I will never order from getnamenecklace.com again I ordered on April. 20th that said guaranteed shipping by mothers day and it was not shipped out untill saturday may. 8th the day before mothers day. There response for not even making it was because I had asked a question about the item which they never even bothered to answer untill I inquired why my item hadn't been shipped yet... The worst customer service I've ever delt with didnt even offer compensation or free expedited shipping because of their error. I even directly ask for faster shipping at no cost which they refused so clearly the gaurtteed shipping by Mothers day doesnt mean anything. You cant blame covid19 because your company already knew about it prior to your advertising... There were many other companies to choose from that offer the exact same product I will never order from them again and recommend using another company... My 6 year old daughter only understands that the gift she picked out for mothers day is not here...

I purchased a name ring for my wife for Christmas. The web page for the ring shows 2 names engraved on the ring, hers and mine. It also shows an engraving inside the ring. You can see and read the names on the web page for the item and you can read the inside engraving. When the ring arrived I was very excited to give it to my wife. However, when I opened the ring I could not see the engravings. At first I thought they may have forgotten to engrave the ring. I looked closer and saw something but could not make out the names. I had to use a magnifying glass and get very close with it to read the names engraved. When my wife puts the ring on her finger she CAN'T EVEN SEE THE NAMES AND CERTAINLY CANNOT READ THEM. I emailed Getnamenecklace about this. They asked me to send pictures. I took and emailed pictures of the ring the holding it in front of the ring on the web page to compare it the ring shown on the web page. They emailed me back and asked me to send pictures. So, I emailed the same pictures again and an additional picture showing the ring from one foot away and the names can hardly be seen and CANNOT BE READ FROM ONE FOOT. I received an email back as follows -
"Dear customer, Thank you for your email. The ring font is normal.
About width of the ring is limited, so the font is like this.
Thank you for your understanding.
Regards."
If the names can hardly be seen and cannot be read without a magnifying glass, why does the web page picture show the names clearly engraved. It's because the ring on the web page is ENLARGED to make you believe the engraving can be read. DO NOT BY ANY ENGRAVED RING FROM Getnamenecklace, you will definitely be DISAPPOINTED, and, THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card to have the charge reversed as I did NOT get what was advertised on their website.

This is reference to order# ******* from the company Getnamenecklace. I ordered four Engraved Pet Photo Keychains upon submitting four different pet photos. The keychains were supposed to be gifts for Christmas. I am writing this review to warn anyone considering buying from this company to reconsider. Of note, the company is based in China. You will wait weeks for it to be shipped. Unlike other reviewers, I actually received my order. However, the quality was so poor that I was too embarrassed to give the items as gifts. Given the quality was so poor, I did not want an exchange or for the work to be recrafted. Instead, I emailed customer service for a refund.
First, I noticed the small size. The keychains are almost an inch in length, and the keychain ring is larger than the keychain pendant. Second, the images for the items were barely visible. You have to hold up the images to the light and move them around to see any detail. Two of the four keychains barely have any detail and only the faces are slightly more visible. Also, the engraving is so light that I have no doubt that it will wear away quickly, particularly as a keychain. The other two keychains I ordered were cut out so poorly that the bodies look like zombie dogs. This is ironic given that I received an email that my order was being handcrafted by a designer and in current emails saying that the order was custom made. If these were handcrafted, the designer should have seen how awful they were. If the pictures I supplied were not helpful to the designer or the process, I would have hoped to receive notification that the order could not be processed.
When researching how to obtain a refund, I found a very long explanation of the company's refund policy on their website. However, it provided no details about actually getting a refund other than to contact their customer service. I emailed the company and was asked to provide pictures of the items, which I did. I have been emailing back and forth to customer service six times. It takes approximately 2-3 days for each reply. They have yet to provide me with an address to return these items. Initially, they only offered to refund me 15% total for only two of the items. In their last email they are now offering 50%. My intention in asking for a refund was not to haggle but to show that these items are unacceptable.
Please do some research before you buy! I'm sure there are other companies that can offer better quality products. I will never order from Getnamenecklace again and frankly consider this company a scam.

Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
