I've purchased multiple phones from orchard and have had no issues with any of them ever. Love the fact I'm getting a decent second hand phone that'll do what it states. Everyone needs to remember, you are buying a used product and as such issues may arise.

After completing the purchase of an iPhone 8 from Orchard, which went very quickly and smoothly, I decided to sell my old iPhone 6s. The estimated price given by Orchard, before confirmation of the phone's condition, was better than my service provider. So I decided to sell my old phone to Orchard and had it unlocked and wiped clean at no cost. Orchard also guided me through the packing, mailing and within a couple of days of them recieving my phone, I was told the full amount would be transferred to my bank account in a month. Best part, I got even more than the initial estimate!

Very easy process, came in quick and no issues with the phone. I would recommend this service. Just a bit disappointed at extra cost for charger and ear buds... but you would likely want these new anyways!

Great customer service, and super easy process to sell, ship & receive funds for my iPhone.

The amount I received for my iPhone 6 was lower than I expected ($35), which was disappointing - though I did have a broken screen and home button, so I expect that's why.

Would definitely recommend for the ease of the selling process!

Everything came as advertised, delivery was quick, my advice would be to spend a little extra and buy the products advertised as Like New and that's exactly what I got you will see when you open the box WOW! Great value.
My only complaint was the phone didn't come with a charger, inquire before you purchase I was fortunate that my old charger worked not a game changer for me because of the value aspect

Searched online to find a place to sell my old phone. Was skeptical about a few of the sites but found articles about Orchard from CBC and Global News. Orchard offered a higher price for my phone as well. Lots of communication from the company along the way. Received my money on the date promised. Will definately use them again.

My experience with the Orchard went very well. I selected what I was looking for, they kept sending alerts and when I was ready placing my order went very smoothly.

The notifications of when my phone shipped and when it would arrive were accurate. Plus they emailed to see how evevrthing went.

All in all it was a quick and easy transaction.

We have purchased several phones from Orchard and when we found flaws in the most recent purchases, the folks at Orchard worked hard to resolve the issues. We worked with several customer service reps and they were all focused on making our shopping experience enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend Orchard to my friends.

This is my second cell phone purchase from Orchard. Nothing more needs to be said other than keep up the great service.

The phone I ordered is an iPhone 6 in 'very good' condition. When it arrived I initially thought it was a dud because it kept glitching during the start up and would freeze on the white screen with the apple symbol. However, after charging it for an hour or two it ended up powering on normally. Since then so far, so good. Battery seems a bit weak but that may be a general iPhone 6 issue. The sales representatives were very prompt to check in with me when my phone arrived in the mail, and quick to respond when I let them know I was having problems. And the phone arrived a day earlier than it was predicted to. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

Amazing phone for an absolute steal of a price. Phone definitely did not look used when I first opened it other than a couple marks near the charging port. Will definitely use Orchard again for any phone needs, even emailed me to see how it was going and if I had any troubles:)

We purchased my daughter's phone from Orchard a few months ago. We have had 2 warranty issues and both times I was very pleased with the customer service department. I experienced quick responses and both times shipping to repair the phone was covered by Orchard. We purchased the extended warranty and it turns out that was a very good idea for us.

My concern with the site was if they were legit or just trying to get my phone. After the process and continued communication with a representative I felt comfortable and easily got paid for my phone. My only issue was their estimation. After getting the app and following the instructions I was told I would get 180$ for my phone but when I sent it in, it was re quoted for 70$. Admittedly it was not in 180$ condition but the drop was impactful. That being said, I would definitely recommend and use the service again. It was very easy and quick.

I'm happy with my experience and will probably buy my next phone from Orchard. Everything was as advertised or better.

The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is the difficulty of having the phone delivered to my work address - which is not the billing address for my credit card. This caused a delay while I went through some extra verification steps. I understand that they're exercising caution but I regularly have online purchases delivered towork and have never had to do this. This was a bit of a pain from the customer point of view.

Nonetheless, all customer-facing personnel were very courteous and worked hard to be helpful.

We have a decent experience with GetOrchard. The shipping was fast and the customer service was also good. We got a personalized response when we bought up the issue.

I purchased an iPhone 5S for my wife over the Christmas and the website listed it as "very good condition". However, when we got the actual unit, it was far from "very good".

The iPhone 5S has a significant dent on the top right corner, a couple of scratches in the back and finally, dust in the front camera len (I don't even know how it is possible to get dust in there).

Overall, the shopping experience is decent, I just wish I knew that GetOrchard defines "very good condition" as having a dent on the phone and scratches.

They responded promptly and extended our 30 days no risk return to 45 days. We're still left feeling a bit ripped off. We will buy again in the future if need arises. But just change our expectation for our next buying experience.

La seule chose qui m'empêche de donner 5 étoiles est que le câble de charge fourni a eu besoin d'un peu de colle pour le réparer. J'offrais ce téléphone en cadeau et j'ai dû me procurer un peu de colle Crazy Glue en urgence. Je n'hésiterai pas à acheter de cette compagnie à nouveau.

This app was easy to use, much easier than any Kijiji website I've used to sell other products. They were easy to reach when I had questions and even had YouTube videos so you could follow along yourself. I was a little worried about what would happen if my phone didn't sell and it was a bit hard to find the answer on their website, but otherwise. VERY easy and VERY helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

This is my second purchase from Orchard. First time had wonderful Customer Support while making the purchase. Phone arrived within a couple days and has had no issues. Second time, ordered through the website, no issues. Phone arrived in a few days as well. Still only 1 day old, but it activated with no problems.

Just ordered an Iphone6 from Orchard and I'm really glad I did. I needed an unlocked phone for travelling and buying a used phone was more economical. Orchards website was easy to use, and the customer service was great, and shipping was really quick! Also appreciated the tool included to switch out my simcard. Loved the feature of being able to be notified when a phone I wanted was on the site. The only downside would be the exterior of the phone was a little rougher in person than in the photo. The back appears to have some sort of staining. I'll be using a case so it doesn't bother me much, but I was expecting a phone in better condition.

I've purchased 3 phones now from Orchard. One of them I returned NO PROBLEM because I did not consider it "very good" condition, as they advertised. I like the fact there is a 30 day warranty. If you have problems (like I had) you can do a return\exchange. Good luck doing that with Kijiji, Craigslist, etc. I'm finding that their bar is slowly lowering for what they classify as Like New, Very Good, Good. For the last 2 phones I received that they categorized as "Very good", I would consider "Good"

My phone arrived quickly and was in great shape., they were prompt and i would buy from them again!

Yes it is a gift so I have to wait til Christmas to set it up with the sim but everything looks like brand new thanks

I had some old iPhones that I wanted to sell but dreaded the hassle of posting to sites like Kijiji and then meeting someone and haggling when the phones (5c and 4s) were not going to sell for very much. Other easy methods such as the Apple store were indicating values of about 1/5 of what Orchard paid me which was about 1/2 of what you could sell at privately. I was at first concerned about Orchard and having to download the app, etc. but it ended up being a very efficient process. Both phones ended up being fully processed and I had cash in the bank in one day.

They could improve the website (especially for filtering selections for buying), build up more inventory and also make the communication process more seamless - but I am nitpicking. Overall my Orchard was very good - I'll definitely sell with them in the future and considering buying an iPhone or iPad.
