My question is how do I deal with the following on my iPhone 4s I bought from Orchard in March 2017?
:Takes info for the Calendar that shows up on my iPad but not on the phone
:Will no longer play sound, as in CBC radio, memos, etc, yet still rings upon a call or timer
:After 100% charge and only email and text use shuts off in less than 3 hours

I don't know if Orchard can help you. If you want help from them, you should contact them directly.

Make an appointment at an Apple Store or call Apple iCare. Even if it's well out of warranty they'll run some diagnostics to check things (you may want to back everything up before you call).

You can also do a factory reset (but back everything up first!).
