looking at the review, I've been waiting for more than 11 days and I still don't have tracking, I bought 5 items for Christmas with my family.
Ordered 2 blankets and they were terrible. I was stunned. Had a photo of 2 dogs on one and not only the quality was terrible but it cut off a piece of the dogs head. Showed to others and they couldn't believe it. Have tried to contact someone there for days. The customer service is even worse than the product. They are from Hong Kong and won't write you back or call. Awful awful service and products. Will stick to amazon now. I can promise you the reviews on their page is bogus. Take my word for it. This is a SCAM...
This is by far the worst company in USA this Sargent SARA has repeatedly lied to me about my shipping address after 8 emails she reassured me they changed it to proper address, well I got the doll and I'm pissed
This company is a total scam! I bought a puzzle 8 months ago and it never came! When I spoke with someone, they said that the puzzle had been done wrong and they had to redo it. Then they said they shipped it 4 weeks after I purchased it and it never came! Then I told them that they could ship it to my house and they told me it would cost me another $10 for shipping. So I'm in $40 and have received nothing! I told them to refund my card and they said they could not do that because it has been too long. They sent PayPal bill for the $9.95 shipping and it said that the company was Soulful Jewelry. When I asked about that, they said they are affiliated with Soulful Jewelry. TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!
Going through Customer Service to get help is a waste of time. They put you through the ringer without solving any issues. Jimmy, Customer Service Representative, asked me to send the photo of the product received and will offer a solution: 1)The first offer was a $5 compensation, 2) The second offer was to remake the blanket at half price and we will send it out for free. 3) The third offer was to remake the blanket for $20 and we will send it out for free. I do not know how many times I have made it clear to Jimmy, but this gift was a blanket of my late cat and they did not do her justice. Let alone could not make her the proper color. I told Jimmy that his company will remake the blanket of free of charge or give me a full refund and I will take my business elsewhere. I was able to have the blanket remade and could approve the renderings before the blanket was sent out. I sent a new picture so there was no confusion of what color my cat was. After days of waiting, no changes were made and the blanket was sent out again without my approval of the renderings. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager and Jimmy would not give me the contact information, I am disappointing with this company and will fight for the full refund.
